• Kseniia (8/5): хороші вихідні ✨️ - комфортний готель, дуже велика кімната. чисто, акуратно. персонал приніс бомбочку для ванни, що є дуже милим.
• Kylian (5/5): Mooie kamer, wel smerig. - Het is een kamer die probeert heel luxe te zijn. Er hangt een mooie tv en ook het bubbelbad werkte goed. Met de lampen en airco op een afstandsbediening is geprobeerd de kamer high tech te maken. Toen wij problemen hadden met het functioneren van de elektra konden wij dit het personeel laten weten en losten ze het op voordat wij terugkwamen. Helaas staat alles op de afstandsbediening voor verlichting en airco in het Koreaans en is er geen verdere instructie. De bedden waren smerig, de vlekken zaten op het hoeslaken. De kitranden van het bad waren losgelaten en beschimmeld en ook de douchekop zag er smerig uit.

• juyoung (10/5): 호텔 MU 후기 - 사장님 친절하시고 가격대비 넓고 편안했어요~~ 제일 기본방으로 잡았는데 침대는 푹신한 매트리스가 아니라 저는 맘에 들었어요~ 샤워실, 파우더룸, 화장실이 분리되어 있어 좋았어요 주차장은 10대가까이 주차할 수 있는 정도였어요
• Samantha (10/5): - Good stay! Close to things and a nice coffee shop right by the hotel. Staff was friendly. Room was very spacious the only downside was the bed was very hard.
• Kirstine (6/5): - The cleaning wasn’t the best. There were 2 small black hairs in the tub and a hair on the soap bar when we arrived and yellow stains on the toilet paper holder. The bedding was also a bit yellow (but clean). If you are very sensitive to the smell of smoke this hotel probably isn’t for you. Even though it was a non smoking room it still had a faint smell of smoke

• Cheng (2/5): Tourists not welcome here. - Actually nothing that I like. The reception staff is not friendly and can't speak English. They refused checking in by referring to email and online booking number and references, and insist the name of check-in guest must be exactly same between passport and booking references. Location is not easily accessible unless you are using a shortcut by walking up to a 60 steps staircase. Very inconvenient for kids or elderly people esp for guests without driving a car. Ideally online hotel booking should NOT list in this hotel at all for tourists. The reception area is also small, dark and with smoking smell.

• Sharon (9/5): Good place near BIFF Square - The room was big, there was a jaccuzi as well as a shower, heated toilet seat, heated matress The location is good, near BIFF Square, however on to of a staircase. The bed was stiff.
• Suet (7/5): poor hygiene but good location and nice staff - the location is nearby the downtown with free parking lot the bed sheet didn’t change and it’s a love hotel with no doubt, the staff change the bed sheet and pillow covers immediately once I raised the problem

• JUNGRAN (10/5): - 우선 남포역에서 도보로 아주 가까운 거리에 있어서 교통편이 매우 훌륭합니다. 근처에 광복점 롯데백화점이 있고 도보로 비프광장, 국제시장, 자갈치 시장도 다 갈 수 있어서 관광하기에 위치가 최상입니다. 직원분도 매우 친절하시고 숙박시설 이용에 불편함이 전혀 없습니다. 또한 방에서 용두산 다이아몬드타워가 바로 보여서 너무 좋았습니다.
• Yuet Ngor (8/5): - 地方乾淨整潔，地點是旺中帶靜的。周圍環境寧靜，離地鐵站不遠，去光復路或樂天百貨亦很近，周圍有不少食店，便利店，選擇不少，附近亦有不少景點可步行前往，早歺選擇不多但還可以，但進食地方偏少。這間酒店很不錯,再來釜山的話會選擇再入住。

• JAGEOM (10/5): - 용두산공원 옆자락에 붙어있는 호텔로 아주 깨끗하고 조용한 호텔이였으며 가까운거리에 자갈치시장 국제시장과 광복동이 끼어있고 걸어서 15분거리에 부산역이있어 부산의 명소를 한눈으로 볼수있는 Mu hotel를 부산의로 구경가실 분들께 추천하고싶습니다
• Yves (10/5): Hotel MU Busan - Chambre spacieuse et lumineuse avec lit king size. Salle de bain avec balneo et douche italienne, WC séparés. Lit & ménage fait tous les jours, propreté irréprochable. Bien situé quartier Nampo et Jagalchi, près du Lotte et park.Petit déjeuner simple mais café à discretion.
• CKC (10/5): - Second stay in this hotel. Perfect location, just 5 mins to nampodong street. Big bathroom with a big bath tub and separate toilet and shower room. Just need to walk up a short stairs to the hotel, which quite difficult for travelled with heavy luggage. Hotel provides simple breakfast with toast, coffee, eggs, fruits and Korean instant cup noodle. Very enjoy to stay in there. Definitely will go back again when visit to busan
• Verified traveler (6/5): - Terrible parking. Breakfast was bread and ramien noodles. The hotel is at the end of an alley that is precarious to navigate. The room was nice. I wouldn't recommend staying here as the area is FULL of other hotels.
• hye ran (8/5): 좋아요 - 여름 성수기여서 좀 많이 비싸긴 했지만 서비스도 청결도도 괜찮았어요. 화장실과 욕실이 분리 되어있었던건 아주 굿!! 조식으로 컵라면이랑 삶은 달걀도 나왔답니다. ^-^

• Wataru (6/5): 充分 - 韓国ではこの手のホテルは非常に多いです。 日本的なランクで言うとビジネスホテルより若干下のランクです。見た目はラブホテル見たいな感じですが何ら問題はないです。 ホテルを重視しない人にはおススメです。 駅からも近いし南浦の街にもすぐ出かけられます。非常に便利です
• Jackie (8/5): - 渋谷の道玄坂のような、モーテルエリアの１軒です。 中央駅側からは両替商が固まっているエリアを抜けて少し坂を上り、出ている看板を左折してから少し歩きます。 レートの良い両替商が近くに複数あり、営業時間も長いので便利です。 ホテルを出てすぐの階段を上ると釜山タワー、 下ると中心エリアの光復路に出られるので、立地は最高です。 外観は写真よりもすっきりとしていて小綺麗で、 駐車場を通って入口を入るとカウンターがあり、パスポートを提示すればチェックイン完了です。 受付の方は英語もあまり話せませんが、急な雨のときには傘も借りられました。 部屋は広く清潔で、２人ならんで入れる大きなジャグジーバスもありました。 滞在中に見かけたのは若い日本人女性３人組の旅行者だけでした。 治安の良い宿です。

This hotel will not be suitable for those who are are very sensitive to smoking smell, there is none smoking room in this hotel, the lighter and ask tray are provided in the room. But the location is good, nearby the Nampodong shopping area.

• SeongDeok (6/5): 가성비 적당, 접근성 좋음 - 용두산 공원 가까워서 좋았어요. 부산타워, 깡통시장, 자갈치시장 가까움. 이불 부족하지 않냐며 챙겨주시는 사장님 친절해요. 조식은 장소가 좁고 약소한 메뉴에 살짝 실망. 원래 모텔건물이어서 자리가 안나오는데 자리를 만든것같은 느낌이지만 그래도 만들어놓은 점에 만족. 방은 온도조절 안되고 온오프만 되는데 새벽에 약간 추웠어요.

• MAYUMI (10/5): - 口コミ通り、広くてアメニティも充実した快適なホテルです。気になった点は、予約フォームに禁煙と記載されてるのに、部屋に灰皿があった事です。私が宿泊した部屋はタバコ臭はありませんでしたが、他の部屋はわかりません。あと、無料のコーヒーマシンですが、砂糖入りが基本のようで、ノーシュガーのコーヒーを選択しても、変わらず甘かったです。砂糖以外の甘味料って意味なのでしょうか？多少の疑問はありますが、スタッフも親切で立地、価格、設備全般、お勧めのホテルです。

• irene (10/5): 房間大位置佳 - 地點好！就位在南浦洞7號出口附近。房間大，乾淨、舒適，又有浴缸可以泡澡，唯一的缺點是還要爬坡，如果回程行李比較重又多的話，建議直接請飯店叫計程車會比較方便，要拖著行李去坐巴士或地鐵，會累慘了！
• Yin (8/5): - 地點離光復路逛街真的很近！但是要爬階梯才能到飯店約3層樓高！搬行李時很累！不適合年長的人居住！早餐永遠只有吐司.水煮蛋.香蕉.泡麵變化很少！住的部分房間很大！有按摩浴缸！
• Chiao-Hui (10/5): 超值的飯店 - 飯店地點很好，走路到地鐵五分鐘，也離主要大街很近，逛街購物非常方便，唯獨抵達飯店要爬一小段樓梯，行動不便或行李太重的旅客會辛苦一點，單搬行李頂多上下一趟，所以可以接受，房間非常的寬敞，幾乎是我們住海雲台同價位飯店的兩倍大，超級舒適，但飯店是汽車旅館的格局，浴室門是半透明的，房內也有保險套，如果是友人同行怕尷尬的要注意一下，我們是覺得還好，冰箱很貼心有水和飲料甚至面膜，都是免費的，附簡單早餐，有果醬土司、水煮蛋、一樣水果、咖啡機及泡麵，其實也很夠吃了，整體來說我們覺得非常超值，下次來還會想住這裡！

• Fareed (10/5): Recommended Hotel. - Booked the night before for 5 rooms. The rooms were great, clean, big and very well maintained. I was very pleased and will recommended to any one going to Busan. The location was central and easy access to everything. Only issue we had was the taxis had some problems finding it.

• Danielle (8/5): Dirty, but comfortable enough.. - The staff was accomodating. We switched rooms, as our first one had a broken tap in the bathroom that was running and very loud. The next room was quite comfortable. The only drawback was that I found a used condom in the room when we first got in it (the other room was also quite seedy). This place is definitely a love motel. Cleanliness aside, the room was very comfortable and the shower was great.

• yu (8/5): 清潔感のある靴の脱げるホテル - 二人の幼児連れの旅行でしたが、靴を脱げるホテルだったのでとても快適な旅行になりました！部屋は清潔感もありアメニティも充実しており、朝は軽い軽食が一階のフロント横に用意されていたので、カップラーメンをいただきました(^^)最終日、フロントの方にタクシーを呼んでいただき、対応もとても良かったです！とても気に入りましたが、買い物エリアから少し歩く事と子供二人を連れて階段をあがる事がなければパーフェクトです！！ありがとうございました(^^)

• SIM (10/5): - Good location , super convenient to Jagalchi Market, BIFF street, Gukje Market, Busan Tower. Well maintained of property. For me I felt that the room charges certainly over value cos the rooms have been upgraded.

• SunnyS (8/5): Good location.high CP value. - Location: about 10mins walk from nampo station,exit 7. turn left after exit, walk straight about 3mins. You will see an escalator that towards yongdusan park. Turn Right to Exit on level 1 which you will see a small Buddha statue on your left side. Walk straight about 2mins, you will see a long staircase on left. Cimb up and reach to hotel MU. *Near to jagalchi market,Lotte mall, convenience to bus station which that go to most of the Attractions. Hotel amenities: toiletries is provided including lotion and bubble bath(huge bathtub for 2pax) Staff:very friendly and helpful. A Mandarin speaking house keeping staff who can help translate your question.thump up! Room: spacious and clean. Keep in well condition. Drinks and snack is free. 2computer is provided for usage +internet access. drawback :TV program is all Korean show. And no translation on remote control.(but it can control the lighting in the entire room):) **Breakfast is just very simple, bread, boiled eggs, and instant noodles (with the comparative room rate and good food around Hotel, this would not affect me to choose this hotel again for next stay)
• Michael (6/5): Hotel is acceptable but the staff is not friendly - Staff is not friendly at all. The receptionist gave me the cold shoulder when i arrived and had more interest in her K dramas than me. Ladies with heavy suitcases be aware of the steep steps. Booked non-smoking room but i could definitely smell cigarette in my room. but it is not too bad. Room was reasonably clean but i could find hair in the bath. Towels are cream colour but guess that is just how it is. Best thing is the location. close to night market and Busan Tower. lots of places for food and drinks around.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Good location and convenient. - The hotel location is good. Near to subway within few mininute walk from Nampo station exit 7. Easier access to shopping and dining areas. However, the hotel location is not easily found even local taxi driver also took some times to reach it. It's better to prepare the hotel address in Korean and phone number to show to driver.
• Sui Ching (10/5): Almost perfect!! - It offers free simple breakfast with egg, cup noodle, bread and coffee although the lobby is too small for taking breakfast, we still like it. I think the rooms are not designed for long stay; we booked 5 rooms for 5 nights, and we found that it lack of wardrobe, only supplied 2 hangers. There had 2 in-room computers but we didn't use them; instead we prefer that space for putting our suitcases and travel bags. We appreciate the big bathroom with a separated toilet and a separated shower room; if the shower room provides a shelf for putting towels and shampoo, it will be perfect. We will use this hotel again although the staff are not too fluent in foreign languages.
• paul (4/5): not recommended - It was really bad location. Taxi couldn't find this hotel, also we got lost too.
