- Radu (1/5): well not return, booking.com should change the classification of this hotel - location was close to the beach and lots of shops and restaurants around booking shows is a 4* hotel yet it’s 2*. the pictures on booking are very nice compared to what you will find. Right off the bat the reception looks worse than the picture on booking. The rooms have a very particular moldy smell and the windows do not close all the way. At first I thought it was just the room we got and since the window did not close all the way and there was a lot of noise from outside we asked for a diferent room. 2nd room was the same, windows did not close, smell was even worse, especially in the bathroom. Zoom in on the photos I posted and you will see the paint is coming off the ceiling. On top of this, staff does not speak any english is very hard to communicate. Room cleaning services are slow and only happened after we asked at the reception even though we put the sign on the door to clean the room. Pool on top floor is dirty and small.

Vi frågade om han kunde lägga undan lite till sista dagen... han kom dagen efter med ett leende, omelett och köttfärssås. Strand handdukar e lyx att få med sig. Rummet var bra med städningen varje dag Gymmet var slitet så vi valde att gå till Pig Gym runt hörnet istället

Dirty pool,Dirty gym,outdated rooms,filthy bathroom,towels were not clean and white,the room needs too be renovated ASAP,Booking.com really needs some agents to inspect some hotels.

Les photos ne sont pas représentative de l'établissement. Nous avions demandée à pouvoir entrer 2h avant l'heure prévu dans la chambre on nous l'a refusé, nous avons du attendre dans le hall.

We booked an ocean view room and it was spectacular. Awesome and extraordinary stay experience. We booked a local tour to Hoi An with driver Mr. Minh, one of the nicest people and guides one can ask for. Our entire trip he made memorable and special thanks for everything he helped to make us comfortable and cover up every piece of place. 11 on 10 for Mr Minh. Heart felt thanks to him. We are pure vegetarian and hotel too has many Indian and vegitarian guest but does not have more veg options for breakfast.

Alles so ziemlich abgewohnt, ich hatte den Eindruck dass der Boden in den beiden Aufzügen noch nie gereinigt wurde, die Toilette im Fitnessraum ist praktisch unbenutzbar, der Pool ist okay, aber es fehlt der Sonnenschutz.

- Miguel Angel (1/5): No volvería - A las 14 horas les dijimos que el minibar no funcionaba, y cuando volvimos a las 20 horas no lo habían solucionado. Y dijeron que ya lo solucionarían al día siguiente. Con 33° por el día y con agua caliente para beber !!!! Creo que no es normal ese trato en un Hotel de cuatro estrellas. Tuvimos que insistirles en que lo solucionaran, y aún así pusieron un minibar que casi no enfriaba. El ascensor, cada vez que se para en una planta suena un timbre que, aunque no estés cerca del propio ascensor, te molesta. Así que no pegas ojo. Hemos estado en hoteles de dos y tres estrellas en Vietnam mejores que éste que tiene cuatro.

- Stoian (8/5): Comfortable Stay Near My Khe Beach - Great stay overall in a very convenient location, just a short walk (around 100m) from My Khe Beach. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and cafés nearby, and it’s easy to get into town as well. The staff were lovely for the most part, the security/doorman was especially kind and welcoming, always friendly and helpful with recommendations (he pointed us towards some great local markets). The breakfast and housekeeping teams were also excellent, very attentive and pleasant to deal with. The room itself was very comfortable and a great size. Having two double beds gave us loads of space, and the beds and pillows were honestly some of the most comfortable we’ve had in Vietnam. Good value for money overall. There were just a couple of things that could be improved. The door lock didn’t work properly, which made us feel a bit uneasy. Also, while the check-in process itself was smooth, one member of the reception team was a bit overly familiar and made some inappropriate suggestions (e.g. inviting us out for drinks with his friend), which felt unprofessional, especially as two female travellers. Lastly, the curtains could do with a proper clean, as they felt a bit damp and not very fresh. Overall, a comfortable and well-located stay with great staff, but with a few areas that could be improved. I’d rate it around an 8/10.

They have a pool and gym at the roof top There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom. The shampoo had a bad smell and water overflows on the floor after you shower. No much english channels in the tv. Breakfast was great but the coffee and soup were cold. Other guests had no respect to other guests as they had loud tv on, banging the doors when closing, talking loud.

- Leanne (1/5): - It was close to the beach. Black mold in the bathroom, no hot water, smells of cigarettes really bad in a non smoking room. Front desk staff couldn't care less and changed the price of a one night stay after we were denied a new room and they told us we could leave.

- Chris (5/5): A cheap hotel - Breakfast menu was a bit limited, however the breakfast were very helpful and polite. Not much else to like about this hotel, its cheap, but you get what you pay for. We managed to arrange a couple of trips and the driver Mr Ming was excellent and friendly. Check in staff were useless with limited English and didn't smile once. Cleaning staff were hopeless, they changed the sheets but didn't sweep the floor or mop the bathroom floor for the 6 days we were there. There is mold in the bathroom and drainage is not good. The photos in Booking.com are heavily photoshopped.
