Angenehm freundlicher Empfang, unaufdringlicher effizienter Service im schönen Restaurant mit Terrasse. Etwas limitierte Speisekarte, aber feines Essen mit (zu) grossen Portionen. Panoramaaussicht vom Balkon des, dank eines ungefragt und überraschend gewährten Upgrades, sehr grosszügigen, schönem und komfortablen Zimmer mit Sitzgruppe und zweier Eckbadewanne wohl eher eine Juniorsuite. Besonderes Detail: der begehbare Wandschrank mit Kofferablage! Sympathisch: das Personal lächelt und lacht, auch unter sich. Praktisch: Bus und Schiff vor dem Haus.
- Lauren (10/5): Amazing lakefront hotel - Amazing lakefront hotel. A wonderful discovery for a hot weekend. I had previously only seen Boningen from the boat tour on Brienzersee. The hotel location is perfect and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Kleinigkeiten wie Gratiswasser in der Minibar, oder die Garage, wo die Fahrräder eingestellt werden können, seien hier erwähnt und werden vom Gast mehr als nur geschätzt. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet und die ausgezeichnete Hotelküche, mit Fischspezialitäten runden den äusserst empfehlenswerten Aufenthalt ab.

- Ramneet (10/5): As good as it gets - One of the best hotels in one of the most beautiful places in the world. Ms Batter was an amazing host and gave us a room with a view to die for. The rest of the staff was also extremely polite and helpful. Mr. Zing made sure the breakafast was proper and on time in the morning. I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here during my next visit to the beautiful Switzerland.
- Ashelle (10/5): - My husband and I fell in love with Interlaken and Seiler au Lac. We got a lake-view room and couldn’t have been happier. Some of the reviews complained about the outdated rooms and facilities. But to us it was like going home to mom and dad’s house. Sure it may be a bit outdated, but it was comfortable and homey and the staff were all SO friendly. We ate at the pizzeria twice and both times it was delicious. The pizza was the best we’d had in all our travels, yes, even Italy! The waitress worked tirelessly all day long and was so cheerful, doing it all with a huge smile. The rest of the staff were equally friendly and helpful. Bus #103 picked us up in front of Interlaken Ost train station and dropped us off right in front of the hotel. Bönigen is close enough to run into town for some shopping, but a quiet and peaceful retreat at the end of the day. We wish we’d had more time in Interlaken. You could sit on the balcony all day and be perfectly content; it’s that beautiful. We will be back!!
- Waheeda (10/5): Amazing and unbeatable 😍 - This is a lovely hotel located in a beautiful unbeatable location. The balcony rooms overview the lake and mountains and the scene is ever changing, it's a lovely view to begin and end the day. The hotel is located a few minutes bus ride from Interlaken and bus passes are issued by the hotel. The staff at the hotel really look after you and are always pleasant and smiling,wanting to help you enjoy your holiday. Although there areTVs in the rooms and I love their preference on enjoying nature rather than watching tv. The food at the restaurants were was very good. There are bikes provided by the hotel to explore the beautiful local area. There is a boat dock a few steps from the hotel which takes you to various stops on lake Brienze and also to Intelaken. We bought a family Swiss Pass which allowed us unlimited bus, train and boat travel throughout Switzerland. From Interlaken we travel to Jungfrau mountain, Bern, Brienze and Luzern. The trains are very comfortable and punctual and easy to use. This is a perfect hotel in a quiet location but very near to Interlaken and transport links. The rooms are very comfortable with lots of storage, tea and coffe and a proper hairdryer. We loved taking a few minutes everyday to sit on the balcony and look at the amazing views and listening to the goats in the field. The kids loved it too and agreed that the hotel can't be beaten, would definitely stay again. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
