kapanadze (3/5): Not worth the money paid. If you are looking for modern & comfortable rooms, dont book here. - The territory is big and nice. Family type resort. Georgian restaurant was nice. The place is old and completely outdated. The rooms are in serious need of renovation, everything felt worn out, like stepping back into the 20th century. It’s absolutely not worth the money we paid. Sunbeds were never available, and the overall management and service were disappointing.

Alyona (7/5): The price of the hotel room is a little high, even in the off-season. - Beautiful surroundings, delicious breakfasts. The room is well cleaned. We were given a room with a view of the construction site. There was an unpleasant smell in the room, and when we closed the window, it reappeared. There is also an unpleasant smell in the corridors.

ARIEL (9/5): Trip to Dreamland Oasis - Nice Resort, with many facilities, Waterpark and Restaurants. Grocery shop in the complex. Room was clean We reserved 2 Rooms but both rooms were in different buildings.

В комплексе очень много чего можно поделать но в сезон, мы были 13 сентября и уже ничего не работало. 1.что есть тараканы в номере ,ребёнок ночью испугался 2. Днем никто не предупредил и через балкон к нам зашёл посторонний человек видимо работник отеля , что он делал на нашем балконе не понятно. Дальше пришёл ещё один рабочий с лестнице и начал на нашем балконе проводить ремонтные работы когда у нас в номере все окна двери открыты , дети были раздеты. После он оставил нам мусор из железной струшки, не убрав за собой. Дети могли паранить ноги. Далее мы пошли на рецепшен там сидели девушки молодые мы пожаловались сказали что уладят проблему , в конце концов в последний день нам убрали. 3. У нас был полный пансион, на завтрак был шведский стол а на обед и ужин было меню .меню было на столько маленьким что даже нечего было выбрать а тем более детям там не было вобще что кушать. Пришлось вызвать менеджера тот все выслушал , отвёл нас в ресторан местной кухни за их счёт и принёс свои извинения. 4. Водные горки работать не будут пока не соберётся хотя бы 15 человек в басейне а басейн холодный очень. Очень шумно было, Дальше проводились работы на басейне весь день и пол ночи работники работали , сверлили,вбивали , стучали.так что есть отдыхать то в сезон .

Jennynorrgard (10/5): - Underbart fint och härligt ställe! Vi hade en svit på 5:e våningen med härlig utsikt. Stort rum och en jätte stor balkong. Stort område att röra sig på och nära in till det lilla centrum som finns. Vi hade bokat 2 nätter men ville stanna längre, gick smidigt och bra med personalen i receptionen. Dyra priser på restaurangerna på området.

Crowded breakfast area, rooms cleaners needs some trainings, sometimes we had a problem with towels on the beach and with WiFi. Wish more activities for children, improvement for play zone and for kids room (it's miserable).

Very expensive restaurants in the hotel’s area( out of the area you get same food in 1/3 price) The water park is for additional payment. The children facilities are for additional payment.

שרון (3/5): - המלון עצמו יפה עם פריחה יפה ועל החוף אוירה אירופאית השירות של המלון היה על הפנים היינו קבוצה של כמה משפחות וכולנו חווינו שירות לוקה מאוד. השירות הוא מאוד איטי ועד שמקבלים משהו לוקח המון זמן. לא היו אדיבים במיוחד חוץ מאנשי הקבלה ששם כן עזרו אך שאר העובדים לא. ארוחות הבוקר מאוד דלות שאכלנו בחוץ ולא במלון כי אין מה לאכול חוץ מבוקר שיש פה ושם כמה דברים.
Tatiana (4/5): - С сервисом очень отстают от того на что претендуют , пришлось буквально бегать в поисках полотенец пляжных так еще и в наглую в лицо доказывали что они есть , будто клиент не в себе и вместо отдыха хочет бегать между ресепшеном и Стаффом у бассейна с разборками. Оплата паркинга отдельно , зашквар при стоимости номера такой , и без вариантов альтернативного отельного паркинга , с чемоданами в поисках нужного корпуса нужно бегать , нигде ни указателей ничего, хотябы номера корпусов могли написать так чтобы было видно из далека а не когда вплотную подойдешь

Madar (8/5): - מקום נחמד בסך הכל, מטופח ונקי, יש גן שעשועים קטן ומתקני כושר ליד הים. בסך הכל מקום סביר ונחמד להעביר בו יומיים שלושה. הפארק מיים דיי קטן והעלות כניסה אליו לטעמי לא משתלמת, המחירים של המסעדות בתוך המקום דיי יקרות. .

Abdulbasset AlJasmi (2/5): Disorganized Check-In and Broken Promises Ruined the Stay - Only the breakfast 1- Check-in Experience: My experience started off poorly. I arrived at the hotel at 4:00 PM, but check-in took nearly an hour due to a system issue. The front desk staff did not greet me warmly nor offer any hospitality. At first, he told me the system was down and asked me to wait. I ended up waiting for almost 30–40 minutes. By the time I received the room key, it was around 5:00 PM. To make things worse, even after check-in, I was told the room was not ready and had to wait another 10 minutes. The whole process was frustrating and unprofessional. 2- Facilities & Expectations : One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was the advertised water park amenities. Unfortunately, due to the delays at check-in, I lost the opportunity to enjoy any of the water activities that day. This was a major letdown, especially given that my stay was short. 3- Dining Experience: When I booked, my reservation included breakfast and dinner. However, upon check-in, I was informed that dinner was not included. I reached out to Booking.com, but unfortunately, they were unable to resolve the issue in time. I was promised by hotel staff (before my arrival) that the reservation would be corrected, but that never happened. When I followed up later in the evening (around 8:00 PM), I was told the staff who promised the correction was no longer on duty, and dinner service had already ended. Although the hotel eventually refunded the dinner cost, it was too late. Given the hotel’s remote location, I had to take a taxi and waste more time looking for a restaurant outside the premises. 4- Overall Impression This hotel stay was extremely disappointing. I lost an entire day due to the delays and mismanagement at reception. The broken promises, lack of communication, and the need to chase down solutions turned what should have been a relaxing visit into a frustrating experience.

Ekaterina (4/5): Своей стоимости не соответствует. - Отель находится в 15 минутах езды от Батуми. На территории есть магазин, где можно купить продукты, воду, перекус. В центральном бассейне быстро нагревается вода в бассейне для детей. Завтраки были однообразны. При заселении мы выбрали полупансион и часто на завтрак давали то, что не съели на ужин. Состояние номера оставляет желать лучшего: начиная от состояния дверей в ванну, сантехники и заканчивая муравьями в номере. Козырек совершенно не защищает от дождя. В номере убираются плохо, дважды просила убрать номер, но его не убрали.

שטיינבוק (8/5): - המלון עצמו מהמם! כל המסעדות במלון מגישות אוכל טעים מאוד (כמובן בתשלום), יש במלון הכל, שום דבר לא חסר ולאנשים שאוהבים בטן גב, באמת אין שום צורך.לצאת מהמלון. אנחנו נתקלנו באנשים אדיבים ושירותיים מאוד. וואווווו איזה נוף היה לנו מהסוויטה, מדהים! זרם המים במקלחות היה חלש מאוד וכמה פעמים גם לא היה זרם בכלל במים החמים ולא היו מים חמים. פעם אחת המים הפסיקו ממש בזמן שהבן שלי היה מסובן במקלחת. עם זאת מיד עם פנייתנו לקבלה, הגיע אדם לתקן את הבעיה. בנוסף במסעדה מזמינים אוכל, עד שהאוכל יוצא יוצאת הנשמה, אבל זה משהו שכולל לכל גאורגיה כנראה. וכידוע על כל דבר צריך לשלם, פארק המים, יש לשלם בכל יום מחדש, כנל לגבי חדר משחקים (לא נכנסנו).

Paula (10/5): Eu e a minha família adoramos - Para além das piscinas com escorrega que os meus filhos adoraram , gostaria de salientar o tratamento do Sr.Irakli o responsável do hotel, que se mostrou disponível em ajudar em qualquer situação , pois precisei de uma cama extra para um dos meus filhos e com a maior simpatia disponibilizou , assim como me ajudou com táxis para atrações , com cartões , com tudo .

Анастасия (8/5): Впечатления хорошие благодаря территории, морю, но не обслуживанию и помощи персонала в решении проблем. - Размещались в номере категории «представительский люкс». Семья из 5-ти человек, места хватило всем. Вполне комфортные помещения, огромная терраса-веранда с видом на двор. Чистое, хрустящее белье, принадлежности для душа и полотенца-все это присутствует. Завтраки вроде разнообразные, но надоели уже на третий день🤷🏼‍♀️ Отсутствие сушилки для мокрых вещей, она- как дополнительная платная опция, что весьма странно. В ванной не работает сушилка для полотенец, в связи с чем- сушить полотенца после душа весьма проблематично, еще при том, что в номере достаточно влажно. Со сплит систем обильно капает конденсат, образуя на ковролине лужи, которые не высыхают. При обильном дожде вся наша веранда-терасса превратилась в бассейн за считанные минуты.
