New employees were great just lacked knowledge on AARP and how to give that info despite me having called befor I booked and befor I arrived .

Faltou energia por problemas no hotel. Ficamos no escuro, no calor e sem café da manhã. Ao questionarmos na recepção, a resposta foi: não podemos fazer nada. Um país q anos atrás, colocou o homem na lua não consegue arrumar uma falta d luz? Sem contar a maneira displicente com q fomos tratados pela atendente da recepção. Espero ao menos a devolução do valor do café da manhã.
- Roxann (1/5): The last night was awful! - We would like our money back because the last night we stayed there, we had NO ELECTRICITY ALL NIGHT. My husband has severe sleep apnea and is totally dependent on a VPAP, a vent pap. This was awful! He wouldn’t leave because he was too tired. Everyone else on the street nearby was lit. Just not Holiday Inn Express. The people especially the night front desk clerk and the kitchen assistant from Cuba. She works very hard and is constantly checking. Get her some ESL classes and you will have the greatest front desk person or manager for life!

The room was so noisy overnight they had to change me to another floor (the whole top floor was noisy, I believe due to the ac on the roof). - Mark (7/5): Wir kommen wieder👍 - Die Unterkunft ist in der Nähe der Outlet Shopping Mall gelegen und circa 22 Meilen vom Flughafen entfernt. Verkehrsgünstig auf dem Weg nach Dallas oder nach San Antonio gelegen, kann man direkt vor dem Hotel parken. Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, es gibt Rührei mit Bacon, Pancakes gesunden Joghurt und so weiter. Sehr positiv zu erwähnen, ist das freundliche Personal, die einem alle Wünsche von den Augen ablesen. Das Interieur des Zimmers ist ein bisschen Jahre gekommen. Insofern sieht man die Hotelzimmer den jahrelang Gebrauch bereits etwas an. Schade ist, dass man kein Fenster mehr öffnen kann. Dies ist jedoch der Gesetzeslage in den USA zu verschulden. Das Bett war ansonsten sehr weich, aber gemütlich!

Everything was hot & fresh, eggs were so fluffy. So many choices, condiments, etc. I like having coffee in my room in the morning before I get up & dressed. I should have brought my "instant".

The location was goclise to the freeway restaurants and hospitals. The clerk at check in charged me 125.00 for incidentals!!! That is not a incidental charge that's a room charge I had better get that refunded and not have got scammed by your desk ckerk... I recorded it and took pictures. She was rude too. She checked me in gave me 2 keys for room 314 I went to the room the keys didn't work. I went back downstairs she said oh sorry it's actually room 315 gave me a new key. I said I'd rather be on the first or 2nd floor as requested I have a medical condition she said no all sold out its all that's available take it or leave it. I was tired and went to my room 315 which was behind the elevator. The room had a terrible humming sound in the bathroom. I never left the room it was Thanksgiving day. My daughter's ordered a meal for me delivered from popeyes chicken it was delivered to my room. Someone knocked on the door left the food and left. I called my family and ate it. Later I got quite ill. I called the front desk she said they didn't touch the food. I hope not. I'd like to know. I never left the room until I checked out the next day. People were banging there doors all morning it was quite alarming I wasn't sure if people were arguing etc so stayed inside and skipped breakfast. Thank u s. Giron and family 281-623-6953
- Mishael (1/5): - Breakfast was good Upon arriving at our room, the temperature was set to 50 degrees, as the previous guest had left the thermostat on “cool.” Given that outside temperatures were in the 40s, the room was extremely cold and had not been preheated. I asked the front desk associate if there was a way to warm the room more quickly, obtain a space heater, or why the heat had not been turned on prior to our arrival. I was told that staff do not adjust thermostats and that there was no solution available. The associate did not appear concerned. At the time, my two young children remained in their coats inside the room to stay warm. I then requested four additional blankets, and the response seemed annoyed. The room did not reach a comfortable temperature until it was time for us to check out. While we would have preferred to stay elsewhere, we had an event the next day and were exhausted after driving over five hours. This experience significantly impacted our stay.

- Davene (9/5): Nice stay - How the front desk lady accommodated Our room was next the exit door but that first night the door kept making a terrible loud noise. Everytime someone would use it, I was woken up. The next morning I went down to the front desk and told the front desk how it kept waking me up due to the loud sound. I left for hours but the was never fixed. That evening I went back to the front desk and there was another front desk lady there, she was a big help. She apologized for the inconvenience and moved us to another room and also upgraded us to a suite. She was so helpful

- Beall (8/5): I was very satisfied with our stay. The hotel was very neat and clean, & the beds were very comfy! - The breakfast was very nice and there were a lot of healthy options. The linens on the bed and the bed itself was extremely comfortable, and I love all the pillows that were provided! After I arrived, I asked about the senior discount. They woman at the front desk, was not sure of the age for the senior discount and also told me that I can only receive it at the time of booking, and that I have to request it. (I’m not sure if it applies to me. I’m only 60 years old). Also, another small thing… I tried to call the front desk to ask a question and a button on the phone said front desk - so I was pushing it and it kept giving me a busy signal. Then I finally decided to try zero and that’s when it rang and I was able to get a staff member at the front desk.

We stayed for four nights. We were told that we would have room service every day. They didn’t come to our room one time. There was a funky smell in our room every day that I reported to the front desk and nothing was ever done with it. We had to take out our own trash. We had to go to the front desk every day for clean towels and wash cars. No one ever came in to make our beds or clean up. It was super frustrating because I asked the front desk multiple times and they assured me every time that someone would be in. Only for no one to ever show up.

- John (10/5): Great stay in a spotless hotel. - Spotlessly maintained property. Good breakfast with an adequate variety of offerings. Very helpful staff. Really nothig about this stay that did not meet or exceed my expectations.
