• Jayden (9/5): Comfortable, clean, modern. Staff are friendly and helpful - Very modern, comfortable, and clean. The staff were very friendly, and tried their best to accommodate all my needs. The free wifi is very fast and I experienced minimal issues. The walls are very soundproof, we barely heard sound from outside our room. They cleaned the room and changed the sheets every day. The breakfast was tasty and had a wide variety to choose from. When I ordered food to the hotel, the staff were helpful with taking delivery while I came downstairs. It’s in a nice location right in the middle of the city, not far from the toll. The pickup area outside is very convenient. There’s also a small shop next door to the hotel to buy anything you may need. Overall a fantastic experience and incredible value for money. I will definitely be staying here next time I come to Bandung, and will recommend to others Some of the channels on the TV didn’t match to what they said. On some days the water from the shower had a strange smell, and on some days the water wouldn’t go very hot, but that’s not a big issue as I took more cool showers due to the hot weather. When I used the laundry service, I paid for a fast service to be back the same day however I had to call after 24 hours to receive my clothes

• Chloe (4/5): This hotel is not 4 stars as it claims to be and it is very overpriced for the standard offered - The breakfast was excellent. Amazing selection of Indonesian and western choices. Spoilt for choice. Very friendly staff. The room was incredibly noisy. Next to no insulation in the windows from the road traffic which is overwhelming. I asked to move rooms to a quieter side of the hotel. The towels they gave were shameful. Old, stained and worn out and thread bare. The water did not get hot, only warm.

Pertama kali dalam hidup saya tidur di suite banyak kecoa kecil2..dan pada saat complain di reception perempuan yg jaga hari selasa pagi tgl 16 desember pukul 10 pagi dgn sinisnya bilang kalau kamar suitenya selalu full...hurmm kalau memang full artinya cleaning yg tidak bagus..krn mana bisa kok kamar suite banyak kecoa didalam kamar...aneeeeh!!! Malamnya saat kecoa2 muncul di bathroom itu sdh complain ke operator utk dibantu cleaning service dtg ke kamar tapi jawabannya cleaning jam segini "midnight " sdh tdk ada...hurmm aneh masa hotel tdk ada room service 24jam..tapi akhirnya dtg juga orgnya bawa baygon dan vacum..tapi dihari keduanya pagi2 kecoa2 muncul lagi dari bawah kasur dan karpet..hadeeeuh sumpah itu kamar2nya bener2 hrs di bersihkan ulang!! • Iskandar Mustafa (9/5): - Stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed the warm hospitality. From the minute you arrive, every staffs smile & greeted us. Rooms was clean, hotel is located centrally and walking distance to shops and nearby mall. It's a pretty good deal overall.
• Ahteeqah (6/5): Overall Lacklustre Experience but Location is Great - An overall lacklustre experience. Upon checking in, we thank the receptionist for being attentive and attending to us quickly despite the huge amount of people hanging out at the lobby. My family and I went up, had a quick washup before leaving right away. It was disheartening that at 10pm when we returned and realised the aircon was leaking which caused some of our clothes to be soak. I called the receptionist and it does not seem she understood English because the next thing we know, housekeeping came over with two pairs of new slippers and I had to use my half-passed Bahasa Indonesian to explain that there was a leak. And the technicians asked if we could wait while they fix the aircon and at that late night, it is impossible too as we were tired. We were first offered a similar non-smoking room at another level but then were upgraded to a bigger albeit a smoking room instead. At midnight, I have zero energy to request for another room and only wanted to rest. I thank for the upgrade but the amount of smoke that passed through the vents were terrible. In gist: (a) Hotel location is good, with Indomaret just beside it and without the jam, Whoosh train station is only a 30 mins ride. (b) Hotel is slightly old and rusty. Smoking room is terribly bad for us non-smokers. Towels reeked of chlorine. (c) Hotel’s lift is terrible. Technically only two lifts are working for every floor despite there are four lifts as one lift is a service lift while the other is only operating for 1st and 2nd floor. Please prepare that you’ll take 10 mins to go down especially during peak times unless you prefer to go down the stairs with your luggages. (d) Would appreciate if you could have one or two receptionist that can understand English as it can be frustrating despite me saying something so simple such as “Aircon Leaking”.

The location is strategic and easy to reach, especially for someone traveling for work. The atmosphere of the hotel feels professional yet comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained. All amenities worked properly, and the Wi-Fi connection was stable very helpful for completing my tasks. The value for the price was excellent. Special thanks to Kamila and Aulia for their warm and attentive service. They were very helpful throughout my stay and made the experience even better. Couldn't finish everything in one sit. The waiters gave an excellent hospitality treatment. The coffee is also very strong and in my preference. I booked the room with breakfast and had a really big breakfast with a variety of food from local dishes to pastries and desserts. The hotel is strategically located in Bandung city with a few minutes away from Bandung train station. The see-through and not 100% opaque toilet.
• NORIKHTI FAQRIAH (7/5): We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. - The location is perfect. Just next to the Sampurasun Nusasari restaurant which is prominent for its Ayam Bakakak and the 24-hour Indo Maret. Additionally, you can also find a lot of viral shops selling pastries, brownies opposite of the hotel. The room is clean, beds and pillows are comfy. Hotel staff are nice, polite and attentive. However, the room size might be small to fit 3 adult people especially you have quite number of big luggage and shopping stuff. Undeniably there was a lot of varieties for the breakfast spread. However, it would have been better if the pastries were heated properly or reheated upon serving.

• Percy (3/5): I will never stay here again - Staff are friendly and helpful, location is good. This hotel was a deeply disappointing experience. The facility is extremely outdated—filthy, worn carpet emitted a persistent stench, and the bathroom vanity was broken and unusable. Most distressing, however, was the complete lack of soundproofing. Situated on a major road, the relentless noise from motorbikes, ambulances, and heavy trucks made it feel as though I were sleeping on the pavement. I didn’t get a moment of rest. For your own well-being, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. This place is simply not fit for a restful stay.

• Syarifah Layuza (10/5): It is comfortable and this is my 2nd time stayed at this hotel. - Clean, good service and breakfast was exceptionally good.
• kwa (7/5): - Sangat disayangkan, sekelas Aston tdk dpt menyediakan tempat duduk/menaruh barang yg layak di samping kolam renang, malah terus mempertahankan bean bag yg tdk berguna. Alhasil, pakaian bersih dan handuk kami basah kuyup krn hrs diletakkan di lantai krn tdk ada lagi tempat lain yg layak

• Jonathan (10/5): - Aston alway provides a great experience for me. The latest trip was really great. They upgraded me to the executive deluxe. Which had a great view and the fire stairs separated us from the neighboring room, giving a nice quiet experience.
• Irshad (9/5): Friendly, Homely and Comfortable stay. - Breakfast variety was varied every day with local and international touch. All staff were very much polite, smiling and professional at work. All the amenities were good. Some improvements like hand shower at bathroom will be handy.

• Dylan (7/5): Good - Good location. Nice staff. Breakfast was not enough variety and most of them are cold served!! Last year when i stayed at aston, the breakfast has more options to choose. And the room especially the bathroom need more cleaning.
