Guest Reviews
- Andrew (6/5): - Rooms aren’t well kept. Cabinets are crooked. Lots of wear and tear, stuff like that.
- Galia (8/5): - GOOD:
the suite was big, welcoming and clean.
the beds were comfortable.
BAD:
we have two rooms in our order, parents and kids. got two suits in two different far away buildings...
the windows couldn't be sealed and cold air came inside.
- Carrie (10/5): - Everyone was wonderful at the front desk!
- Robert (10/5): - Beautiful spot!
- Blenda (8/5): - Front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room’s dining table was probably recently painted, because it felt a bit tacky still. We weren’t able to lift the lid on the dumpster for trash. Since the instructions said to get rid of it, we tried anyway. Overall a good stay and we enjoyed our time using the pool, hot tubs and sauna.
- Mark (10/5): - Great location less than 10 minutes down the road from Crawford Notch. Very friendly staff. Large, extremely clean & spacious studio w Murphy bed. Lots of natural light and a small deck off the living room.
Pro tip: check in before dark so you can appreciate the property.
- Daniel T. (8/5): - Outdated and old. Needs a clean up and revival. Nothing has changed from the 80s.
- Kayla (10/5): - The EV charging station was not advertised online, but when I learned that there was a charger in front of my building (9), I was almost over the moon--I came to NH with a fully electric rental car and finding charging stations was challenging. This charging station was very much needed, I am so glad.
- Susan (10/5): - The room was really nice, clean, and the price was great!
- Tammy (10/5): - Excellent
- Craig (10/5): - we liked the heated pool and on site restaurant
- Stan (10/5): - We liked the property
- Stan (10/5): - The unit was great
- Shirley (6/5): - This review wouldn't apply to families as it's really a great place for them. As an older couple we were disappointed in the studio lodging. The photos and descriptions sounded good but the room was just ok, more specifically the 'wall bed' was awful. The mattress was very worn and very uncomfortable. The walls are paper thin and we could clearly hear loud conversations and crying kids. Didn't get much sleep. The pool & hot tub looked nice, but so packed with families. Again, great for family vacationers, not so much for a couple in their 60s wanting to relax.
- Justin (10/5): Awesome experience - Perfect stay with the family
- Mark (10/5): - Relaxing time
- Ali (10/5): - The room was very clean, the staff were friendly and all 3 pools were awesome!
- Sajin (6/5): - We booked two rooms and thought we will have right next to each other but they screw it up badly since they didn’t really communicate well and the rooms are like two different buildings and was sad that we didn’t get to see our family friends.
- Cait (10/5): - Felt like a campground with all the amenities bit with townhome style apartment rooms. There was fullsize kitchen appliances with a dishwasher & washer/ dryer.
- Jing (8/5): - Great location near Storyland. Property very clean.
- Jessica (10/5): - The grounds are well kept, the outdoor pool was very comfortable. The location is perfect, you are surrounded by all the best restaurants, NH attractions and beautiful mountains. The staff were very accommodating to my minor issues. The rooms have everything you need, I was surprised to find a well stocked kitchen, I could have prepared Thanksgiving dinner in these rooms. definitely recommend a stay here, you wont regret it.
- Kyle (6/5): Not bad but not very good - An okay experience overall. Highlights being the physical property and pools. Studio room we stayed in felt overpriced and underwhelming. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable.
- Stacy (10/5): - We booked a night here last minute and all I can say is I wish we had booked a whole week! This place was amazing and we will definitely be back! We stayed in a suite and it was clean and spacious.
- Sydney (8/5): - We had a great time up North but stayed at one of the older buildings (1-K) and there were several outdated and noticeable issues.
One of shelf inside the shower where you put the bar of soap was cracked…the bathroom doorknob came off where my handy wife fixed it and one of the closets was very spooky because it had a curtain inside the closet as a replacement for a wall.
Other than that we are always pleased with our stay and look forward to coming back.
Maybe we are offered a free weekend to come back up later on this Summer/sometime this year…🤔
- Anastasia (10/5): - Friendly helpful staff. Clean environment with parks and pools. Close to many attractions. I was here last year with my family. We came back this year because we love this place. We will be back again next year.
- Alyssa (10/5): - Great for families
- Krystal (10/5): - Lovely stay.
- Christopher (10/5): Location! Hot tubs! - Not my first trip. I was in bldg 6. Room was recently upgraded. Beautiful kitchen, table 4 chairs, small couch and chairs fireplace, Murphy bed. I stay here for the amenities (pool/hot tubs) and its location (ski resort is across the street). Couldn’t possibly ask for more. Price for the weekend was about $100 more than if I stayed at the Villager.
- Steven (10/5): - A bunch of us went on a ski trip, all the rooms were very ckean and had everything you need. Location is directly across the mountain.. would definitely stay again.
- Rosalinda (10/5): - Having bathrobes available in the room would be a welcome amenity.
- john (10/5): - This is a great place for a great price if you are skiing at Attitash. You can leave your front door and walk to the mountain. They also provided free snowshoes to go on their trails. The restaurant and bar close at 8pm. Highly recommend.
- Sandra (8/5): - Is perfect in winter time if your kids like to skiing or just you want to enjoy in the snow
- ewa (10/5): - Walking distance to the ski lift, very nice swimming pool and outdoor jacuzzi, we had a wonderful skiing weekend!
- Christine (2/5): - I spent more time waiting than I should have. When I fell down your flight of stairs of building six there was nothing on the stairs to prevent my fall. I had a very expensive bracelet on that was broke due to my fall.
- Kristen (6/5): - Great location to Attitash mountain. My kids loved the pool and game room. The grounds were beautiful. My room was filthy. It smelled like it had never been cleaned ever.
- Alan (8/5): A good stay - My room was very clean and comfortable, some minor thigs could have been improved such as more than just one coffee packet, instructions for TV, and a couple of other very minor things.
Great amenities such as pool, restaurant on site, xc and snowshoe trails (need better signage though), very friendly and helpful staff. Laundry room needs some updating, cleaning and attention.
All in all a very good stay and will return again!
- Patricia (10/5): - The lodging was fantastic nice and clean.
- Caroline (10/5): - Convenient little studio at Attitash Mountain Resort
- Roland (10/5): - Easy access to the mountain. Good rates.
Good amenities.
- Andrew (10/5): - The gentleman that checked me went above and beyond. I think his name was Lucas. He noticed we were a family of four and the room they assigned us to only had one bed. He fixed it right away and proactively. Welldone!
- Karen (10/5): - Great location directly across from Attitash ski area. Beautiful maintained walking, cross country ski trails through the woods behind the property. Friendly, casual restaurant Matty B’s on the property—good pizza. My grandkids loved the heated indoor pool and the adults loved the outdoor hot tubs. We were in a deluxe unit through RCI. Very spacious with nice full kitchen, table that sat at least 8 and living area with gas fireplace. Large upstairs bedroom with jacuzzi tub and gas fireplace. Two full bathrooms in a one bedroom unit. Very comfortable beds and an ample supply of towels and pool towels provided. Close to downtown North Conway. We had a great week there third week of January.
- lisa (2/5): - Property dated and in need of repair.Bed was hard as a rock.
- Michael (10/5): - Check in and out were a breeze. The room was so very clean, well stocked, and spacious.
- Annalace (6/5): - I recently stayed at this property, and unfortunately, the experience fell short of my expectations. While the property itself is in a quiet area and conveniently located, my room had several issues that made the stay less than ideal. First, the cleanliness was not up to our expectations—there were crumbs in the kitchen, and the toilet had a strong smell of urine, which was unpleasant. The electric fireplace, which should have been a cozy addition, was finicky and kept shutting off on its own, and it was incredibly loud when it was on. This was the only way to heat the unit and we woke up each night freezing.
Additionally, the room layout was very cramped. If you tried to use both the pull-out couch and the bed at the same time, there was no room to walk between them, which made it feel even more confined. I’ve had good experiences here in the past, but this stay didn't meet the standard I was hoping for. Given the issues with cleanliness, maintenance, and room setup, I’m not sure I would recommend staying here again unless improvements are made.
- Robert (10/5): - Nice property just steps from the slopes of Attitash
- Brian (10/5): Great stay - Everything was great. Staff was helpful, place was clean. Easy walk to the chairlift.
- Renata (8/5): - The communication between the staff is good, they are very friendly, the signs inside the Village are very helpful because it is bigger than I imagined. The kitchen is very well equipped, there is nothing to worry about! It is worth the trip! What bothered me a lot were the mattresses in the 10k unit. We slept badly! And my daughters had allergies because of the curtains and carpet. We solved this with an anti-allergy medication but the first night was very unpleasant.
- Elem (10/5): - It was my first time and it was very good. I'm super satisfied. Excellent..
- Viktoriya (10/5): Great stay - Great stay! This was not our first time there
- Jillian (10/5): Pleasant stay - Always a pleasant stay. I was able to be moved to a room with a jetted tub because the first two units they put us in didn’t have one.
- Tara (10/5): - Had a wonderful weekend stay! Definitely recommend!
- Gisele (10/5): Great stay - Always a good stay at Attitash. Clean condo with all the things we needed to cook with and be comfortable.
- Elijah (10/5): - We stayed in one of the suites. The property was so clean and beautiful!! Many trails nearby as well as several hot tubs and an onsite restaurant. Highly recommend!!!
- Edward (10/5): - Fix the door Handles to open properly we stood in the hallway for 15 min waiting to check into our room
- Pieternella (10/5): - A great room with good facilities, and a beautiful location
- Edin (10/5): - Is very nice and quiet and clean too
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Shades for the skylights please.
- Aditya (10/5): - Great amenities at amazing location from Mt Washington!
- Rafal (10/5): - Great hotel as always!
- Robyne (10/5): - We have been coming to Attitash for over 10 years - every single time, we leave with such wonderful memories - of playing tennis, swimming, hiking to the river, and relaxing by the pool. This place never disappoints!
- Kara (6/5): - The unit was convenient and affordable for my family and at first glance it was just ok. Everything is dated except appliances which were nice. Myself and my daughter both encountered some large bugs in our unit that scurried off too fast to identify, I am convinced they were roaches. I mentioned it at checkout and all they said was they would tell maintenance. The bathroom was also in poor condition with water damage everywhere including the ceiling... Hopefully not a leak somewhere or worse...mold. The box spring mattress had a questionable stain on it...which grossed me out, as well as a spare blanket. Cleaning was sub par, some things were surface clean but corners were cut in my opinion. We asked for spare washclothes and the front desk was a little rude about it, telling us to wash the original ones. We weren't in the room much and didn't have time to do that. Also they provided shampoo and conditioner as most hotels do but no body wash which turned out to be inconvenient.
- Michael (8/5): - We really enjoyed it there. Our unit was in great proximity to the clubhouse and pools. The kitchenette was great and saved us money on meals. It had all the utensils and pans we needed. The only negatives was a treacherous walking trail that had been washed out and the outdoor pool was not skimmed enough and full of bugs and debris. Would still recommend it.
- Jessica (10/5): - Staff was nice
- Maria (8/5): - The property was very nice but didn't care for pullout couch, it was uncomfortable
- Ellen (10/5): -
My grandsons loved and the outdoor pool and the basketball court. The trail to the Saco River was scenic and lovely.
- Lilly (10/5): Lovely stay! - We lived our stay in Blueberry Village. The unit was spacious and filled with light. The beds were comfy and we loved having jets in the tubs. Kim at the front desk was super accommodating. We lived the convenience to the Saco River and also close enough to Mt Washington.
- Jodi (8/5): - I like the 2 pools & 2 outdoor hot tubs, the fully stocked kitchennett ,stocked with everything you need for cooking, pots, pans, plates, glasses coffee cups, utensils, i absolutely hated the saco queen wall bed, very uncomfortable & not a true queen size bed, more like a double, worst sleep i ever had !!
- Anastasia (10/5): - Its a great place. The staff is friendly. Close to storyland
- Guy (8/5): Beautiful place - The bed was not comfortable
- Stephen (8/5): - We enjoyed our stay.
- Jennifer (10/5): - This is my 4th time staying here, I love it, especially the full kitchenette. They are very responsive to questions as well. Beautiful area!
- Chantal (8/5): - Our room was very nice. The kitchen could have definitely been cleaned better & the check out was disappointing. If you do not do all the dishes, leave the used towels on the ground, and bring the trash to the dumpster you will be charged an extra cleaning fee, but this information is not posted in the unit so I found out by searching online and calling the front desk. I feel that if there are going to be fees associated with how you check out, they should be clearly listed IN the unit so that guests can plan accordingly & not something that you happen to hear about because you made an effort to search & inquire.
- Scott (10/5): - I always find myself coming back here hwen I'm in the area. Clean, good location, full kitchen and plenty to do on the premises.
- Brendan (8/5): - No pillows in Suite and phone had no dial tone so couldn't check out by phone. Cleanliness very clean
- Michelle (10/5): - Perfect for a quick stay. Had basically a full kitchen, will consider in future if price makes sense
- Deborah (10/5): - I had a very relaxing experience...the room was beautiful, the staff were friendly, nice view from my balcony, loved the gas fireplace, had a jacuzzi tub in my room. Kitchenette with 2 burner stovetop plus a microwave, full sized fridge.
The room and hallways were very clean / neat / nicely decorated.
- Erin (10/5): - It was a great stay
- Caroline (10/5): - Perfect location for a weekend skiing at Attitash! You can walk to the slopes and you have everything in the flat to cook a good dinner.
Perfect for 4 people.
- David (10/5): A+ - Great area, good amenities, convenient restaurant, hot tub, pool, sauna all in the hotel. Walking distance from ski resort.
- Jennifer (10/5): - Second time staying here. We can walk to the slopes or the river in minutes, full kitchen allows us to save money on eating, it is quiet.
The staff is super friendly.
When you stay, you are sharing the property with owners and visitors like us. My only complaint is just the human nature around that, owners are so unfriendly. But being from Long Island, we’re used to that whole avoiding eye contact thing.
We’ll stay again and keep saying hello to everyone!
- Nancy (2/5): Nightmare - The hotel's system was offline when we arrived after a 10 hour trip and we were told we couldn't check in. Further they would not make any alternative arrangements. We were forced to wait in our car for over 2 hours until they finally resolved the system issue. At 10pm we finally got to our room. The staff were unapologetic and were rude to me and my wife. There was never any offer to compensate us or offset the situation. Moreover the room's primary source of heat was a gas fired fireplace that lit off every 15 mins all day and night. It was very loud. The front of the fireplace was missing panels that protect gas line and electronics. Truly a hazard.
- Linderley (6/5): - Our apartment this time was with dust , no curtains in 2 windows, hairs and lots dust in the bathroom
Dust in the stove as well .
It’s our 3rd time in the property in one year and this time was our bad apartment.
- Alan (10/5): - Right across the street from Attitash ski slopes, great amenities, very good restaurant, check in/out very easy, good pricing, friendly and helpful staff. Definitely coming back!
- Heather (10/5): - Always a great stay at Attitash!
- Zeynep (10/5): - Proximity to the mountain
- Chris (10/5): great place - Veryclean/effiecient/affordable for a ski weekend.
- Shawn (2/5): - We have stayed here multiple times, enjoying the time we spent as a family. This time, we were provided a room off the main property (which is not what I booked), there was disgusting massive hair balls in the bath tub, silverware had food still on it, thermostat did not work, dryer was broken and overall stay was just plain disappointing.
- Jospeh (6/5): Just okay - Needed a little care, i.e, missing light bulbs, clogged sink, crumbs on pullout, no hair dryer
- Gisele (8/5): Comfy and spacious. - We had a great time. The room is comfortable and lots of stuff near by to do. Had some trouble with the doors when we first got there because we didn’t realize we had to lift up on the handle instead of down. But after that we were good.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Good stay overall. - Nice quite place to stay. Clean room condition, fully equipped kitchen. Public amenities can be improved substantially, i guess.
- Orville (10/5): - Nice comfortable clean rooms
- Gang (8/5): - the heating fan in the room is very noisy.
- Helene (10/5): - Front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful, clean and well appointed. Great value for the price.
- Ryan (10/5): - Location is a bit of a drive from North Conway but it is very quiet. Property is well worth the cost.
- Katherine (8/5): - We were traveled up to white mountains to do some hiking and take the kids to Story Land. AMV is super close to Story Land as well as North Conway, Cranmore, and Kancamagus highway which was perfect for us. Our bed was not very comfortable, which was a bit of a disappointment, but the kids slept great on the pullout sofa. Everything was clean enough, and this worked out to be a great “home base” for all our acyivities
- Karen (10/5): GREAT GREAT GREAT place to stay!!!! - This place is great! Nicole from front desk was very pleasant. Room clean and very sufficient. There was a very large table for eating and it made things kind of crampy with Murphy bed open. The fireplace glass was a cloudy white so visibility of the ambiance of flames was lost and the noise from the fireplace was EXTREMELY loud. Other than that it was an outstanding stay! Definitely will be staying there again!
- Deniece (8/5): - Liked the area and the property hot tub outdoor and pool indoor. Staff was friendly. What we didn’t like loud people in the Gazebo area until 11:20 pm when quiet time is 10:00 pm til 8:00 am. Next time will ask for a less noisy side.
- Amanda (10/5): - Everything was spectacular, we will definitely be back!
- Adil (8/5): - -Beautiful area to enjoy with the family.
-strangers knocking on the door at 5 a.m., Police came at 7 a.m. to deal with a couple who disturbed the building all night.
-Dirty outdoor pool, people drinking alcohol in the pool!!
- Kayla (4/5): - Very dissatisfying wish I had left and gotten a refund. Studio was spacious but not thoroughly clean. The air conditioner had a layer of black mold inside. Bathroom had stained ceiling tiles. Mattress were stained and incredibly uncomfortable. Resort guests were loud and rude, could hear other people in building. When checking in there was an upset women screaming in the lobby about the condition of the room and staff threatening to call the cops. Nobody offered an apology or checked in with me after witnessing the situation. Cops were on property the day after to address a guest. Outdoor pool was disgusting filled with chunks of hair and bugs. “Kiddie pool” was not usable filled with dirt and tree debris. “Game room” was dark and dingy and building smelled musty. Claim that it is a smoke free resort but there is ash trays and smell of cigarettes outside. Again the best thing about the resort was close proximity to North Conway and story land if it wasn’t a busy weekend would have switched hotels.
