Alessandra (7/5): Carino , luogo con potenziale ma da rivedere alcune cose - Camera , anche se manca un po di pulizia (polvere , insetti morti ), luogo tranquillo ma che andrebbe curato di più Colazione , servizio poco curante , non era così abbondante e il personale non era attento alla nostra presenza (abbiamo dovuto fermare noi là cameriera , che nonostante ci avesse visto , non ci aveva chiesto fin da subito e nemmeno nei minuti dopo cosa volessimo da bere , dato che non c’era self service )

Barba (10/5): Autenticità vera, difficile da trovare - Un luogo davvero unico. Tenuta Borgo Santa Cecilia si trova in una posizione straordinaria, immersa nel bosco con una vista aperta sugli Appennini che da sola vale il viaggio. Le camere sono ampie, curate e perfettamente pulite, con un senso di autenticità difficile da trovare oggi. La colazione è eccezionale: sia dolce che salata, con prodotti di altissima qualità e salumi di loro produzione che fanno davvero la differenza. Il ristorante è per veri intenditori. Qui non si viene solo a mangiare, ma a capire cosa significa davvero il cibo. Sinceramente mi sorprende che non sia ancora segnalato dalla Guida Michelin. Un posto raro, autentico, che lascia il segno.

Meravigliosa la vasca idromassaggio con acqua salata, sempre calda e fatta di un materiale antiscivolo. Simpaticissimo il cane; educato e coccolone. Ottimo il ristorante, con piatti molto particolari e gustosi. La strada per arrivare è si sterrata, ma paradossalmente più levigata di molte strade asfaltate di Roma e certamente più panoramica. Colette (3/5): Teleurstellend verblijf - Vriendelijk personeel. Lekkere kussens De jacuzzi buiten was niet verwarmd en zat vol dode insecten. We moesten €50,- betalen voor onze goed opgevoedde hond voor 1 nacht(blijkbaar hun standaard tarief), terwijl de hond van de eigenaar overal rond liep en ‘s morgens tegen onze ontbijttafel plaste.

Gaby (10/5): - Es hat uns einfach alles sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage war top , das Gebäude wunderschön und der Ausblick einmalig.Wir hatten eine schöne gemütliche Suite. Der Chef war sehr sympathisch und hat uns alles erklärt. Das Ambiente war sehr liebevoll gestaltet und der Kamin hat das ganze abgerundet. Das Abendessen war fantastisch wir haben lange nicht mehr so gut gegessen . Es war ein wunderbar unvergesslichen Abend. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen ,auch wegen dem guten Wein . Hab vorher noch nie eine Bewertung geschrieben, hier hab ich es sehr gerne gemacht.

Alloggio in suite meravigliosa, ampissima, ed esteticamente proprio bella con travi a vista e lucernari con vista cielo. Comodità e pulizia ineccepibili. Tutto perfetto: distribuzione degli ambienti, qualità della biancheria, letti confortevoli, ampio salottino.. ci si sente veramente a casa. Ottimo per soggiornare un periodo più lungo di un wend. Gentilezza e disponibilità di tutto lo staff. Accoglienza speciale da parte del titolare che con cura, attenzione e soprattutto etica conduce la sua attività a 360 gradi e segue personalmente ogni passo della sua filiera produttiva. Possibilità di degustare i prodotti dell'azienda; possibilità di safari su fuoristrada nella tenuta (consiglio la mattina all'alba); giardino splendido vista montagne e bosco umbro con sdraie e jacuzzi; possibilità di mangiare bene e soprattutto sano, dalla colazione alla cena, con prodotti selezionati, freschi e di una qualità che ispira fiducia; si beve anche benissimo grazie ad una scelta accurata e ricercata di vini e distillati. Il titolare sempre presente e disponibile per raccontare particolari sempre molto interessanti sul motivo per il quale ha scelto un determinato prodotto piuttosto che un altro. Qualità della conversazione e dello stare insieme a mio avviso davvero molto bella. E nello stesso tempo privacy, silenzi e piaceri della natura immancabili. Infine possibilità di brevi e snelle camminate per sentieri del bosco all'interno della tenuta. Sono stata da poco.. alla fine dell'estate .. ma mi piacerebbe tornare anche in stagioni diverse .. magari in un prossimo autunno.. per poter vivere le meraviglie dei colori del bosco in un contesto di persone e luoghi che si sente veramente come casa.

Giuseppe (10/5): Un’oasi di pace tra natura, gusto e panorami mozzafiato - Il silenzio e i panorami unici, la posizione immersa in una zona protetta per la biodiversità e le suite curate nei minimi dettagli. Il ristorante, con piatti del territorio e salumi di produzione propria, è stato una vera scoperta, così come il rapporto qualità-prezzo, raro per una struttura di questo livello. Indimenticabile anche il Safari Verde tra boschi e sentieri, e l’arrivo lungo la strada sterrata e panoramica, che già prepara a vivere la natura umbra nella sua autenticità.

renes847 (10/5): Excellent Service, Outstanding Location, Perfect Relaxing and Italian Nature - I don't know where to start as there are so many things that deserve 5 out of 5 stars. First, there is the rooms: Nice, clean, very modern but fit in to this ancient location. You can clearly see that the owner has architectural skills. Second, food: You can not eat fresher and more natural than at this place. Most of the ingredients come frome the own fields (such as bread and fruits for marmelade etc.), all of these are organic, even the juices served for breakfast. Third, the location: Ok, it is not easy to get there as there are rural roads leading to Borgo Santa Cecilia, but it is definitely worth to go the "extra mile" to have this outstanding view on several mountains, hills and green nature. Fourth, the service: The owners are more than just service oriented. They do their best to fulfill every wish, no matter if its extras to the breakfast or some smaller meals inbetween lunch and dinner. After a while it feels more like they are family than just owner of the hotel. I strongly recommend this place for relaxation and if you want to experience Italian style nature and genuine Umbrian food.
rpkbc (10/5): Wonderful gourmet meal, fantastic location - We bumped along a narrow country road for about five miles to reach Borgo Santa Cecilia. I had booked it hoping for a great meal, based on previous reviews, and wasn't disappointed. Four courses (seven between me and my friend) over about 2 1/2 hours. The menu is slanted toward meat-eaters, if that makes a difference (but they can be creative and flexible). Wonderful organic wine produced on site. Was so full when I waddled to the generous breakfast the next morning. The hotel is perched on a hill with panoramic views of the Umbrian countryside. It has a lovely pool and mountain bikes to borrow. Serena and Giuseppe were lovely hosts. Our room was quiet and comfortable.
kennykht (10/5): Excellent stay with great good and service - We only stayed for one night but we enjoyed our stay a lot. As it was off season, we were the only on guests there. The suite was very nice and clean. Excellent food was served at the restaurant. As Giuseppe was not very good in English, Serena served us most of the time and she was such a wonderful host. We enjoyed talking to her and about her love for the countryside. Use the road from Gubbio to go to the farm. The other direction is going to be a bumpy ride.
RalfVV (10/5): Perfect holiday - We enjoyed a 2 night stay in this very beautiful agriturismo. We and our 3 (small) children enjoyed the hospitality and the good food. We will come back for sure to visit Gubbio and the other surrounding places. We recommend a stay in this beautiful relaxing place!!!
446nickr (10/5): Great place. Highly recommended. - Their has clearly been a great deal of thought, time and love put in to the renovation of the hotel. The room was extremely spacious and comfortable and the finish was fantastic. The food in the restaurent was all local and really well cooked. The service was excellent and the owners are very attentive and friendly. This is excellent value for money.
