• morgan (10/5): - Honestly after reading all the reviews I was terrified and rethinking staying here. I’m so happy we stayed. Was amazing. Got in later Friday night, we did have an issue.. light switch triggered and lost all power and then woke up with a bathroom flooded.. but customer service was great and was moved right away. After that our other 4 nights were amazing.. huge beautiful 3 bedroom condo with beautiful views. Had the pools to ourself.. kids loved it. Went over to the water park a few days that was amazing there! Can’t wait to come back!!

• Krystal (10/5): - Great place for a vacation or staycation. Check in is a bit of a process and they will push you to try to do a timeshare presentation but they accepted when I said no 4x. The waterpark was nice, limited hours. The other pools are nice. Restaurants and food options close earlier than I would have liked but the drinks we did get were reasonably priced and delicious! Staff were friendly and the room was clean and well stocked. Well maintained, close to shopping and things to do.

I was impressed with how spacious the rooms are, giving plenty of comfort during the stay. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to stay.

• James (10/5): - It wasn't perfect, microwave didn't work, but staff sent someone right away. He was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. He arrived assessed the microwave and had a replacement installed and the clock set in about 15 minutes. There were some guests that where messy but the staff quickly took care of it! Ran out of coffee filters so I called to see where the closest place to get some more would be. 20 min later there was a knock on the door with coffee filters 930 pm at night! These folks are awesome!

• Richard (10/5): - My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our recent vacation. The apartment was immaculate, exuding an enticing aroma. In contrast to previous experiences, where we encountered unpleasant mold odors and subpar accommodations, this place was exceptional. The waterpark was particularly captivating for my family, especially my children, who are between the ages of one, six, fifteen, and seventeen. They thoroughly enjoyed the various attractions and activities available.

• Desirea (10/5): - This was a great resort we stayed in the condos and it was 3bd/3bth full kitchen waterpark access the whole time and neighborhood pools. It was amazing not far from Walmart or Publix and food everywhere

• Ricardo (6/5): - Water park was okay, their main pool is nice. Needs to be maintenance/picked up more often. GARBAGE can was overflowing and trash was on the floor. The ot tub had a bunch of small debris, but was nice after i cleaned it from debris. Overall it was a good place, just dont expect much for service. It is more like staying at someone's place, you have to pick tend to yourself.
• Teresa (10/5): - Property had multiple water options with pools and water park including lazy river. Publix and other stores were within walking distance and check out was a breeze.
• Steven (6/5): - While the unit was spacious and comfortable for a family of 5, this appeal was offset by 2 issues.. Outside of building Q, directly in front of our room an alarm was going off upon arrival… I called and security soon came and turned it off.. And for 6 consecutive nights, I had to call for the same issue. 2 nights nobody came leaving those in the front room aggravated. Very poor customer service experience without so much as an apology. Secondly, while not a big deal, the trash area across the way was overfilled, (including a sofa dumped on the side) raccoons were scavenging and it was pretty unsightly. Surely something could be done to better manage. The only other thing, not an issue but an inconvenience was we were placed in an accessible unit, without the option to change.. had I known that we may be housed in an accessible unit, I would have contacted the property in advance, requesting a regular unit … overall, the stay was just ok
• Shatavia (8/5): - Loved the property it was huge, but I didn't care for raccoons and wildlife, also waterpark closed early, bars and restaurants closed early . Rooftop pool closed at 4pm while the bar stayed open til 10 , I wanted to do a night swim. Pool that stayed open to 11 pm was nice but the bar and restaurant closed by 5 pm , it made no sense. No activities for children , just sports activities golf, bocce ball and tennis . Not super kid and family friendly , good for Golfers or ppl into certain sports. Property and room was immaculate and spacious. If you want something vibesy and kid friendly look elsewhere

• TravelKween1 (2/5): Very disappointed - The experience before entering the unit was disappointing, The unit had flying small insects and I dropped something near the toilet and observed the filthiest area in the corner and behind the toilet on my next to last day so I did not call housekeeping to report it.

• Joann (10/5): - We love staying there the condo we were in was clean was connected to a nice pool for my toddler to play in right away. Beautiful place would stay there again.
• Alex (2/5): - I would love to give this hotel an actual rating if me and my family actually got to stay at the resort. Instead I have to give it a one star for the ordeal they put us through. We arrived at our check in date only to be told that our reservation was cancelled and we were rebooked at another hotel that we did choose. We were never notified of this change or given any options on where else to stay and now we have to dish out more money at the new hotel because they charge for the amenities that we originally had included in our stay. Not only that the staff gave us no opinions instead of calling numbers that sent us to automated messages that would just hang up. Instead of enjoying our vacation with my family we were meet with people who did not care help and wanted to push the blame on others. The customer service we received at both hotels was not at any level that is sufficient for the issue we had no control of. Now I don't know if I will ever stay at this hotel knowing the practices they will do if they make an error and make the customer pay for it. I will also never recommend this hotel to any of my friends or family. Very disappointed in this whole situation and was really looking forward to stay at this hotel with my family just to lead to a nightmare situation.

• Tanya (10/5): - We travelled for 1 week with our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teens). This was the most spacious suite weve had and loved everything about it. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were a huge asset. We loved the kitchen as we could buy food and snacks to not have to eat out at every meal. Appreciated access to chilled filtered water and ice as well from the fridge. Our view of the pool was awesome and such a quiet complexe. We loved the extra large porch. Access to all attractions were easy and light traffic. We will definitely be back and loved our stay!!

• Kevin (8/5): - Really had a great time here with my family in the 3 bed condo. Resort grounds were beautiful, the water park was a blast and the free bus shuttle service around the campus was amazing. That said, the villa itself could have used some TLC. The entry door looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The couch had a bunch of stains on it and the shower in the master had mold. Overall I enjoyed the stay, and this is an easy 5 stars if they kept it up better.

The resort rooms and facilities are absolutely immaculate, and the landscaping is beautiful. They also have dining, golf, and swimming options, which I took full advantage of. I had a lovely time there, and I will definitely book with them again in the future.

• Leo (10/5): - The 3-BR/3-BA unit and it was great. The kitchen had all the small appliances that we needed. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner and body wash, hand soap and body lotion. The resort is massive, so we needed to drive to the pools/front desk. Only thing we found that would make this resort better is if there were bbqs to use throughout the property. We would definitely recommend.

We are due to travel in 3 days and they could not find our reservation, despite me having a booking confirmation and number. The property manager was extremely unhelpful and rude. I'm cancelling the reservation, as i cannot imagine it would be a good experience to stay somewhere that cares so little about customer service.

• Bryan robert (6/5): - Great property. Frustration simply stems from being led into a timeshare pitch. When we arrived at check in we were told, we had to put a deposit down to take a "tour". In which we would see the layout of the property and it would be fun for the kids. I questioned if it was necessary. We were told yes. I questioned again when we were told it was 15 miles from our condo. Not understanding why we had to leave if it was a tour of the property. We arrived the next day, to the surprise of a 90 minute timeshare presentation. They were surprised we had the kids. There was no tour. To there credit we we excused from the presentation, on the fact we had be mislead for a "tour". No where on the expedia booking was a mandatory timeshare presentation. Very frustrating way to start our vacation.

We stayed during a hurricane and the staff informed us what to expect and helped the kids feel at ease. The resort was cleaned up totally within just a few days . We will return for sure.
