Although we did not get into contact with the staff, the service was good, excellent communication over whatsapp We stayed in the room Mole, they have to replace the shower head, because it leaks.

• Kate (8/5): Very good - The room was spacious and very clean. Francesca, the owner, was very helpful and kind, providing local information as well as a nice breakfast (including making the coffee herself!). The location right by Porta Susa station was perfect for an early departure - I could even take a packed breakfast with me! The room gave onto the street on the ground floor so there was a certain amount of noise, even though it was a quieter street. However, if you aren't bothered by noise, then the location and placement is great. Also, the shower cubicle was very small, despite the bathroom being a perfectly reasonable size for one person.

In addition to a comfortable room, there is a shared kitchen/breakfast area with fridge/ kettle etc…which is great. The people who run it are lovely and super-helpful. The night we stayed, the other rooms were empty so we had the place to ourselves 😁. Nothing

• Mary (8/5): Pleasant quiet place to stay which was very good value for money. - The location is very close to Porta Susa train station, so it was very convenient for an early start. Although it was close to the station it was in a quiet street which felt very safe, and the building was quiet too. It's about a 20 minute walk into the historic centre of Turin from there. It was very good value for money.

The bed not as comfortable as others. The owner is not on the premises so we had to ring the bell and wait for her to arrive from elsewhere. She came quickly so it was no problem, but it would have been useful to know in advance.

• Kathryn (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely loved this bed and breakfast. It was squeaky clean and just a few minutes walk from the city. The staff we met were a mother and daughter who were so sweet. We got great recommendations for local restaurants and how to get around the city, and the breakfast was lovely. Just a really great price for what we got! This was so homey and I'm so glad we stayed here! Highly recommend over a hotel. The bed was extremely hard. Some people do like a hard bed, but for me this was a bit too difficult to sleep on. But truly was not the worst I've had so it was manageable. Again the best thing was that the beds were very clean and the sheets smelled really good.

• Linda (8/5): Basic, clean place easy walk to train station - We had early train and it was an easy 3 - 5 minute walk. Room was simple, spacious and clean . The host had an event to attend the first morning, so we went to Cafe close-by for breakfast. The 2nd day, we left before 7:00 and were told to help ourselves to the packaged items available in the kitchen area and to make our own coffee. There was also yogurt in the refrigerator. Upon arrival, we were given a map with different sites marked and a few restaurants pointed out. Packaged breakfast. More of the town we weren't so happy with.
• Stephen (8/5): What a gem, good value, good location and definitely on the stay again list! - The room was more than adequate, clean, comfortable and quiet. The host was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was "do it yourself", simple, and sufficient to enable the tackling of the outside world at 6.30am. Here's the really good bit Porta Susa station is a minute away, so the combination of location and accomodation is a real winner! Nothing comes to mind!

• Carlos (9/5): Good place to stay at Turín/Torino - It's a comfy place, well located (from porta susa train station) and accesible to a lot of places. The condominium is good, great place; I really had the security and comfortable sensation. Hmmm, I don't speak italian, and staff just speaks italian; for someone who speaks spanish or portuguese could not be a problem, but it is necessary for a hotel to have staff with english language knowledge.

The room was tastefully designed and decorated, good shower & toilet facilities; beautiful building in a nice area of Turin & easy to get around from there. Very minor issue with noise of doors in the building with people coming in and out, but it was quiet during the night so no was not a big problem.

We only had one night in Turin between train connections and this was an ideal place to stay. The area was safe, clean and smart and the price we paid was very reasonable.

• Katherine (10/5): Easy way to stay in Torino - Conveniently a block or so outside the area in which no cars are allowed most of the time, so we parked at the B & B and walked into town. Also very close to the train and "metro" and buses. Hosts were very accommodating. Kitchen available for 3 rooms to share, not for cooking a meal but coffee or tea, snacks available all the time.
• Natacha (6/5): bof bof - Déjà je pensais avoir réservé un hôtel B&B de la chaine hotelière, bref, ceci-dit j'arrive dans ce Bead & Breakfast, quand j'ai reçu un message de la personne qui louait les b&b j'ai compris que je m'étais trompée et vu que je ne pouvais pas changer j'ai quand même pris ce b&b, seulement je pensais avoir loué un appartement et bien non, je manquais sérieusement d'intimité, et du coup ça a plombé mon séjour et gâché mes plans, d'ailleurs d'après google ça devait être plus proche de l'endroit que ça ! souvent des arnaques par rapport à ça !! Chauffage limité aussi j'ai pas apprécié, les accueillants étaient sympa et le café délicieux ..........
