- Phabeeo (4/5): - I couldn't stay there and I couldn't get a refund. The room is so outdated, everything is old, I can hear the neighbors next door, there is, no privacy. The TV is like in the early 90's. It was a mistake that I made that reservation. Please before booking this place Ho and check tge room yourself. The staff were very nice and professional. Just the rooms are not good and worthy of the amount they are going for
- Yoichi (2/5): Horrible experience - I made a booking through Hotels.com. They ssid that they are not aware of it and repeatedly asked me to pay despite the fact that I paid in advance. I was blocked by the receptionist and the guard from getting out of the premise until I paid again at the reception. They are simply stupid and greedy. I suffered a lot. I never ever rerecommend this place to anyone.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - I chose Gramo suites after leaving another apartment that was way below average. Gramo was definitely above average even if a bit pricey. The room was absolutely perfect and what im seeking when I am on vacation. Im a budget minded guy so all the offers they had i usually turned down including restaurant eating every night and laundry. The apartment was very clean and even had two balconies though neither had a spectacular view. For the most part it was quiet and situated close enough to malls and stores that it was a very lovely experience and a great place to stay. I would recommend this place to anyone.

- Verified traveler (4/5): - I had an apartment which was less stocked! Inspite of the upgrade, i still realized some thimgs were amiss! The shower was totally calcified that the shower water sprayed everywhere, the toilet sink had a permanent odour not forgetting the lack of toilet papers when i needed it most. Seriously, you can do better owing to the fact the premise is just to beautiful

The were very helpful and kind and I feel they went an extra mile to ensure our stay was great. The facility is very secure
- bthalm111702 (8/5): Honeymoon - For me personally, I was super satisfied in every bit. I slept and ate like a king. Even when we were late for breakfast the service time still served us a super delicious english breakfast with juice, tea or coffee. The gym was perfectly installed and equipped. Unfortunately the water of the swimming pool was quite cold. Am also amazed of the housekeeping service: very polite and exact, our room was alsways perfectly well tidied up and cleaned up! I would recommend Gramo Suites to alp of my friends! And I'd choose Gramo Suites again and again!!!
- kevingW5482NQ (10/5): Great hideaway - Tucked away in Kileleshwa, this little property has a bar, bistro, workout facility, and great little suites. The staff is friendly and very helpful. We plan to stay here next time we go to Nairobi. If you book online, you can make sure the complimentary breakfast is included with your room rate.

- MaggieM815 (8/5): Nice facilities, just a little issue - We stayed in Gramo on 26th February 2019. The facilities are new and well maintained; staff are friendly and helpful. However the room was quite tiny and infested with mosquitoes. There are no nets and we literally stayed up all night, i think a little investment on mosquito nets will make this facility 5 star.
- E7072WSjenniferh (6/5): Decent enough, but room is cramped and not conveniently located - I've stayed at Gramo Suites a few times on business, and have been put in the same room (Ruby 5) each time, which is basically a super-small efficiency. It might be a decent option for someone who wants the kitchenette to cook in, but it results in a ridiculously small space to 'live'. There's no couch or comfortable seating (just a few awkward bamboo chairs meant to eat in front of) and the bed is behind a bookcase - so it creates a VERY cramped feeling and is not a place you'd want to work or spend any time beyond sleeping. I also found it very loud (this was other residents). Although it's close to my office and they put us there with the idea it's in walking distance, it's not close to much of anything, meaning you're kind of stuck with eating at their on-site restaurant, which is perpetually undergoing construction. The reception and wait staff at the restaurant are incredibly nice, but the food is *incredibly* and perpetually salty. So, I'd say it's a tolerable place to spend a night or two (it is clean and in a safe area of Nairobi), but as soon as I learned that I don't *have* to stay at Gramo Suites when traveling to NBO for work, I decided I will not be staying there on my next trip!
- vectro (6/5): Reasonable accommodation at a reasonable price. - There are better values in the city, but if you must be based in Klieleshwa, this is probably the best choice. The rooms are comfortable, the food is safe, and the prices are reasonable. If you are squeamish about bedbugs, maybe best to stay elsewhere. I stayed at Gramo Suites on two separate occasions for one week each. The first time there were bedbugs in my room (and they did bite me), but thankfully they did not get in my luggage. On the second visit there was no evidence of bedbugs. They do spray rooms monthly with insecticide. Pros: Comfortable beds, free breakfast, good housekeeping, great fitness center Cons: Mediocre food, high price for incidentals, mixed service quality, roosters nearby Regarding the food and drink, it greatly depends who is on duty. The head chef takes pride in her work and prepares some pretty good meals. Standard breakfast is a variant of the full English, but different breakfast requests (e.g., pancakes) can be accommodated if made in advance. No charge for room service.

Unattended children running wild at midnight in hallways were deafening making it impossible to sleep. Many things needed fixing. central location and not noisy surroundings. restaurant not very good.

The check in process was very smooth, The self catering apartments are fully furnished with all the necessities. Will be back soon. Well done.
- 757maryo (10/5): Hens party gone great - For such a secluded and well reserved hotel, this was the perfect place for such an event. The ambiance is top notch and did I mention the menu is pocket friendly and yum to the last bite?! Thank you for such an amazing experience.

- Hugh (8/5): Gramo Suits,Narobi - The apartments appear to be newly built. At the time of our stay in January there appeared to be few other holiday makers staying. Some of the apartments are probably occupied by longer term residents although in truth we ahardly saw anyone. At times we felt the place was exclusively for us. The staff were always very friendly and helpful and there was always evidence of cleaning going on around the pool, bar,restaurant etc. The location whilst close to the city was at the end of a road which was very dark at night which might have been a concern had we not be collected and taken back by friends we have in Nairobi. The menu was a bit on the limited side although the food was always presented well of good quality and reasonably priced.
- clanot (6/5): Handy apartment, good location, friendly staff, lacks a bit of system and comfort - Positive: - staff very friendly and helpful - security of the premises was good - well equipped gym and good looking pool (although I never used them) - the area is calm (residential) and there are lots of trees in the backyard - the price is very good, although there are some shortcomings (compared to local standards still acceptable, but still easily to avoid) Needs improvement: - The apartments already look a bit worn out and the description does not reflect reality: a) the internet did not work for the entire duration, b) there was no sofa but only two chairs, c) the washing machines are kind of hidden and I had to ask several times for it (it seems they prefer one uses the laundry service instead of self-service) - Poor maintenance (had to report leacking toilet and shower as well as broken lights,; this could have been checked before I moved in); the windows in the bath could not be closed properly, in the kitchen frame and window left a big gap for a constant draft (since there is no heating in the cold season, better pack warm cloths), also I was begged to leave my key at the reception, since they have no spare keys - the kitchen was not well equipped: no oven, minimum equipment not offered (e.g. bowl, cutting board, scissors, measuring mug, whisk etc.), toaster was missing (although described as equipped I had to beg for it; after 1 week they finally bought one for me) - no smoke detectors Just to mention: - Although mentioned in the information, there was no oven in the kitchen. This was very annyoing and I would have at least expect a microwave with an integrated oven (only costs 50 USD more!) - Lacks a bit of comfort: the mattress was too soft in the middle for my taste; either you eat bowed at the sofa table or standing at the kitchen; some shelves in the bathroom would have been handy - Annyoing were the screaming roosters at 5am in the backyard of the neighbours, but this is not the fault of the hotel.
- ayodejiobalogun (10/5): Gramo Suites - Gramo Suites felt at home at a decent price. Warm reception, nice rooms and great meals. The chef was really stylish. It has been long I had such a great value for money in Africa. I recommend it for short business stays or family trips.
- 425shishik (10/5): Amazing FOOD, Amazing customer service - The location is perfect such a nice peaceful area. The food was really amazing especially the bar bites. The customer service was surprisingly very good seeing as I have had bad experiences with customer service in Nairobi. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Nairobi its absolutely amazing. The facilities too are super just like a hotel completely.
