They also did not had the spare key for the room. In case there are 2 guests they must enter and exit at the same time! Pathetic!

• Saeira (9/5): A wonderful stay in a friendly and welcoming hotel! - The location was perfect for us. The view of the mountains from the dining room is amazing. Opposite the hotel is F6 Markaz which is full of restaurants and great shops. We ate at Aanch on the first night it was lovely. The bedroom was clean and modern, it was a real pleasure staying here. I slept so well! The rooms were cleaned every day. The hotel itself was very peaceful and I felt very safe here. The Breakfast was fresh and the waiters were always on hand to make something off the menu, if need be. My cousin always requested fresh rotis in the morning! We also ate at the hotel in the evening a couple of times, and the food was delicious. The reception team were always polite and friendly when we needed any help. The hotel is run very efficiently and all staff are extremely professional and very hospitable. We had the best time here! I will most definitely be staying here again! There could have been a bit more variety at breakfast.

• Maqbool (6/5): The stay was just okay, breakfast needs to be better and the hotwater situation needs to be fixed. - The only good thing was the location, we had plenty of nice food places and other shops on a walking distance. They gave us a room with a really bad bathroom but the staff later on changed the room with a better bathroom so that was one good thing. The hotel does not have hot water, it gets a little lukewarm, but no hotwater. The breakfast needs to be updated, its just the same thing everyday, could be better with some more options.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Islamabaf, making it convenient for both sightseeing and business. It's close to restaurants and shops. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The view from my room was stunning, offering a perfect snapshot of the city. Hotel One offers an array of top-notch amenities, especially the parking and lobby area were very convenient. The service at Hotel One is unparalleled. From the moment I arrived, Mr. Tahir Sultan was friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Special thanks to Mr. Tahir Sultan for his exceptional hospitality. The dining options at the hotel were superb. The breakfast offered a diverse menu with delicious dishes. Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. My stay at Hotel One exceeded all expectations. The combination of luxurious accommodation, excellent service, and prime location make it a perfect choice for anyone visiting Islamabad. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future. The toilets could be a little cleaner.

He made us very welcome from the start and exceeded all our expections. The hotel is very modern, comfortable and in a great location. It is more of a retreat than a ‘normal’ hotel. I would highly recommend this place. The staff, the cleanliness and hospitality were all great and highly appreciated.
• Talha (10/5): Highly recommended, great place to stay with your family in Islamabad - Excelent location, nearby restaurants and easy access to main road. Buffet breakfast was good and had a good variety. Cleanliness of the rooms and place was good. Staff was very cooperative. I would visit again next time if i plan on staying in Islamabad. Since rooms are on the ground floor and basement, there is no view from the windows. But if you go upstairs to the coffee shop area, you can enjoy an amazing view of the mountains and road.

• Usman (9/5): Great option if you want a comfortable stay while saving money - Clean, comfortable property offering good-sized rooms and delivering great value for money. Very polite and helpful staff, especially Usama at the front desk and the housekeeping team. Solid breakfast spread with plenty of tasty options. Good service standards same as other Hotel One properties (I've stayed at a few of them). Nice central location so you're just a few minutes away from most spots — whether that's Centaurus for shopping or the Margalla Hills trails for hiking. There's a mosque a few steps away as well. No elevator since it's a smaller property, so accessibility can be an issue unless you're okay with ground floor rooms (they have several). Kitchen closes at 23:00 so no room service orders after that, but there are plenty of eateries within walking distance.
• Farid (9/5): Most Comfortable Stay - This was my second stay in Hotel One Super, in as many weeks. The Hotel is very good value for money. The staff are most kind and courteous. I would especially like to mention Osama, at front desk who made both the check-in and check-out, most convenient. The hotel is located most ideally, walking distance from some of my favorite restaurants in Islamabad. The rooms are clean. I was also most pleasantly surprised to get a complimentary upgrade, indicative of the commitment of the staff to provide a most amazing experience and a comfortable stay. Special morning breakfast was served for those fasting during Ramadan, which is much appreciated.
• Farid (9/5): Comfortable Stay - I had a most comfortable stay in Hotel One. The Value for Money was amazing. The toilet was clean and the bed most comfortable. The location is ideal. The Hotel is located right across from some of my favorite restaurants/coffee shops in Islamabad as well as some of the best shopping stores in the city. The staff were most courteous. The Sahoor (for Ramadan) was perfect and made to order. I would definitely stay again.

We had a driver with us and when we called the property we were told, the driver can be accommodated with an extra fee. Upon reaching the property, we were told that there is no space for drivers which completely messed up our plans. Rooms are very average, while the bathrooms are TERRIBLE and are not very clean even.did not expect such a terrible experience from a Hotel chain like PC.

This made our family vacation all the more enjoyable and stress-free. The level of professionalism and courtesy displayed by the staff was truly commendable. Whether it was the front desk personnel, housekeeping staff, or the restaurant team, everyone exuded a genuine desire to make our stay comfortable and memorable.
