It felt like we were bothering him, like he did not want to be at work. He WAS NOT rude but indifferent. No on site safety or security officer. Good breakfast but what about adding grits and bacon, turkey. The hotel price was higher than some other local hotels.

- NJFrequentTravelers (10/5): Stay Here - I am a Holiday Inn frequent stay member and have stayed at quite a few. This hotel was by far the cleanest, friendliest, and had the best breakfast from ANY other Holiday Inn I have been to. Fat Free milk, whole wheat english muffins and egg white vegetable omelets. The breakfast area is large and even has a few private booths to sit at. As a member I am supposed to receive a free bottled water when I check in. Ninety percent of the time...nothing. Here, at Greenwood Holiday Inn, not only did they remember the water, they also gave a bag of Planters trail Mix.

- Pauline (8/5): Aangenaam verblijf in een comfortabele kamer. - De kamer was ruim en comfortabel. De douche was ook goed. Ik vond de koffie bij het ontbijt niet zo lekker (slap). Een waterkoker op de kamer was ook fijn geweest i.p.v. het apparaat waarmee je m.b.v. theecupjes thee kon zetten. Dit werkte ook, alleen duurde het wat langer en smaakte de thee naar koffie.

- WR (8/5): It was a night in a motel. - The clerk at checkin was extremely nice and helpful. Liked the TV. Turned on and was easy to find the guide and set the sleep timer. A pleasant suprise. The location, it was a difficult place to find. The address and the GPS didn't match. The air conditioner/heater was difficult to adjust. The controls were not intuitively obvious and I had to call the front desk to come up and show us how to adjust the temperature. A simple thermostat on the wall would be a lot easier. I din't like the breakfasts. Same old stuff you see everywhere. Pancake/waffle machine didn't work. I have yet to stay at a place when one did work. I thought the room was over priced for what I got.

After i know that i tell frontdesk in morning about that he ask my romm number. So when i come back at the night my door still didn’t fix. Another morning I went to talk ti the same frontdesk again this time he can't remember my room number so i ask him to go to the room and check it himself tuen out that the door is not lock the same

We were still able to get extra towels and wash cloths from the front desk. It was conveniently located with restaurants and retail stores in the area. There was plenty of parking.

- Deborah (4/5): - First room we received had not been cleaned. We walked down to the desk to get another room. Second room, we stayed in but the AC unit sounded like a generator running. It was a huge bang when it came on every 45 minutes to an hour and then it would run so loud for 10 minutes. Stayed in this hotel years ago and it was a much better experience. It seems like they are not keeping up with it. Needless to say, we got no sleep. The breakfast was super yummy and the staff were nice.
