• Deborah (9/5): Superb - Lovely place, a beautiful location, and only criticism if you are with someone elderly the sofas are too low and a sturdy chair needed... It was all lovely, just a sturdier chair needed for elderly individuals
• Caroline (9/5): So much to see and do in the area, great pub nearby for food. We had a great time. - Very few bungalows available, especially with parking. This was great for my elderly mother. If we were to be a little picky, the sofas were not the most comfortable, but as we were out for most of the time it wasn't too much of a problem.
• Susan (10/5): Perfect stay, location, food, place, and great company. - The property is well equiped and we wanted for nothing during our self catering. Lots of pots, pans, cutlery glasses, mugs etc. Washing up liquid, tea towels, cleaner, washing powder provided and very welcome. We cooked amazing food from local produce, meat and fish, bakery found within 5 minutes walk to the shops. The log burner was such a bonus during this cold snap. The property was very clean, beds comfortable and bedding to a high standard. Lots of big fluffy towels. The second bedroom at the front was almost self contained with its own small corridor and seperate door off the lounge - so the opposite side of the property to the two other bedrooms and family bathroom. Copious hot water, under floor heating, a warm property with a sun trap at the rear. Parking was ample for two large cars, and so close to wells and the beach. I cant fault this property. It was like home, large comfy sofas. Sitting in front of the log burner sipping my whisky, reading the papers, and eating Norfolk produce. Slept soundly. I didn't want to leave which says it all. Nothing.

• Sarah (8/5): 5* bungalow in upmarket Norfolk seaside resort - Location was great. 10 min walk into the centre of Wells with quayside, cafes, restaurants and shops Washing machine was useful addition. Good WiFi and smart TV 2 parking spaces was a bonus as this is like gold dust in Wells and took the stress out of the day Hairdryer needs upgrading, blows luke warm air which is a bit slow if more than one person needs to dry their hair Baking tray needs replacing, very scratched surface. Otherwise kitchen well stocked including scales for baking Dishwasher would be helpful here for family holidays! The cottage is situated on a blind bend and people with young children need to be cautious crossing as cars come very fast. I was surprised there wasn't a mirror in place. The speed limit is 20mph here.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - A lovely cottage in a great location just a few minutes walk to the waterfront. Well equipped and comfortable. There was a strong smell of damp in two of the bedrooms on arrival but this could have been because the property had not been aired.
