- Nele (9/5): - Wir hatten ein sehr großes Zimmer mit großem Bad. Sehr viel Ablagefläche. Sehr bequeme Betten. Sehr gutes Frühstück bis 10.30 Uhr. Check out bis 12 Uhr. Hotel insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr charmant. Während unseres Aufenthalts fand am Pool ein Kindergeburtstag statt, das war über den ganzen Tag sehr laut.

- Joana (7/5): Good hotel but I expected more for that price - Nice room, overall grandeur of the hotel, beautiful pool (but closed for maintenance) and good location with plenty restaurants nearby and very safe. Overall friendly staff, even gave us plates to share a bday cake. Bed could be more comfortable. Only one bottle of water provided for free for a 2 people room, given the price I'd expect more. Parties/events happening everyday right in front of our room, loud music until late and no warning from the staff when we checked in, again not acceptable given the price we paid.

Anfragen (Babybett) und die Reservierung selbst waren nicht im System bei unserer Ankunft. Beim Check-Out war das bezahlen mit Karte ein Problem. Sie wollten kein Kartenlesegerät benutzen um Gebühren aus dem Weg zugehen. Und die App oder der Bezahlvorgang den sie über ein Handy an der Rezeption machen wollten (Karte fotografieren/scannen) wurde von meiner Karte abgelehnt. Vielleicht auch besser so.

Chiedo spiegazioni mi viene risposto che in hotel si applicano certe politiche di avere un cambio non ufficiale... se avrei pagato cash mi avrebbero applicato la tariffa di Booking.. assurdo... adesso tramite Booking farò una contestazione per farmi tornare indietro la differenza...Da premettere viaggio all'estero da circa 35 anni per lavoro questa è la prima volta in assoluto che mi capita una situazione del genere..

Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und sauber. Das Personal - mit Ausnahme des Frühstückspersonals - freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten explizit um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten. Bei der Ankunft fand gerade eine Tagung bzw. Pause im Innenhof, direkt vor unserem Zimmer statt, und die Teilnehmenden tummelten sich vor Fenster und Tür. Um 6 Uhr am Morgen vor der Abreise schrie ein Mann mehrere Minuten lang in besagtem Innenhof. An Schlaf war nicht mehr zu denken. Das Frühstück ist mittelmäßig und entspricht in keinster Weise den Erwartungen an ein 5-Sterne-Hotel.

Hice la reserva por Booking porque ustedes me ofrecen descuentos adicionales, la gran sorpresa que me lleve es que me cobran el doble de lo que normalmente me cobran. La respuesta del hotel es que como la hice por Booking me tenían que cobrar al valor del dólar paralelo por lo cual me debían cobrar el doble de lo que normalmente me cobraban. Sugerencia, no vuelvan a reservar por Booking porque les van a cobrar el doble.

Rooms are clean, well equipped and our corner room on the top floor with excelent view over Cochabamba. The service is good and the staff makes everything to make your stay good. Many conferences here and seems that most guests are here for business. Breakfast is OK but nothing out of what can be expected. Restaurants are quite simple and better choices in the neighbourhood.
- howardxp1 (8/5): A huge hotel in a good neighborhood, but slightly dated in some things. - We stayed just for 1 night. Got a suite which is spacious and has good a/c, Linens are good, bathrooms a little dated with funky whirlpool controls. Rooms still have clocks with the I-pod connectors for example. Breakfast selection could have been better as well. The cooked foods were very good however - Egg-white omelettes for example and fresh squeezed O.J. The staff was excellent in all respects and the swimming pool that’s heated is marvelously hot! The other two pools are too cold to swim in. The heated pool needs to be deep cleaned every month or two as there’s a scum-line around most of it near the top of the water. Overall, it’s fine and a good value. There are other similar 4-5 star hotels I. The area but do NOT have a pool. I like to swim every morning so that’s a thing for me. Howard S.
