The ability to add an additional bed was a point of difference for our family of five - other hotels either offered two rooms or if they did fit us it would have been in 3 Queen sized beds which was not appropriate. Also appreciated the complemetary barista coffee each morning. Excellent proximity to public transport with the Chatswood station a short walk away, as well as other local amenities easy to find either at Chatswood Chase or the local Westfield. Replacement towels for our 5th person were a bit hit and miss.

Chris (8/5): Would stay again if we had to attend same appointment - Property was located close to where we had appointment and shopping centre,on-site parking was a good thing as we could walk around the area without having to drive Didn’t like the fact no restaurant on premises,for the price usually a breakfast option is available

Bob Di (8/5): In all very pleasant. - Nice to have own laundry Comfy beds Toaster etc were placed in overhead cupboards. Unreachable. Had to ask for help. Would have liked a rubber mat for the shower. Very slippery.

Yan (10/5): - This was our second stay at SILKARI within the last three years and we absolutely enjoyed it. The staff are all very friendly and Manager Zou is so helpful and understanding. The location is in the heart of Chatswood but nice and quiet. And the free coffee in the morning is fantastic. We'll definitely come back. None

Marjory (8/5): Close to shops and train station. Comfort and space. - Location ideal. Reception staff were professional, courteous and helpful. Room was spacious. Good bathroom. Huge bed. We asked if our kitchen and bathroom floors could be washed, but they were never done. The balcony needs thorough cleaning, ie. removal of all the cobwebs on the roof, clean the floor and make the glass - everywhere, sparkling clean.
