• Danylo (8/5): A decent stay but not worth the price. - The hotel is very clean and the staff always had a smile and were prompt to get me registered and checked out. I found the breakfast to be underwhelming. The bacon was cut so thin you could see through it plus it was lukewarm with little flavour. The veggie patties looked so unappetizing that I chose not to try them. The bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash are very convenient, however that evening after showering with the body wash my skin became dry and itchy.

Il y avait une senteur d’urine autour de la toilette et des murs. J’en ai parlé à une caretaker qui est passé en notre absence mais l’odeur n’es pas partie. Les rideaux étaient tachés et les murs et surfaces sont dues pour être lavé. Pour le déjeuner c’est passable . Le mélange a Gaufre est trop liquide ( diluée par soucie de gaspiller) et les gaufres restaient collées , il fallait gratter et ça finissait tout émietté. Çà été comme ça pour tou les clients , pour les 6 nuits passées à votre hôtel. Plusieurs personnes ont signalé aux employés mais ils nous ont dient que nous ne mettions pas assez de “pam” . Après avoir vaporisé la plaque pendant au moins 30 secondes , l’employé voulait montrer que nous n’utilisions pas la bonne technique, sa gaufre a quand même collé. Le distributeur de glaçon est brisé

This property is situated in a very convenient spot with lots of shopping and restaurants close by. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Quiet, we enjoyed a good sleep!! Property clean, not cluttered. Luggage carts readily available. Had the opportunity to experience the continental breakfast when we came back from our trip, very good, lots to choose from, hot and pleasing to an empty stomach. This hotel provided transportation to and from the airport, and if you stayued one night they offered 7 nights free parking on their lot and if away longer offered parking at a very reasonable rate. Because of our early departure they provided us with a Go bag, which was very thoughtful, we enjoyed its contents!! ALL staff friendly and courteous. Will be back to stay again!! Thank You!!

The Front desk staff are super friendly and were able to accommodate my request for a scent free room. The room was quiet, clean, spacious and well maintained. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool/hot tub, there is a gym on site if you want to work out. The breakfast in the morning was great with many options to choose from. We will be back the next time we travel to the area.
• S1718CCjoshk (2/5): Don't stay here if you value great customer service - "MICE" - This is a 2-3 star hotel which has not been renovated in almost 7 years. Recently, a new GM by the name of Vanessa Nezamloo is now running things, seems they have a problem getting people to stay here as they go thru a lot of staff. Vanessa, talks out the side of her mouth if you know what I mean ("tells you what you would like to hear at that moment, not genuine person"). "IMO" Vanessa and her team have fallen way short on what it means to service Marriott Elite members. If premier service is what you expect; then this is not the hotel you want to stay at. I would strongly recommend other Marriott properties in the area or near downtown which are more convenient to other services, Casino, etc... I currently hold platinum status, lifetime silver elite status, and am now approaching 7 years come December and my gold lifetime status. I travel approx 50 plus times a year or more just with the Marriott alone and also participate in other reward programs and am a Founders Club vip member the past 3 years. If you expect more as an elite traveller/VIP Marriott Elite Member you will not receive it here as they say everyone gets treated the same. So then ask yourself, what is the program in place for? Now to share my thoughts on the facilities - My unbiased opinion. The restaurant and many amenities are showing signs of age all over the hotel, the rooms have stains on the furniture, the tv's don't work in some of the rooms and on occasion I have seen mice in the rooms, the front street after dark is a drag strip, the food is mediocre at London Belle and their service is lacking and breakfast is hardly edible most of the times I skip it all together. The pool and hot tub area are in dire need of repair "pool liner is gone and the hottub is normally out of service and constantly in need of repair". I recently tried to share my most recent visit concerns with Wade Probe the CFO of the investment firm PR Investments or YQR Ventures that owns the property and he wouldn't even bother to give me 10 minutes of his time to hear my feedback. Guess he is either a busy guy or just in denial; but simply doesn't want any constructive feedback from customers which is why they don't provide their details anywhere. So I figured the review was the best way to address this then; since I'm not returning I will leave my honest feedback for others to see as they didn't want to address any concerns at the hotel level. They are happy to take your money, but find feedback difficult.

We truly felt like a VIPs! - We recently stayed at Fairfield by Marriott Regina while attending our son's hockey tournament, and I can honestly say it was an absolutely incredible experience from the start to finish. The hotel perfectly accommodated our group block booking, making what could have been a logistical headache completely seamless. Every family in our group felt valued and well taken care of. The staff who handles the group block went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. From coordinating room assignments to answering every question with a smile, their attention to detail and genuine friendliness made all the difference. we truly felt like a VIPs the entire stay!

Location was very good, away from busy downtown, is very close to the airport, and a lot of nearby establishments for food and other needs (majority of which are walkable). Staff was very warm, pleasant, and very flexible with my request. Housekeeping was extra and was offered daily. Had a very good experience with the Pool and Hot-tub which was nice and comfortable (first time going in on salt-water facility). Parking was free and had enough slots when I got in. Will be back to stay again. Will definitely recommend to my colleagues and friends.

• Andries (8/5): Great value for money. - Breakfast was great. Location was central, and even though it was on Albert street, it was not noisy. The room was clean and functional. The role away bed we added had a paper thin mattress and we had to get a second mattress to make it bearable to sleep on.
