Guest Reviews
- Sakima (8/5): Very budget friendly stay - The staff was very nice and accommodating and I wish I could book longer stays with them but they stay booked up and obviously for a reason! It’s a little dated but the rooms are always clean. Nothing

- Andrae (5/5): - The bulky table and tv dresser thing was also too big for the small king size bed room. The bathroom was definitely smaller than most but the room was clean and had no bugs. The bed was not comfortable but liked that it was clean.the TV kept going in and out of volume. Didn't really like the fact that when I was going to our room the door was wide open but all in all not the worst stay ever. Could definitely use a few upgrades but not bad for the piece.
- Roger (10/5): Excellent Room for Improvement - Room held its temperature quite well with the HVAC unit installed in the unit and the bed was very comfortable. Excellent location as it was near downtown and very quiet. Doing a transaction through a little dinky window from the outside of the building is very unhandy and uncomfortable. Very unprofessional as well.
- Peñaranda (8/5): -
- Matthew (2/5): It was decent for 4 nights - The freshly made beds and cleaning during the day The roach in the outlet in the bathroom but he felt like her needed to stay there, the air conditioning unit didn't work.
- Josh (10/5): -
- sylvia (7/5): - I liked that it was clean and quiet. You have to stand outside to get service because they have the lobby doors locked, even during the day. I don't think that's necessary because Snyder is not that big, small town. I had to stand outside while it was sprinkling when I checked out. I left a lamp and the light in the restroom turned on in my room and when I came back the lights were turned off. I don't know if they went in when I was gone. I had to go ask for toilet paper because there was not extra in the restroom. They need more parking space.
- Jamie (2/5): - Rooms are quite run down, poor amenities- wifi/fridge didn’t work, tv sounds kept going up and down by itself, not a lot of light in the room but you get what you pay for. The town is very small and deserted, not many options around.
- Jason (2/5): - Didn't get the room I booked put me in up stairs corner gap see u der door
- Briana (10/5): - Very nice
- Charlotte (7/5): -

- Stevenmichaelhernandez (10/5): Great value, very quiet, great breakfast options! - Very pleasant stay, 10 out of 10; need I say more? all was good, no improvements to suggest
- Justin (4/5): - It was okay but the floors creak like crazy the bathrooms are mid and the parking is terrible
- Steven (4/5): Disappointing -
- Drew (10/5): Best place I stayed on my trip across the country. - The room was clean. Shower and sink worked properly. Bed was comfortable. Room was cheap on price but full on value. Parking lot was odd shaped but was secure.
- Austin (1/5): Bad - They guy who checked us in when we got there tried to charge us an extra twenty five dollars because I had a Snyder id then changed his mind and said it was because we was smoking even though we wasn’t
- Jermaine (8/5): Very good -
- Anonymous (3/5): Poor -
- Ronnie (6/5): - Recent remodel. Cold room.
- Elizabeth (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ashlle (1/5): Bad - Nothing at all Charged me more wen we got there
- Corona (4/5): Disappointing -

- Stacy (8/5): It was worth the price, I felt very safe, better wifi, it would have been a perfect night's stay. - The owner and his son were very helpful. There wasn't parking because they were full. They let me park behind the sons' personal vehicle. It was really nice. I am a woman traveling alone across country and I felt 100 percent safe here. The wifi was pretty much useless. They only have a few channels on the TV. I was going to watch something on one of my devices, but the wifi wasn't good. At all.
- Ryder (3/5): Poor -
- Tanya (8/5): - Clean
- Cindy (10/5): - The motel was clean, comfortable, and updated.
- cody (10/5): Great stay for the $$ - This is a great stay for the price you can not beat it. Keep in mind it's an old hotel with minimum amenities, however it's still cleaned good and the staff was some of the best. I'll stay here again when passing through because of the staff very friendly and went out of the way for us.
- Juan (2/5): - Heater did not work and it was not over good experience would not recommend to a family
- dennis (10/5): -
Rooms have been updated, very clean and the owner was very nice, would stay there again!
- Israel (10/5): - It was a nice stay. No problems
- Raul (8/5): - Room was a little small but overall stay was comfortable.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The property was very clean and simple. I missed the simplest amenities like coffee pot and blow dryer. One of my biggest dislikes, but I did see they were working on the problem, was the roach problem. I hate roaches, especially the roaches in the room. My husband killed two that we're dying, so I know management is working on the issue. Overall, I was pleased but would like to see those changes.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Much better than I expected. Not much curb appeal but the room was very adequate for the price.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great, aside from the creepy visual approach. Everything was fine.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Liked the fact that parking was secure & safe. Clean outside premises with nice appealing landscaping. Room very clean and well maintained. Desk clerk cordial and helpful.
- Mario (6/5): - Bien nomás fui a dormir
- Verified traveler (4/5): Two star rating is too high for this place. - There was only one set of towels. Had to ask for more. Housekeeping knocked on my door at 10:30 each morning. I was still sleeping. The shower head was so high and pointed at the side wall. I'm short and it was hard for me to get the shower head pointed where it needed to be to take a shower. Upon leaving I voiced my complaints to management who told me I wouldn't get better for the price. That's not the way to treat customers. I won't be staying there next year.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - I didn’t like the part of town where it was. The room was ok and they had redone the bathroom which was nice.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Not pet friendly******************************************************
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Our Tv didn't work. They were in our room at least half an hour -an hour. There were roaches. The property looked old and run down.
- Emily (2/5): Bed bugs - Bed bugs, very rude Indian man who owns it, I inspected room before stay to see if it was sleepable and found adult and baby bed bugs in bed. Man will not refund me and hotel.com will not call me back. Do not use this website or the hotel. I work for a property management company and just went though bed bug training. I know what to look for and how no matter what room I stay in the bed bugs will follow to my blood. Treatment is so expensive and do not want to bring to my home. Very upset with this. Man also told me the pictures I took were fake and from before. When my iPhone is time stamped.. so.
- Audrey L M (6/5): Little place to rest. - In a pinch this place is fine. Small rooms. Small nicely tiled showers. No frills. No breakfast. But clean and quiet.
- Bob (10/5): value - very clean, very nice people, excellent value for a low price.
- Cheri (8/5): - Not bad fir the money...service was good. Room was clean and comfortable.
- Stephen (10/5): Good price - Good price
- Stephen (8/5): Good price - Good price.
- Stephen (8/5): Good - It’s an older motel, but overall good, for the money.
- Sherry (2/5): Bugs, no hot water - Looked clean but once experienced found little clear micro bugs on bed, freaked me out. Tried to shower, no hot water. Left within hour! Room was packed with furniture. Refrigerator didnt work. Up dated place, nice appearance but not ever again.
- Vanessa (6/5): Hm.. - The room wasn't bad for it's price. But I was woken up at 4am from loud bangs and drops of tin from the building next door. I didn't like how the outside rooms had little lighting, made me tense about leaving my car there the whole night. I feel it should have been just as well lit as the middle of the complex. But again, for the price, I can't complain.
- Nick (10/5): Cheap place. Very clean without bad smells. - Excellent stop for one night. Very inexpensive! ....................
- Justin (6/5): Travel Inn Snyder, TX weird staff habits… - Two lamps were not plugged in-house for decor apparently, so the TV game me the only light at night.
Complaint(s): a worked yelled through the a/c unit on the wall to ask about the car out there instead of coming to the door. Even though I did reserve the room for two although I knew the person that I was there to see wouldn't be able to stay overnight with me, I still said two just to prevent confusion. When I told the guy that he said am I sure and I promised him, checking my hotels.com reservation, & I did in fact reserve for two. Luckily the microwave and fridge worked. They were cool about giving me an extra 20 from checkout time when I was waiting for my ride.
Overall, good. Just would prefer to be communicated with at the door instead of through the wall where the wall a/c is installed. So, anyway… mostly good and Id go back.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Bad - The rooms was to small no room to move around it I know the rooms was that small I would have not stayed there I need more room when it come to hotel I need my room
- Verified traveler (10/5): great price for stay - extra room accommodations for a good value. Close to the restaurants and highway
- Larry (6/5): my stay - My experience was good and enjoyed the stay. I found the place quiet and simple. Older motel was fine for the night. Internet was strong and easy access.
- Valerie (8/5): Just What I Needed - A simple, safe, freshly renovated older motel which turned out to be "just what I needed" for a quick overnight rest stop on my way to the Panhandle.
- bob (6/5): halfway to Ruidoso - We have a dog and I couldn't find a hotel that accepted pets. This one worked out perfectly. Parked right next to our door. Old motel but in good shape. Not a lot of amenities but you are paying budget prices. Just a few blocks from the town square. Would stay again.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The room was nice. However, we got a call after coming back from a wedding, telling us we needed to turn off the bathroom fan. And this was after they had gone in our room to turn it off the first time with out notifying us. It felt like we were being watched
- Melissa (2/5): Won't do that again - The light had to be off to turn on the fridge didn't work the microwave didn't work the remote didn't work the carpet had crazy obvious stains the mattress had crazy noticeable stains I slept in too of the blankets cuz I didn't wanna worry about whatever was on the mattress looked liked blood or juice idk but it wasn't good picks make it look more spacious then it actually is door couldn't even open all the way without hitting one of the beds
- Cliff (8/5): Good clean overnight motel. - Great, clean place to stop for the night. Working refrigerator and microwave, basic stuff. Nothing fancy.
- Jeannie (6/5): Inexpensive and adequate lodging for one night - The room was a bit shabby but clean and the beds were reasonably comfortable. We were a party of 3 adults staying one night and we were only given two towels and one bar of soap so had to ask for more. One of us discovered a big cockroach in the bathroom when she went in to take a shower, but once we disposed of it we didn't see any more of them. However, she decided not to take a shower there after all so we didn't end up needing the 3rd towel.
- Jeff (6/5): - The hot water took a while to come on in the shower and the drain was partially blocked.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Wouldnt stay there again - Not good bed was hard couldn't sleep good woke u sore
- Matthew (6/5): Great Budget motel - Just exactly what is expected in a budget motel. Friendly service and good accommodations for under 50$. Perfect for a one night stopover.
- Sam (10/5): Very, very please - Clean and comfortable hotel. Very nice and cozy. Actually one of the nicest I've stayed on on my travels home.
- Patrick (8/5): good for the price - good for the price
- Susan (8/5): Good value. - It's an out of the way place. Clean rooms. Close to Main Street. Great value.
