- Patrizia (2/5): - Got moved after 1 night. Kitchen falling apart and very badly appointed. There was an issue over the daily service. Apparently NOT included. Definitely no breakfast included. Worst towels and bedding ever.

- Beatriz (8/5): Estaba bien - En general el apartamento estaba aseado, la única pega que le pondría es que nos llevaron a otra localización que no es la que pone en la dirección. Lo bueno es que por las molestias nos acercaban a el tren por la mañana y nos devolvían al lugar por la noche.
- Verified traveler (2/5): THE WORST OF THE WORST HOTEL EVER!!!!!! - THE WORST HOTEL EVER!!! YOU WILL LOST YOUR MONEY IF BOOKED TO THIS HOTEL!! This happened to us: I paid all nights before and we arrived to the hotel late night. There wasn't any reception for that moment and I call the number on the wall, but nobody helps you. The hotel was overbooked, they didn't try to fix anything and they even didn't say sorry about that! The SERVICE IS THE WORST too, they don't speak english, they are so antipathic there. Later they didn't want to pay us those night which we never used. Please booked nights in somewhere else than this residence il pino!!
- Sarit (2/5): Worst place - The apartment complex made us drive another 3 kilometers to a different location which was the worst I’ve ever been too. The place looked like containers turned into rooms!!!!! The rooms had a heavy smoke smell and smoke fog!!!!!! And the rooms were not even remotely like the ones in the Expedia site. If it wasn’t too late at night, I would have left!!!! Did not sleep for a second the whole night. I do not know how Expedia allow this type of “hotels” to be listed on their site. Very very very disappointed of this experience!!
- Gioacchino (2/5): da non ripetere - PESSIMO , spostato a 4km dopo ever scaricato l'auto + 30 minuti di attesa , in un alloggio di qualche persona con tutta la roba personale , comprese siringe/medicine/indumenti ecc con 2 bambini non e il massimo , delusione totale !!!

- Verified traveler (4/5): Passt für eine Nacht. - Ich schreibe das, was nicht gut war: 1. Ich hatte Frühstück dazu Preis, leider habe ich keine bekommen! Das was ich bekommen habe, war paar Zwiebäcke, Süßigkeiten und Glas Marmelade! Natürlich war noch dazu Saft und Wasser. 2. Es war ganze Nacht sehr, sehr Laut! Andere war OK.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Hotel pulito ed economico - In generale è stato piacevole, l'appartamento non era ben organizzato, mancavano cucchiaini e colapasta. Positivo il posto auto all'interno.
- aharon (4/5): מלון לא פתח הכניסה ונשארנו בלילה בחוץ. - לצערינו הגענו בשעה 24.15 למלון ולא פתחו לנו את הדלת. ניסינו את כל האפשרויות כגון צילצול בדלת, דפיקה בדלת ונסיון לטלפן, אולם לא הועיל. למזלנו מצאנו מוטל סמוך ושילמנו 79 יורו באותו לילה.
