• Robert (2/5): Not again. - Proximity to business was good. Lots of services around this location. After check in and overnight stay, issues with exits and room cleanliness... did not want to eat here.

You up the rates for Tech graduation.Knowing early graduation is at nine and guest will be leaving about 2 hours early to get a seat and don't start serving breakfast until 7:30 is wrong. Only one washcloth in the bathroom was odd when there was 2 of us. Hotel is in a good location but parking to check in is not very convenient. Overall nice hotel.

• Vive (6/5): Seems understaffed - We've stayed here several times when passing through Lubbock. The kitchen facilitates in the suites are good. But this time we tried to talk to the front desk twice and both times no one was there or came when we called. The tv didn't work -- would only play Lubbock city council meetings! The rugs were terribly stained. It's overall a well-situated and fine hotel, but it seems like it is not as well staffed or maintained as it used to be.
• Kenneth (1/5): Nerve wrecking and disappointed . - Breakfast was plentifull and delicious. Booked and paid for room thru Booking.com . Checking clerk insisted I didn’t have a reservation. Wanted me to call Booking.com to prove it Impossible to call them .Had all the information with booking number on phone . She wouldn’t accept phone information. After more than 1/2 hour stand off I finally got her to go get her supervisor.Problem solved within minutes. I booked and paid for a 2 room suite but she gave me a1 room suite. Not happy!

• David (10/5): - Excellent rooms and friendly staff. My stay was really great. The only hiccup was that I was originally given a room which, when I opened the door, realized was already occupied. This was quickly resolved, but could have been really awkward situation. Still, I would definitely stay here again.
• Jonah (2/5): Worst manager ever! - I made reservations for the wrong day and approached the manager and because our reservations were not for that day, she asked us to leave and even threatened to call the police. She could clearly see we had reservations. I have never had a hotel employee so rude and ugly! I will never stay at this chain again.

Need to put bird deterrent on ledge above door... Also - sounded like a mouse in wall chewing stuff.

For a family of 6, I was hoping for a nicer, roomier room for all of us. I had to take a comforter to the front bc it was dirty. They did not have the folding suitcase holders to keep your bags off the floor, and t smelled weird, and very small. The kitchen staff got onto us about them closing soon (9:30) and it was 9:08. All I can say that was good was that the heads were comfortable. Wouldn’t stay here again. Disappointed.

• Jerry (8/5): Staybridge suggestion - The stay was great though the key did not work on one of the doors, it was not a big deal. The main improvement I would suggest is to clean the door entries from excessive bird droppings.

Couldn’t get dishwasher to work. Bathroom in lobby is dirty, tile looks gross. Rooms seem dirty and not as welcoming as they used to be. Coffee was cold… 🙁 even the new pot the employee made was still cold.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Comfortable stay with a few suggestions - Room was great. Very comfortable and clean. An extra charge high speed wifi connection would be nice. Had to upload some videos and took 3.5 - 4 hours each but those same type of videos takes me 5 minutes each at home using the same computer. Would be nice to have ice machines available. Overall a very nice comfortable stay.

• Andrea (5/5): Disappointing Experience - TV remote was not working, was not able to change the channel, back entrance was full of a large amount of dried up bird poop. I was not acknowledged by either front desk agents while waiting to check in. The room had a horrible smell.

A freaking - Thought we were going to enjoy the property till our room started flooding through the ceiling at midnight. • Verified traveler (4/5): - First day of our trip we had an incident with one of the employees entering our room without permission in the middle of us changing because she wrote the room number down wrong and thought it was vacant. She knocked a single time and not even 2 seconds later was entering the room- giving us no time to even speak or acknowledge our presence. Made three different attempts to speak to a manager but everytime was told they were unavailable or would give us a call back. The only person who picked up the line was the employee who entered the room and said they were passing it along to the manager which I believe it was not appropriate that she picked up the line considering the issue involved her. I made it very clear I wanted to speak to them myself. The entire trip I never heard from the manger. Very disappointing and frustrating since our privacy was violated and the issue was just dismissed. Other than this issue the hotel was good- clean, good breakfast and a central location. This would’ve been a location I stay at again had this issue been handled properly.
• Amber (8/5): - The front desk staff was great. Our room seemed as though the minor keep up had not been met. The floor was missing all of the grout and the microwave had no plate. The lady at breakfast was so rude. She tried to close up 30 minutes early with someone standing there making a plate. My daughter accidentally poured blueberry waffle mix and she made the comment that that was why we should pay attention. Overall, I would give these stay at 3.5 out of five.

• Roosevelt Moore (4/5): - I recently stayed at this hotel for a week and unfortunately encountered several ongoing maintenance issues that were never resolved despite multiple reports to the front desk. Upon arrival, I immediately notified staff that both the sink and shower had low water pressure. Additionally, the bathroom sink drained extremely slowly, causing water to back up and leave a filmy residue during use. Most concerning was a persistent sewer-like odor that came from the bathtub while in use, which made the experience quite unpleasant. Despite reporting these issues twice in person, no one came to inspect or fix them throughout my entire stay. The lack of response and accountability from the staff was disappointing and not reflective of the service standard one would expect. I've included photos to document the condition of the facilities during my stay. I hope this feedback leads to improvements for future guests.

• Verified traveler (10/5): In town for a medical procedure - I was with my daughter who had a medical procedure. I needed a wheelchair to help her out to the car when we were leaving and the desk manager said that the hotel did not have one. I would think that would be something that is covered under the ADA!

• Cynthia (7/5): Good - Bed was comfy Parking is minimal, the hallway and the room we were in had a bad smell, almost like a sewer smell. Even spraying my perfume didn't help. Also, service dogs are not allowed in breakfast area.
