• Noelia (8/5): - Buena experiencia. La piscina estaba en excelentes condiciones y fue uno de los puntos que más disfrutamos. La habitación se encontraba muy limpia y bien cuidada, además de contar con televisión, aire acondicionado y ventilador, lo que la hacía muy cómoda. También nos pareció un detalle muy positivo que tuviera frigobar, ya que resultó muy práctico durante la estadía. Como aspecto a mejorar, el hostel en general contaba únicamente con los servicios básicos y faltaban algunos elementos útiles de uso común, como cubiertos y vasos para tomar agua. Además, durante la estadía sentimos que la atención del personal podría haber sido más cordial y colaborativa.

El patio esta bonito, pero el cuarto que nos toco, esta muy chiquito y en la parte trasera, el panorama no esta bonito. La puesta del baño muy floja y dificil de cerrar.

• Esteban (7/5): Tienen para mejorar. - La zona de la piscina. La habitacion daba a una casa que tenia muchos perros. No se podia abrir la ventana porque entraba mucho olor. Falta mejoras en el lobby. Te permiten dejar las valijas despues eel checkout pero quedan muy expuestas en el lobby.
• Lisa (6/5): Durchschnittliches Hotel für viel Geld - - Gute Lage, man ist schnell in der „Hauptstraße“ und an den Stränden - wir haben ein gratis Upgrade auf ein Kingsize Zimmer bekommen - grundsätzlich sauber und Putzfrau war sehr nett - die Kommentare mit dem Hundegebell kann ich bestätigen - dadurch dass man das Badfenster/- Luke nicht schließen kann, hört man jedes Geräusch inklusive der Hunde sehr laut, auch Ungeziefer kommt schnell rein und es ist sehr feucht im Zimmer - es gibt keine Möglichkeit nasse Sachen aufzuhängen (draußen vor dem Zimmer ist es verboten) - hatten einige Käfer und auch eine Kakerlake im Zimmer, haben aber netterweise ein Ungeziefer- Spray bekommen - Möbel waren ziemlich abgenutzt (teilweise auch kaputt) - Das Preis- Leistungs- Verhältnis ist verrückt (für mehr als 100€ am Tag darf man meiner Meinung nach etwas mehr erwarten)

• Gardiner (9/5): Hidden gem - We really loved our stay here, it's a bit of a hidden gem in my opinion! From the outside it doesn't look like much, but the garden area inside is BEAUTIFUL and our room was very clean and comfortable. Plus, the location was perfect, we were so close to so many good restaurants and all of the nightlife, and just minutes from the beach. The beds were comfy and we had good hot water and good water pressure. Plus the AC worked great! We would definitely stay here again. We did have issues one night with our light, we question if the room next to us had the same light and the same remote and maybe the signal was hitting our room because it was so close.... It would turn on randomly, and we would click to turn it off, and it would just come right back on... We did this multiple times at 4:00 a.m. until it eventually just stayed off (not sure if the other room got the hint and just used their side lamps?) I'm sure if we had have gone to front desk they would have done something to assist. If it had of happened again the next night we definitely would have gone to the front desk to say something, but I think the neighbors were moved by the next night, whether they switched rooms or left, we aren't sure!

• GENELDA (7/5): Nice accessible room on ground floor. - I rented this room for my elderly parents. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. I was staying at another hotel and would come daily to help my elderly parents get ready for the day and to help to get ready for bed at night. I told them I would be doing this when I was checking it and it wasn't an issue. Yet the owner then decided I would not be allowed to enter the hotel, even though I was only coming for short periods to pick up my parents and pack their bag etc for the day. I was not using their facilities in any way. My parents are old and I am their caregiver but we do not wish to stay together. They are a couple and still require their alone time. After some back and forth on the issue, the owner then decided to allow me to enter for short periods of time until 9pm which was perfectly fine. In the end all was well, but the initial unwillingness of allowing me to enter the unit to help them did cause some stress. I'm grateful that the owner changed their mind and everything was perfect thereafter.
• Clara (9/5): Très bien placé - Emplacement très bien, proche du ferry donc on peut y aller à pied, pas besoin de taxi ou de locations. On peut aussi aller à pied aux plages et faire tout le centre à pied (resto + shopping souvenir). On a laissé nos bagages le matin car on est arrivé tôt et le check in était à 15h, on a aussi laissé les bagages le lendemain matin avant de partir le temps de prendre le petit déjeuner. La cour intérieure est agréable avec plein d'arbre Si on regarde par la fenêtre situé en hauteur dans la salle de bain, la vue n'est pas très belle sur une cour avec des chiens qui aboient (cependant ils n'ont pas aboyé la nuit de notre séjour). La piscine est souvent à l'ombre. C'est vrai qu'il faut garder les rideaux fermés car tout le monde passent devant les chambres des uns et des autres mais cela ne nous à pas trop dérangé.

When you arrived, you had to sign a contract saying no alcohol in the hotel yet there were people drinking there and when asking the front desk directly, they said it was OK. Very conflicting.

No me gustó que quieren que las toallas de playa te duren tres días o dos porque no tienen muchas y en las habitaciones las toallas las cambian cada tercer día. Eso no es higiénico y la verdad no habla bien en limpieza. Ojo checar ese dato.

• Laura (7/5): Solid lil spot - Location! Location! Location! Beach down the street, ferry terminal down the street and a block away from all the bars and restaurants. Loved the inner courtyard, the pool was okay, free water in the lobby was great, hot water always, decent wifi, semi good water pressure in the shower, felt very safe. There wasn’t much. It really was just the dogs and the rooster. But honestly you only hear them from the hours of 7/8am to around 10pm. Not consistently though, sometimes you don’t hear them for long periods of time during the day. We weren’t bothered by it. It became a joke, so if you’re easily amused and usually out and about during the day it’s not an issue.

• Katharina (8/5): - Ein schönes Hotel mit tollem Garten (Pool, diverse Sitz- & Liegemöglichkeiten). Jeden Tag Zimmerservice. Sehr gute Lage, man hat viele Lokale in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Strand ist auch nicht weit entfernt (5-7min). Es war sehr laut (man erhält aber kostenlose Ohrstöpsel). Es waren fast durchgehende irgendwo laut bellende Hunde. Dafür kann das Hotel nichts, aber eventuell sollten sie mit dem Nachbarn sprechen, da das Bellen wirklich unangenehm ist. Schön wären auch noch Handtücher für Pool/Strand.

• JCórdoba (9/5): Imperdible alojamiento. Cerca de todo lo lindo (playa, tranquilidad y sunset) y lejos de todo lo feo - El hotel es una joya. Cómodo (si podés subir escaleras) pero con amenities imperdibles. La pileta negra, la terraza con las hamacas para descansar en la siesta, la terraza superior para ver el sunset tomando algo de la barra. Si no podés subir escaleras hay tb opciones en planta baja. No es taaaaan cómodo si tenés dificultades para movilizarte. Los tragos y platos son más baratos que en el centro de Holbox. Y cocinan riquísimo! MUY cerca (200 metros) de las playas más lindas. Cada habitación es un lujo de detalles y simplicidad y calidez imperdibles. Está lejos, o sea que no hay ruido ni bullicio durante el día (casi cero tráfico de vehículos) y de noche (idem, sin borrachos gritando en tu calle). está lejos del centro. cada tramo son 10 o 15 dólares de costo (ni hablar de noche tarde). las calles son de tierra fina que con dos gotas de lluvia vuelven imposible caminar. se inunda todo y no se puede andar si no es contratando un transfer (que son caros).

El hotel es acogedor, tiene su alberca y se siente muy tranquilo tanto en las tardes como en las noches. El único pero que le pongo son las camas, se hunden (acunan) si deberían considerar cambiar colchones o revisar las bases, el descanso es indispensable después de un día lleno de actividades, de ahí en fuera todo está excelente!!!

• Noemie (7/5): Pero - Bien situé, confortable, piscine. C’est malheureux, car l’hôtel a un beau potentiel, mais les chiens jappent sans arret le matin très tôt (6h) et même parfois pendant la nuit. Il y a un coq en prime pour le reveil. Bref, c’est bien, mais le bruit est un gros désavantage. Nous n’y retournerons surment plus pour cette raison.

Ruido de muchos perros ladrando y gente entrando y saliendo desde las 7 AM, cero insonorizado. Preguntamos si podiamos dehar maletas en consigna el día de la salida y si, pero resulta que no hay ningún lugar o habitación, es al aire libre y que no se hacen responsables, obvio no nos fiamos y nos las llevamos. El de recepción es súper antipático, no volvería.

La ubicación es perfecta, haces 2 cuadras y estás en la estación de ferry y otras dos cuadras para el otro lado y comienza la peatonal. Está ubicado a 4 cuadras de la playa. El chico de la recepción fue muy amable en guardarnos las maletas para poder ir a comer tranquilas luego del check out. Lo súper recomiendo! -

• Filippo Maria (9/5): Value for money altissimo - Lascio per la prima volta una recensione per aiutare le persone a capire meglio rispetto ai feedback contrastanti (io stesso ho passato giorni a capire se prenotare o meno). - camera pulitissima, non abbiamo riscontrato nessuno dei problemi segnalati dai commenti negativi - abbiamo dormito benissimo, i cani che abbaiano effettivamente ci sono ma a parte qualcosina in tarda sera e prima mattina non abbiamo avuto assolutamente problemi - lo staff è stato molto gentile prestandoci teli per la spiaggia e permettendoci di lasciare le valigie dopo il check out e lasciandoci usare anche la piscina - posizione ottima per raggiungere tutto a piedi ma avendo la tranquillità di dormire di notte non essendo proprio sulla strada principale Per il livello di prezzo pagato il servizio è stato fantastico e comparabile a quello di strutture che nella stessa zona costano 5 volte di più. Prenotate senza paura Nessun difetto, rapporto qualità prezzo fantastico

La literie Serviettes non changées durant trois jours, absolument rien pour poser ses affaires à la salle de bain, rien dans la douche non plus pour poser son savon shampooing etc (à part le sol) les gens qui passent devant la chambre pour rejoindre la leur (obligé de garder les rideaux occultants fermés tout le temps) la personne qui vie au deuxième étage (au dessus des chambres du premier) qui scie du bois a 9h le matin (en vacances on aime bien dormir) et qui fait tourner ses lessives à 23h, les chiens des voisins qui ont aboyés une nuit complète (sur les trois passées ici)

I really liked walking into a lush, inside courtyard every time I arrived, and it was nice in the evening with the lights. Lots of places to hang out around the pool. The pool makes more for a nice atmosphere more than anything, and I loved drinking my coffee by it. My room was very clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect, a couple of minutes walk from the pier, and a couple of minutes walk to the walking street with all of the restaurants and stores. And it was about maybe 10-15 minutes walk from the nice beaches (Playa Nikita is the best) and it wasn't a problem even if I was travelling with elderly family members. I would definitely stay there again. The pool is smaller than I anticipated and in a corner in the back beween 2 walls. I don't think it has much sun going torwards it in the daytime. But it didn't matter, because we preferred to be at a paradise beach in the daytime. I don't think the property can do much about it, but it was super windy during our stay, and one if our rooms was on the second floor, and the wind was making my windows clap a lot all night long on the second floor.

Algo que é padrão em quase todos os lugares no méxico, check-in às 15h e check-out às 11h, com isso pagamos por 24h e só utilizamos 20h dessa diária.
