• Mobile64913428206 (10/5): Love it ! 🤌🏼♥️🫶🏼 - We had a lovely stay at Hotel Felix in San Paolo, Sardinia! The room was spotless and very comfortable — especially the mattress, which was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on! Breakfast was nice and fresh, with a good variety to start the day. The only small downside was the lack of internet, but honestly, we were too busy enjoying ourselves to miss it. There were plenty of little things to do around, and spending time with friends made the stay even better. Overall, it was an amazing experience and I’d definitely come back!

• Tamas (4/5): Very disappointing stay - The kitchen area is a good option if you enjoy cooking, but there’s nothing extra about it. The first room was full of ants and bugs, it was cold and mouldy. After that, we got another room, but it also had ants. The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all on the first floor, and not even in the breakfast area. The breakfast was always the same, not varied at all — just one egg, some bacon, and a few dry items. There are no decent restaurants nearby either. Overall, it was a huge disappointment for us, especially considering the high ratings.

Lovely breakfast, pool on the 2nd floor with an amazing view and the bed was very comfy. The staff are very helpful. We absolutely loved our stay. Would love to have a kitchen towel.

• Trip40728381581 (6/5): Very quiet holiday location. - To be upfront we should have done more research on this holiday as we found the area very very quiet as if the holiday season was closing down. Just a handful of restaurants open within walking distance. We were bed and breakfast which we found was very good. We did eat once in the evening and it was nice. The pool area has lovely views but the sun did disappear behind the hotel in the early afternoon. There were 2 or 3 sun beds in remaining in the sun at the far end of the roof though. Our room was overlooking a roundabout and shops. It was quiet when the doors were shut. Overall a nice holiday but we will not be returning as its very quiet area for us.

Pool was cold but that was expected as its October. Views from. Pool amazing. Rooms spacious and super clean. Staff lovely. Breakfast very good. Pool was cold but we did expect that as its mid October.

• Froomina (10/5): Clean, modern hotel, would recommend. - Staff could not be any more helpful and friendly. We had room 103 which had a huge balcony and the most amazing view of Tavolara island. The room was at the front and side of hotel but once doors were closed we couldn’t hear much road noise at all. Nice to sit on balcony at night watching the world go by. Maybe helpful to take dishcloths and tea towel for the kitchen area. There’s 2 supermarkets very close to get bits in. Breakfast was good, scrambled eggs and bacon, cereal, yoghurts, toast, cheese, salmon and meats and pastries / cakes. Drinks (coffee, tea, juices and water) were bought over by staff. We had dinner one night in the hotel restaurant I would highly recommend doing that the lamb shank is very good and the pistachio dessert. They have a special on each day. On the day we checked out we were able to use the pool all day (which is lovely and has a fantastic view, it’s very relaxing), also had access to a shower room. The nearby beach is stony beach but a couple of bus stops away the most beautiful sandy beach and clear sea waters at Porto taverna beach. We also got the bus into San Theodore which is about 20 mins away. The buses are not regular so please do check the times at the Tabacco shop. Would recommend nearby restaurants called Enrico’s and Il portlano at the beach front well worth booking a table at the front such amazing views. Special thanks to Katrina at the hotel who was so nice and friendly also Daniel on reception.
• Tour651662 (2/5): Very poor experience - View from room balcony spoilt every single day of a week long booking by a white Felix van parked directly outside the room, see attached pictures. Issue highlighted to hotel but continued despite this. A generic copy and paste response was sent after a formal email complaint. Very intimidating as a solo female traveller, do not stay here if you have any expectation of privacy in your room.

Location OK but not very many restaurants or bars and limited transport to get to other places. Hotel restaurant does not offer much and breakfast is repetitive with no variation. Beach lovely and pool area nice, but quite small and extra clean beach towels are €5 each a day.

W kolko jajecznica, boczek, te same owoce itd. Bardzo maly wybor warzyw i owocow. Zeby zjesc omleta czy napic sie soku ze swiezowyciskanych pomaranczy trzeba byloby doplacic. Wszystko swieze, ale nie da sie w kolko przez 7 dni jesc tego samego na sniadanie. - piekny basen na dachu, ale bardzo przeszkadzaly mi brudne i pomazane szklane szyby tarasowe, przez co nawet widok na Tavolare z basenu byl kiepski i tracil urok. Do umycia koniecznie. W efekcie bylismy tylko raz.

• Rosalinda Do Espirito Santo (8/5): - The hotel was perfectly located in Porto San Paolo. Laura, Francesca, and Danielle were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. And swift to reply to emails before we arrived, answering all our Qs. We experienced a couple of minor issues in our room, but these were resolved promptly and without any fuss. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable – I had the best sleep on them! We stayed in the studio apartment, which was spacious and very cosy. The breakfasts were delicious! One suggestion would be for the hotel to compile a list of recommended restaurants, which could easily be printed and handed out to guests. It would also be helpful to include local bus routes and timetables, as services are infrequent. And also including which beaches need to be booked in advance (we didn't do that in the end, to be honest, as there so many outstanding beaches to visit). Providing this information in advance would be a great added touch. Sort of like a welcome pack. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

• Ryan (8/5): - The hotel was clean, spacious, and conveniently located near restaurants and shops, which made getting around easy. However, the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all during our stay, which was a major issue since we needed it for work. The small kitchen area was a nice addition, but it lacked basic essentials like paper towels or dish towels. We were also only provided with bottled water once during our entire stay. A few small improvements could make this place much more comfortable and work-friendly.

The hotel was very clean and tidy and well kept. The hotel had no character or personality. It felt very stark, white, clinical and a bit sterile. Somewhat soulless, like a hospital. There were no facilities in the hotel room for tea or coffee, a small coffee machine would have been a nice touch. Beach towels were a little tired.

Frühstück sehr ausgewogen und lecker es wird auf frische Zutaten geachtet. Parkplätze befinden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar.
• lisamG415KD (10/5): Perfect little hotel - Great hotel. Clean, not too big, well ran. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. We had breakfast only and was super. We spent most mornings by the pool which was nice and relaxed. Pool really clean. Pool bar good. Bed was the best we’d slept in! The location is good. About a 10 minute walk from the front if you don’t mind that but a couple of top local restaurants near the hotel. The hotel also offers free beach towels and umbrellas which we used when ventured out. Free car park front of hotel which we found had no issues and really easy. Our flight wasn’t until late but we had to check out at 10 but the hotel let us use the pool still and let us use showers before we went. All in all a great stay and totally recommend this lovely hotel.
• Camille (9/5): Fabulous - Lovely location; great views of the Tavolara island, 15mins walk to the beach, close to the shops and all amenities. The staff were lovely and accommodating. The terrace was great, and the kitchenette had everything that was needed. The bed was very comfortable and the room was cleaned daily, bed made, new towels and lovely shower soap. I would stay here again. Great view from the pool on the roof and they gave us pool towels. Plenty of car parking at the front of the hotel for free. The pool opening times were not long enough; only from 11am.

Es wurde im Vorfeld auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen und wir konnten sogar früher einchecken. Im Hotel kann man sich Schirme und Strandtücher, sowie Strandspielzeug für Kinder ausleihen. Einzig den auf Expedia angepriesenen Kinderspielplatz haben wir nicht gefunden. Es gibt jedoch einen sehr schönen Spielplatz am Hafen.

Aber die liegen sind in der prallen Sonne. Eine Möglichkeit zum Aufhängen von nassen Handtüchern, Badesachen draußen fehlt leider. Sonst ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt
• sued375 (10/5): Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. - We enjoyed a lovely week here at the end of May. Our rooms were well appointed and looked after. Breakfast was excellent and all the staff were friendly, welcoming and efficient. We loved the pool area and our balcony. it is an easy walk down to the sea and we visited several beautiful beaches during the week.

• Adele (10/5): - The front desk staff went absolutely above and beyond. 4 of us (2 couples) were staying here for less than 18 hours in between trips. I accidentally booked Friday night, when we were staying Saturday night. There was “no room left in the inn.” However, the women running the desk figured out a way to make it work. They were able to put us in an “apartment” which was a bedroom and then a living room/kitchen with a sofa bed. Beds for all 4! Best part, they didn’t charge us extra for the mistake. Such wonderful customer service. Breakfast was excellent too!! Not a fancy hotel by any means, but when you get excellent customer service, doesn’t matter. Thank you staff! 😘

• BackPacker383093 (10/5): Friendly and immaculate hotel - I stayed in Felix Hotel in Porto San Paolo for a week and cannot recommend it enough. It is very well presented, the hotel is immaculate in all areas, the staff are super helpful and friendly. Breakfasts were a pleasure each morning in lovely surroundings. The beds and facilities are very well thought out. The pool area is very relaxing with fantastic views. It is a beautiful part of Sardinia, well worth a visit.

The staff were exceptionally welcoming, professional, and attentive, making us feel right at home. The hotel itself was spotless and beautifully maintained, with every detail thoughtfully considered to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. Our room was spacious, well-appointed, and very quiet – perfect for a restful night. The location couldn't be better, with plenty of excellent local restaurants, shops, and attractions all within easy walking distance. It’s clear the team takes great pride in delivering a high standard of service. Highly recommended!

• Christopher Stewart (6/5): - A clean airy studio, though the property could not offer us one with a balcony as we had hoped, which was a drawback. Kitchen facilities were adequate but nothing more. Very quiet, which was positive but also had a negative side in that the bar and restaurant often seemed "dead". Nice obliging staff and the rooftop pool was lovely (as were the cocktails!). But the water was disappointingly cold. Lots of cafes/restaurants in the area and a 15-minute walk to two lovely beaches. Boat rides to the amazing Tavolara island were freely available.
• Hannah (8/5): - The hotel itself was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Front desk staff very friendly. Ate in one time during our stay and felt quite disappointed by the evening meal. It was decent food but nothing too special for the price we paid. Very close to the beach and pool view was lovely. Took us a while to get used to the fact a lot of shops close around midday around the area and food is scarce during lunch time (our own fault for not preparing for this). Room was lovely, we had ground floor with terrace. Very clean. Enjoyed our stay. Local food tasted amazing.
• Eliza (8/5): Lovely stay - Convenient location - supermarkets, some restaurants, gelaterias within walking distance. Our room was facing the garden, so it was rather quiet. Free parking in front of the hotel and a paid one in the garden behind the gates. Good breakfast with a relatively nice variety and a friendly service. The room itself is clean and spacious enough for 2 people. The wi-fi was almost dead for the first couple of days and during other days it was working poorly from time to time. We were told this is a generic problem in this area of the island, the staff tried to improve things, but no luck. Not too bad overall, but if you need to make important calls or work - keep that in mind. Would be nice to add a proper kitchen knife and a cutting board to the kitchen area and towel hangers to the bathroom

Hotel was very clean; staff were very friendly; breakfast very tasty and many options to choose; beds soft and comfortable; roof top pool amazing - great view and very relaxing with chilled music. Beach was a 10 min walk. Beach bus (to other beaches) and airport bus (514) easy access outside hotel. Really appreciated the shower room after checkout as we had an evening flight. • Janet (10/5): - Just returned from a two week stay at this lovely hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the room was cleaned daily and was spotless. The pool area is lovely with a fantastic view with drinks and snacks available from the bar. We ate dinner in the restaurant a few nights which was very nice. My only very small issues are there weren’t enough coat hangers (although more were provided when I asked) and there wasn’t a mirror in the bedroom. Having said that I would stay here again without hesitation.

Breakfast was included and the breakfast was so good with a variety of choices. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and the welcome drink. We were a family of 6 and had two rooms. The location is perfect, walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. We highly recommend this hotel and wished we booked for a longer stay. You will not be disappointed.
• Paradise43500739928 (10/5): Favourite hotel in Sardinia - We loved staying at this hotel. In fact we stayed twice here on our trip, and enjoyed coming back. The rooms had everything we needed. The kitchenette was great, although we didn’t cook. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean. It was so handy to be able to borrow an umbrella, beach mats and towels for the beach, and to have a washing machine on site (just 4 Euro a wash). The restaurant here was excellent too. We loved the club sandwiches, and also really appreciated the complimentary welcome drink. We also had dinner here twice and the food was high quality. But most of all we really appreciated the genuine kindness of the staff, who made us feel welcome and valued, and were so helpful. Keep doing what you are doing guys.

• jakeh760 (10/5): Nice hotel, friendly staff. Would book again. - We had a lovely & very enjoyable stay here. The hotel itself is clean & well maintained. The decor is modern & spacious. We went bed & breakfast as we like to eat out and try different restaurants during our stay. That being said their dinner menu did seem very limited. There are plenty of options at breakfast, fresh fruit, cereal, sweet items, pancakes, scrambled eggs & bacon, toast and so on. Coffee & juice is served, the coffee is amazing. We had a ‘standard’ superior room (without kitchenette) it was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Hair dryer provided. Balcony (viewing the road admittedly) but had a table & 2 chairs and was still nice to have (even if only to dry our towels!) The rooftop pool is a nice addition, plenty of sun beds and a manned bar. During quiet times the bar staff do go downstairs but you only have to pop down, ask for service and they come straight up. Would be nice if the pool was heated - but even I admit that’s asking a lot! Talking of the staff they’re all very friendly & very helpful. I couldn’t ask any more of them they’ve been great. Always greet when you walk past reception. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily book again.
