- ming li (1/5): 大夜班櫃檯態度差、房間有煙味、電視壞掉，打電話櫃檯還不接，整體服務與住宿品質都很糟，不會再考慮入住 - 位置 離要去辦事的地方很近 這次入住 高雄春天藝術飯店 的體驗相當令人失望。 首先，大夜班櫃檯人員服務態度明顯不佳。詢問訂房相關問題時，回覆的口氣像是「客人本來就應該知道」，態度不耐，完全感受不到服務業基本的專業與禮貌。 辦理入住時也沒有提供任何基本說明，例如早餐時間與早餐地點，這些都是一般飯店最基本會主動告知的資訊。 進房後又發現房間有明顯煙味，電視也是壞的，打電話到櫃檯反映卻一直沒有人接聽。 整體而言，從服務態度到房間維護都讓人感到失望。若飯店希望維持評價，建議應加強員工訓練與設備管理。

- Verified traveler (8/5): 住宿的抉擇 - 這次入住，是因為過年回娘家，需要在外住宿2天，選擇離娘家近一點的，白天都會在娘家，因為重點在乾淨好睡覺的就可以，大過年的住宿都很貴，我已經從2晚1萬7，改到1萬3，但有人告訴我這家評價不怎麼好⋯⋯，只有7點多分，一家4口懷著忐忑不安的心情入住，還好😅房間還算乾淨，只是有點年代的飯店雖然有經過整修，但房間偏小、隔音的問題就難解決了！ 但是它離青年夜市很近，走路不到500公尺，可以買很多夜市美食到飯店的餐廳享用，這也是不錯的體驗。

- Anselm (7/5): Windowless room in a typical Love Hotel not too far from airport - It was ok, not more than that. Typical Love Hotel with condoms on display and one free sex channel. Located in a quiet area a bit in between airport and city. Convenience shop is nearby, about 20 min walk to next MRT station. II arrived late night at midnight and hotel was staffed even after midnight. Friendly staff (no or very little english spoken). A small breakfast buffet for free mainly with toast/bread, jam, typical chinese overboiled eggs. Not so close to airport as it looks on the map. 5 km = 300 NTD with taxi from airport Not much to do in the area. More an old style residential area, but convenience shop nearby. Furniture old, but o.k. As it is often the case in Asia, be prepared for a room without window if you opt for the cheaper rooms. If you don't like "Love Hotels" do not take this.
- 振達 (8/5): - 因防疫期，早餐沒熱食這可理解，但連吐司也供不應，這有點說不過去，其他如雞塊藷條放在保溫鍋內也沒加熱保溫，令人覺得這早餐吃得有些不開心

- chinshen (6/5): - 入住房號303，下午洗澡使用熱水時全程冷水，晚上使用直至快洗好時稍微轉熱，還好天氣熱！
- His shiuan (8/5): - 馬桶沖水較差，房間較老舊，早餐補食較慢，其餘部份都不錯，櫃檯服務人員服務態度很好
- Chinshen (6/5): - 房間內部設施普通，主要是房間裡面菸味太重、空氣品質不佳！
- Verified traveler (8/5): 出遊的CP值高選擇之一 - 第一次入住：四人房（位於8樓的第一間：801號房）228連假收$1700含稅服務費，有發票，算超值！ 房間有對外窗小小的、浴室也有窗戶（見照片），整體而言：不是潮濕發臭的房間，不雷！不過，飯店是中央空調，不是獨立空調，有聞到煙味。 早餐是自助吧。停車免費，周遭停車的繳費單可以向飯店換現金 礦泉水在冰箱，不想喝冰的，可以請房務員送沒冰的，效率快，很快就拿給我了！ 備品也是獨立包裝，衛生！洗髮精和沐浴乳、牙刷牙膏都是獨立包裝的 衛生紙也放足夠的量給我們使用。 但是室內拖鞋是大家共穿的那種，非一次性的，不敢穿。 還有一個缺點就是：洗澡的時候,水龍頭沒有動,但是水溫「忽冷忽熱忽燙」，讓人難以適從。

- Tzu Hsien (8/5): 希望可以改進空調設施 - 大廳和房間、走廊瀰漫著菸味和霉味 希望管理者可以加強空調和空氣清淨措施 不過服務很好，櫃檯親切，有附停車位， 對開車旅遊者很友善， 價格也合宜

- Verified traveler (6/5): 不錯，有進步空間 - 一開始入住有很重的煙味，有向服務人員詢問是否可以換房間，櫃檯的小姐很客氣的說沒有房間可以換，因為是中央空調所以可能換到別間也差不多，後來請清潔阿姨拿了一台除臭機到房間，房間一開始也沒什麼除臭效果，出門後約1.5小時再回去的時候明顯煙味下降！ 感受度變好～ 有車位和早餐蠻划算的，房間偏舊，家具設備也都舊舊的，但睡一個晚上能接受。

- YOU CING (10/5): 非常棒的飯店！大推！ - 服務人員和藹可親，住宿環境非常舒適，早餐非常的豐富，非常的推這家飯店喔！
