Erich (8/5): I would recommend and would stay again depending on price as is on the high side for the area - The air conditioner needed maintenance in my room. It took too long to cool down the room. The thermostat was set at 16C which tells me it was not functioning properly. I was able to sleep though but it took over an hour to be comfortable

Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas. Pero aun asi el precio es justo. Ademas la zona es centrica y hermosa lo que te motivara a estas mas afuera que en la habitación.

JOSE ADALBERTO FRANCISCO (10/5): - El único problema desagradable es que la reservación decía pagar en el hotel e intentaron hacer el cargo a la tarjeta de respaldo aún cuando ya habíamos pagado llegando al hotel afortunadamente la tarjeta estaba bloqueada y no pasó el cargo estoy molesto por eso no sé de quién fue el error de Expedia o del hotel

Barbara (8/5): Very good - A very charming hotel. Great, friendly check-in. Clean and quiet with an excellent location across from the park and a short walk to downtown. For a short stay, the room was fine, but somewhat small. For added comfort, I would have enjoyed a coffee maker in the room.

The shower barely worked. I had to wash my hair in the sink. It looked like they had nice rooms with windows but the rooms were small. And no room had windows. We stayed in a 2 bed room and had comfortable beds but had to move to a king. Not a comfortable bed and there was mold in many places.

Teresa (10/5): - La chica que me hizo el check in fue muy amable, me recibió y dio las indicaciones indicadas, se dio cuenta de que estaba cargada y me ayudó y acompañó a la habitación. Más tarde pregunté si tendrían otra habitación para unos amigos que no habían encontrado hotel pero estaba lleno, y fue muy amable haciéndome recomendaciones y ayudándome con ellos. El hotel está lindo, cuidado y limpio. Está en el centro de la ciudad y por la noche se puede escuchar algo de ruido por lo menos en fin de semana. Sin duda lo recomendaré y sin duda regresaría. David (10/5): - El hotel esta muy tranquilo y sus instalaciones son muy convenientes, la limpieza y el mantenimiento de las instalaciones es excelente. Las habitaciones son de buen tamaño y muy limpias. Muy privado porque no se escucha ruido de las otras habitaciones. Tiene un restaurante muy rico y los precios son accesibles. Lo único que no tiene es estacionamiento y el auto se debe quedar en la calle aunque la ciudad se siente muy tranquila.

Me dijeron que el cuarto se entregaba a las 12 pm y a las 11:45am ya nos habían cancelado la llave del cuarto la puerta ya no abria para sacar nuestras cosas. Fue una experiencia horrible

Nuestra habitación no contaba con ventanas y comentando en recepción nos dijeron que tenian habitaciones con ventanas con vista al patio, asi que solo habra que solicitarlo en nuestra próxima visita.
Kurt (8/5): - It's a nice hotel, very clean, and with interesting architecture, but their Expedia profile is deceptive. First, the profile says "Parking Include", but they don't have parking. Parking is on the street. Second, our room was advertised as a "Premier Suite, 1 King Bed" Pictures show a view from inside the room looking at an open door that appears to be another room, as you might expect from a suite. The room was actually very small, and the "other" room is the hotel's main atrium.
