It was great to have a fully self catering kitchen. The office was extremely helpful for anything we needed. Also being so close to the beach was an extra perk! Thank you!

The pull out sofa was not as comfortable but did the job. Everything in the unit worked well. The laundry facilities were functional. The one thing that slightly soured my visit was some pretty significant peeling on the ceiling that looked like pieces of plaster were going to drop anytime. The room price per night was significant and I was slightly disappointed in the condition of the ceiling. Other than that, I would absolutely stay again.

The location and price cannot be beat in this area. We live 30 minutes away and know all the places to stay.

The ocean was not swimable during our stay (end of March 2024), but the pool was perfect! Well maintained, plenty of space and never too crowded. Appreciated the beautiful landscaping around it too! Our unit was very nice and mostly updated. But extremely fancy by any means, but very nice. Bathroom could use more hooks to hang towels/swimwear, and as is typical, the sleeper sofa wasn't comfortable without lining an extra blanket underneath to cover the springs and level it out a bit. Overall great stay and great experience to the Delray Beach area!

We picked the property for the great location right across the beach and steps from Atlantic Ave. Given the very reasonable price, I didn’t expect it to be so nice and well-maintained. The grounds are pristine and include grills and picnic tables for guest use. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. There are free beach chairs and umbrellas for guests to borrow. The unit was larger than expected, spotless and new-looking. All around a great stay! Highly recommended.

The delray beach outside the property is probably not the best if you are looking to spend sometime in it. I would consider Hollywood or south Miami Beach. I would say the location is great only if you are looking for a calm and quiet place to stay. I preferred the price of staying in south Miami Beach better compared to Delray Beach.

It was slightly cheaper than the other hotels in delray, BUT also, it’s motel style so I don’t have to trek my sandy kids through a hotel lobby. ALSO, they have a whole room of sand toys and chairs. And they give you beach towels. You text with whatever you need and they are at your door in a minute. The place has a kitchen, perfect for kids. AND ITS DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE BEACH and right next to restaurants. OH YEA, free parking as well. This place is a hidden gem. Let’s be honest, Kids are no fun to travel with, but this place made it easy. Will definitely be staying here every time we come to delray.

Staff is very quick in bringing towels or ice. We really loved that it was easy to have parking there and that we can just walk across the street and be on the beach. It doesn't get better than that. Actually, the view from outside of our room was so beautiful and we took a lot of photos of the beach and sky. My only request was that they update the maintenance of the bathrooms a bit. It's a lovely place to chill out and enjoy the beach. Definitely bring and use SUNBLOCK!!!! The UV is intense on the Delrey Beach. :) Also, there is a cute little shop for beachwear just on the corner that I recommend checking out.

The staff was terrific, always bringing fresh towels upon request, taking trash, responsive to questions, etc. The location is ideal, directly across from the beach. The main concern is the condition of the bathroom, which is quite small, with a shower that has very little pressure, and a sink with no place to put anything because of its size. Otherwise, the beds are excellent and the space is great, with a full kitchen and good supplies overall, even coffee provided.

Location is perfect. Across the street from the beach and a short walk to restaurants and shops. Very clean and well equipped. Would go back

- Robert (8/5): Awesome place to stay!! - The location was perfect. Two minute walk to the beach and a block from Atlantic Avenue. There’s no shortage of things to do or places to eat. The staff was always very nice and very helpful. Pool was in perfect condition and watching the sunrise on front balcony every morning was priceless. I highly recommend Dover House.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The Dover House was exactly as represented in pictures. It has the easiest and most efficient checking in & out policy, the staff is professional, friendly and respond immediately when needed. The entire facility was clean and well kept. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

For example, if new towels were required, the old towels went into a bag provided, place outside the door, a text was made and minutes later clean towels were delivered.` The beach was across the street. We had a second floor unit with a view of the ocean. We enjoyed people watching from our deck and the pavilion a block away. There are four restaurants down the street and the shopping area begins around the corner.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Amazing staff and location - Amazing location across the street from the beach! Staff was super responsive and accessible 24/7 via text which was awesome. Very quiet and safe at night even though very dark (for safety of sea turtles- google it). Our loud kids got some dirty looks from the patrons (mostly older and couples), but we also are one of the only spring breaks at this time, so not a lot of families in late April.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - This is a wonderful place to stay because it is directly across the street from the beach. Parking is on site so you don't have trouble finding a spot. It is a .5 mile walk to the Altlantic Avenue shops and dining so you don't need your car except to pick up groceries. Rooms are nice and updated and staff is prompt in responding to any inquiries/requests.

- Robert (10/5): Chiefrob - Excellent place to stay in DelRay Beach. Just across A1A. The town was quiet traffic a minimum and central to everything. I would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a nice quiet restful enjoyable vacation. I will deficient be going back.
- JamesD (8/5): - Great location. Great service with easy check in and out. Anytime you need anything you text them and it’s taken care of. The rooms are nice and cozy but could use some updates. For example the TV in the bedroom was a tube television. I haven’t seen one of these since the early 2000s. That’s a cheap easy fix that shouldn’t be missed. But all in all this a beachy laid back type property. So funky things like that I guess are to be expected. But it was a real throw back. My son took a picture because he’s never seen one!! We’d definitely come back.
