The location was perfect within walking distance of my friend’s venue in a beautiful part of Boca Raton. The complimentary breakfast exceeded my expectations, with plenty of options and attentive staff offering to clear finished plates. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

A man came to the desk twice in the 15min i waited but didnt even greet me, and walked away. The girl who greated me didnt acnoledge the wait, and was not overy hospitible. I request a room away from the elivators howeve,r when the elivator doors opened my room was the first one there. I tried calling the front desk 3 times to changed it but no one picked up. when I went down finaly told her, she stated I needed to go get my bags from the room before she would give me the next room key, when i asked if someone could just follow me up so i didnt ave to lug my bags down she said no. The rooms are dated, though it looks like they are renovating.

- duvase (2/5): Negligent and Unprofessional - Condensing my complaint, I sent to corporate: 1. At check-in My family was having a "moment" with each other while in the lobby (wedding stress) and later came back to the front desk to see the attendant was literally talking about us!! And KEPT TALKING after we had been standing there. I understand talking about crazy customers BUT GO IN THE BACK??. I am also in a customer-facing job and that baffled me. 2. The Bride (my sister) paid a ridiculous fee to have welcome bags delivered to each guest's room which they NEVER DID, even during check-in when we tried to clarify the miscommunication, the desk attendant said, "That will have to be a tomorrow problem" What?? No apologies? No, "I'll make sure to relay that information" and she clearly never did because the bags sat for DAYS. She might've forgotten because she was too busy talking!! 3. I had an allergic reaction to the feather pillows, let the woman at the desk know (WHO WAS WONDERFUL) and she asked housekeeping to replace all the bedding and grab foam pillows. When I get back to my room what do I find? FEATHER PILLOWS AGAIN. I had already gone to Urgent Care once for a steroid shot that cost me $180 and I was in disbelief that housekeeping would either be lazy or completely negligent to redo everything just to give me MORE feather pillows. Maybe they were trying to intentionally end me at that point.
- nursetinarn (6/5): Just Ok - Rooms are clean. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. Noise was at a higher level than expected from the room to those next door. The staff on arrival were not very friendly or welcoming. Again unlike my other expierences with Hyatt. Location is perfect.
- 95alyssag (8/5): 2nd family stay with some reservations - This is our second time staying at this hotel on a family vacation to Fla. We keep coming back because of its great location downtown near shops and the beach and its beautiful pool and free breakfast, plus large rooms. However, some downsides: there is no fresh filtered water available for guests in a central location. What happens at other hotels I wonder? We had to trek downstairs 3 floors multiple times daily to fill our water bottles at the workout room's water bottle filling station. Also, no safes in the room. Lastly, while this contributed to a casual and comfortable atmosphere, it was a bit concerning that there was no real security in the hotel and anyone could just enter and walk in and go up the elevators to the guest area. Hotel could use some updates because many of the hallways smelled damp. Overall, it's pricey for what it is, but there are not many good options in the area.

The room was spacious; beds and pillows were comfortable. We liked the covered parking garage, although not the $25/night parking fee! - FightOn (10/5): Exceptional Staff - I cannot say enough positive things about the staff at this hotel. My mother had some serious health problems and my sister and I unexpectedly ended up staying the better part of two weeks (after what was supposed to be a 5 night stay). From extending reservations when the hotel was at capacity, to waiving certain charges, accepting packages, and accommodating my mother's dog (who had to stay with us while my mom was hospitalized), the staff did everything to make us feel like this was a place that could be home during a very difficult time. I especially want to recognize the Front Office Manager, Amy, as she sets the tone that others follow. She could not have been more kind. As for the hotel itself, the location is wonderful, it's a few blocks from Mizner Park and has numerous restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk. The rooms are large and well maintained, just showing some basic signs of age, like minor chips on the furniture and stains on the carpet, but nothing to make me feel it was not clean. Even with all the stress we were enduring, my sister and I were able to sleep in peace and quiet, the trains a non-issue. While we did not use the pool and gym facilities, it looked like plenty of people did. I just can't thank the staff enough for treating us with such kindness during our mother's stay at Boca Baptist Hospital.

Rooms look like they are from the 1980’s .. breakfast very poor .. staff does not care about customer service at all … Very important !!there was No bell boy :( for your luggges you carry your own luggage with lugage carriers ! I did not like any anything about the hotel Only Trayon Gaskins was very nice at the reception .. Shame on Hyatt for a location like this !
- michellerella2020 (4/5): Late checkout was not honored - I am a Hyatt member. When I booked online, I paid $25 for late check out and it was listed as 2pm. This was a business trip and we needed the time to co-work on a project. On the day of checkout, starting at 12pm we received multiple knocks on our door informing us we needed to check out. I kept reiterating that we paid for late checkout. At 1pm we received a call from the front desk stating that late check out was at 1pm and were told we had to leave immediately or we would be charged another $30. We had to rush to pack up and leave. I was very disappointed that I need not receive the late check out that I paid for AND was interrupted several times and had to rush to pack and leave the room.

- HonestOpinion19 (4/5): 2 star hotel at best. Dirty. Old. The worst breakfast ever. - Booked this based on a few reviews. Not sure how anyone rates this place positively. Business trip. Rooms are very tired and dirty. Moved rooms bc first assigned room was disgusting. Stains, mold and smelled. Second room slightly better but not much. Looked to switch hotels but availability limited. This hotel was built 20 years ago and is in DESPERATE need of a renovation. The A/c shut off at night when sleeping bc of a motion sensor so would wake up during the night and it was 80 degrees. Absurd. NO SAFE in the room. Bathroom dirty, worn down, rust, wallpaper off walls, etc. see pics. Stains on carpet. Yuk. The ‘free’ breakfast was a joke. I skipped it each day to find other options. Will say the coffee was OK, so at least there was that. A truly mediocre stay. Will not return. Stay somewhere else.
- Jonathan (8/5): - Communal areas looked like they had been recently updated and my room was spacious and reasonably well equipped, with an attentive daily service. The pool area was in good condition although the gym seemed a little tired. The buffet breakfast options were enjoyable but I felt there could have been a bit more variety.

- Heather (8/5): - The breakfast was fantastic many choices Our room didn't get serviced one day and we were out of room all day and said it would get serviced by 4pm Also a young bartender when giving us our drink insisted we tip him as that is how he made his living wage and his service was slow and not made a good cocktail

- S3069OOdianev (10/5): Loved it, will be frequenting this hotel. - I was staying there to go to the Musical Mayhem show. It was withing walking distance and the ammenities were so nice. Even the people that were performing were there. The staff was very nice and friendly.
