- 不語 (7/5): - 距離火車站超級近，可以很優雅走去趕火車。距離城隍廟口十分鐘路程就可以到達，櫃台人員很溫柔且細心說明，早餐簡單營養充足，廚房阿姨很用心準備，還會幫不吃豬肉的族群特別做出其他品項的三明治，非常貼心。

- Boon San (6/5): Convenient Location, But Don't Expect Much Beyond That - Superb location — just a 1–2 minute walk from Hsinchu Train Station. Surrounded by major convenience stores, eateries, and shopping options including nearby malls. Very convenient for travelers! The reception counter staff were not friendly, which came as a surprise to me. I've travelled to Taiwan countless times, and one of the things I’ve always appreciated most is the warm hospitality and friendliness of the Taiwanese people. They’re usually helpful, approachable, and often go out of their way to assist tourists without being asked. Unfortunately, my experience with the staff at this hotel was disappointing. There was some “conflict” when I tried to understand the price differences between days. Perhaps I asked too many questions, or it was simply bad timing, but the staff didn’t seem willing to clarify my doubts. In the end, I gave up and just paid the listed amount. The lack of engagement and unwillingness to help left a poor impression. On my last day, which happened to be the eve of the Duan Wu Festival, I felt uncomfortable with the price and decided not to extend my stay. I managed to book another hotel approximately 500 metres away, which offered almost 2/3 of the rate. The new room was bigger, newer, and came with a warm welcome from the front desk staff — a small gesture that instantly restored my confidence in the hospitality Taiwan is known for. Also worth noting — The actual facilities are pretty basic. If I return to Hsinchu in the future, I now know exactly where I’ll choose to stay.

- Jamaica (9/5): - like this hotel because it’s affordable, especially for a solo traveler like me. It’s conveniently located right in front of the train station, with lots of convenience stores nearby. I’m very thankful to the receptionist who allowed me to check in about two hours earlier than the standard time. She explained all the rules clearly and was always polite and welcoming. I also enjoyed the free breakfast—simple but nutritious. I appreciate that they provide free drinking water, with a hot and cold dispenser, plus complimentary tea and coffee. They also offer unlimited shampoo, facial cleanser, and body wash. My room was small but perfect for one (or maybe two), and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious, comfortable, and very clean. They provided towels, face towels, and cotton buds as well. My only recommendation to make the stay excellent would be to wash or clean the hallway carpet to make it smell fresher. Adding a room freshener or a humidifier with a pleasant scent inside the hotel would also be a nice improvement. The hallway smell might also be due to the fact that smoking is allowed in the building, so improving ventilation or setting clearer smoking guidelines could make the environment more pleasant for all guests.

- DICKY (8/5): - 如果預算不多又沒有太高要求的話，可以選擇這一間旅館，距離新竹火車站只有幾分鐘的路程，房間清潔方面整體都不錯，但隔音比較差，如果有這方面顧慮的話需再作考慮。但整體來說性價比還是可以的。
