- Marian (10/5): This is a clean and comfortable place to stay, in close proximity to New York City via the mass transit system, with a w - It was conveniently located to highways and mass transit. The interior was newly remodeled and updated. Although close to congested roadways, the room was quiet, the air conditioning/ ventilation was quiet and efficient. The free breakfast had a nice variety of items, including scrambled eggs, cheese omelette, sausage, oatmeal, cereal, assorted pastries, bagels waffles, coffee, tea and juices.

- Hunter (3/5): Not a pleasant stay - The gym seemed fairly clean. It offered what I needed. Not crowded. I pretty much had it to myself. The view of the train track was pretty cool! The pillows and bed was comfortable after getting used to the cold sweaty sheets. It was in a good location. Staff wasn't overly friendly or helpful. I was not asked if there was a floor that I preferred so I was placed on the 6th floor. I asked if there was an Exxon gas station near the hotel and the staff did not know what I was talking about. Turns out there was one about a quarter mile down on the opposite side of the street. Upon entry, the hotel did not smell or look clean. The stairwells are not clean. The floor is extremely sticky. Someone even had what looked like funeral flowers left behind in the stairwell. People were coming to breakfast in their pajamas. The food wasn't good according to my family. I only had an egg omelet which probably tasted better when its freshly made. The room was cold upon entry. I tried to turn down the thermostat and even turn it off and it stayed on all night. The sheets were so cold and even felt wet. It was yucky like someone had sweated in the sheets. I reserved the room for 4 people but only received 3 sets of bathroom towels. The tub was extremely slippery. Overall, I am not pleased with my stay and most likely will not return to a IGH hotel. The turn to leave the hotel was hard due to it being on a busy road.

There's also a giant USPS facility as your "view". THIS HOTEL COMMITS CREDIT CARD FRAUD, I HAD TO CALL POLICE ON THEM. They charged me a $100 incidental hold on my card that never dropped off for over a month. When I called to fix it, the employee claimed it was refunded, I told her I called my bank twice and they confirmed they did not remove it. She told me to call my bank again, I said I'll just file a dispute because I don't want to go back and forth between them and the bank. THIS EVIL LADY then charges my card another $100 fraudulently. Her excuse? She said she charged me because I "was going to file the dispute". She then refused to give her name and kept hanging up. I ultimately had to bring police to the hotel and file credit card fraud charges to get my money back. Absolutely unacceptable—watch your card charges if you stay here.
