• Eduardo (7/5): Normal - La televisión muy chiquita, ya muy vieja con mala resolución. Cuarto sin aire acondicionado y muy caliente.

• Isela (8/5): Estancia en abril 2027 - La ubicación está perfecta porque justo la entrada está ubicada en los arcos del zócalo. Nos dejaron hacer check a las 12:30 sin problema y las habitaciones limpias. El servicio del personal muy amable. Por el precio de las habitaciones creo que la calidad del hotel está súper acorde Cómo el hotel está en pleno zócalo no tiene estacionamiento, pero si hay 2 opciones una gratuita a 8 cuadras de distancia y otra muy cerca que solo cobra 100 del check in al check out, no estoy segura si ese precio cambie si es más de un día la estancia. Ojalá también pusieran shampoo y acondicionador en las habitaciones, no había.
• vanessa (6/5): - Una habitación cómoda pero le faltaba algo de cariño a los detalles. Desayuno muy bueno. Las ventanas no cierran bien, se escucha a otros usuarios del hotel y las campanadas de la iglesia cercana a las4 de la mañana son bastante incómodas incluso en invierno.

• MARÍA JOSE (8/5): Cómodo hotel en el zócalo de San Pedro de Cholula - En el zócalo De San Pedro de Cholula, con una terraza muy animada. Camas amplias y comodísimas, limpieza impecable. Tanto Claudia como Alicia amables y atentas, siempre con esas hermosas sonrisas . Por el tipo de edificación, la iluminación de las habitaciones entra por unas claraboyas estrechas. Las habitaciones de la planta baja son algo oscuras. Nos cambiaron amablemente al primer piso, más luminoso
• Francis (5/5): Buena ubicación y ya - La ubicación Las campanas De la Iglesia empiezan a sonar desde las 5.45am por lo que no se duerme bien y se escucha todo el ruido de la calle y de las demás habitaciones. La cama es incómoda, poca iluminación, las griferías no funcionaban bien, aunque teníamos el desayuno incluido era muy restringido y solo incluía una taza de café, la adicional se pagaba.

• Castro (10/5): Un lugar para regresar - La ubicaciòn es perfecta! Centrica, fàcil de llegar a todos lados, el personal muy amable, siempre ayudandome incluso desde antes de llegar. Fui a celebrar mi aniversario y me ayudaron a dejarle un detalle en la habitaciòn. Todo fue perfecto, la cama super còmoda, agua caliente, cuentan con secadora para el cabello y la comida del restaurante que tienen en general es buena. El sapo del sanitario en la habitaciòn que nos quedamos no servìa muy bien, pensamos que no habìa agua, pero fue una pequeña falla del sanitario que pudimos solucionar. El restaurante cierra temprano, serìa hermoso que tuvieran servicio a la habitaciòn hasta la media noche. Pero en realidad el lugar es perfecto.

• Omar Isidro (10/5): Buena ubicación y excelente limpieza - La limpieza No cuenta con estacionamiento privado el hotel, dan una cortesía en el estacionamiento que se encuentra a la vuelta de 8pm a 9am la verdad es que no lo utilizamos porque llegábamos ya tarde el hotel y salíamos temprano, por lo que preferí dejar el auto en el parque

• Poh (9/5): Great central location and nice management - The location is fantastic. Just outside the hotel are the bistros and restaurants on the Zocalo. An even more charming place in the evening. The lady manager is very friendly and helpful. I wish I had more daylight in the room.

• Lucia (3/5): wouldn't recommend - the bed sheet was dirty with a blood stain. personal was kind of unflexible regarding the breakfast and the opening time. there were people screaming and singing during the whole evening/night. doors were aggressively slamming the doors. called the front desk twice and had no answer. no window. wouldn't recommend it if you want a peaceful sleep.

Very attentive and kind individuals that went out of their way to be helpful the cleaning people were wonderful as well The location is perfect!! close to all the sites to see and they have room service that's very quick! Only thing for me was the air-conditioning I would prefer it over a ceiling fan but that could just be me and my menopause LOL!!! its a great facility very clean and comfortable im just being knit picky I WOULD 100% recommend this Hotel!!!

• Tiago (8/5): Good for the price, nice breakfast options and location - - Very well located to discover Cholula. - Friendly and helpful staff. - General amenities were good for the price paid. - The breakfast included in the payment was actually ok for the price - it included a juice, a main dish, and coffee. And for hotel guests there was a very good discounted price for the buffet. - Although it didn't have air conditioner, it had a nice fan in the ceiling. - The only window available in the room was rather small and facing a wall. - The faucet in the bathroom was weird because the water was somehow facing too close to the edge of the sink and I'd wet my clothes sometimes even when I tried to be careful.
• Cmark (9/5): excellent experience. when back in Cholula this is the obvious choice - clean, modern, comfortable, outside restaurants right on the zocalo. only con is that the room strong box was not functional.
• Sandhi (9/5): Superb - The hotel location is absolutely wonderful. We wanted a budget hotel to stay in for one night. And most of the time we were supposed to be out for various tours. Claudia in reception was super helpful. We could do an early check in as fortunately our room was ready. This budget hotel fulfills everything that you look for. Clean room. Perfect basic facilities. For one night stay where you plan to stay out maximum of the time and want an accomodation which is just in the centre of Cholula, this can be your destination. The facility can be maintained better.

• Kerry (7/5): Great location, but noisy at night - The buffet is not included in the hotel price and cost a little more than what is included. Good buffet on the plaza sidewalk, just outside the hotel. NOISE!... from 9 pm til 11:30 pm Most likely just on weekends, but very loud bands with the column cranked up and the hotel has their main door open most of the time! Having to pay any additional $20 USD to pay for parking.
