- Lam (7/5): It was a nice stay - Location was good, I felt safe. The staffs were friendly, the room was spacious and clean. Not enough water pressure, bathroom is outdated. The breakfast was disappointing, we skipped it the next day. The pool was a bit small.

It was stocked and clean, except for the waffle area which could have used some additional cleaning throughout service. Coffee bar could have been in a location that was more accessible. Only one person could get coffee and there were often people standing around blocking other individuals trying to get to breakfast because of it's location. We also didn't have any soap in our bathroom, which seemed strange.

Please look into changing the beds and pillows they are horrible. I had to see dr for the neck and back pain after staying in the room

- Marshette (6/5): - Location and room The bathroom had hair on the floor and some on the bottles located in the shower. The bed pillow cases were stained and dingy from prior use. You can tell they were washed, but stains did not come out. If the room was cleaned you can tell it was rushed. Looks like it was spot cleaned. I would stay again, but room has to be cleaned better.

- Lakeshia (10/5): - We loved the location. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean and the staff was nice and friendly. We did not like the hard mattress or the pillows. I woke up both mornings with terrible back pain.

Staff made sure we felt at home, always ready with a smile and quick assistance. The amenities were just right for everyone—kids enjoyed the pool and play area, while meals offered something tasty for all ages. It was an easy, relaxing getaway that left us with happy memories and a reason to come back.

- Eduardo (10/5): - I booked two rooms and our room was very clean and spacious. The other room I booked for my parents was not ready and dirty when my parents went inside. They had to go to the front desk to let them know and John was so accomodating and waa able to switched them to another room. The check in was a breeze. The onlt thing i didnt loke was the fee for my dog. On the qebsite, it says $50 but had to pay $75. Webaite needs to update their information. I like the fact that the room has a diswasher, sink and a bigger firdge compared to other hotels.

- Callie (6/5): Second go round was a bust. - This is our second stay at this specific location. Our first visit was great which is why we went back when visiting Houston. The first issue was not having our room cleaned our entire stay. The sign stated the rooms would be cleaned every other day. We really just needed additional towels and our trash emptied. We ended up taking it a few times to the larger can by the elevator. There were 5 of us and we had no shampoo or body wash in our shower by the second day due to them being mostly empty to begin with. Luckily, I had mine for us to all use. Our next issue was on the morning of our departure there was a medication found by our dog on the ground that didn’t belong to any of us. Thank goodness she must have bit it and decided it wasn’t a treat and didn’t consume but didn’t find the rest right away and had to take her to the recommended (by the elevator sign) emergency vet before 6 am when we were supposed to be starting our 13 hour drive home. On top of that we get charged $110 to contact animal poison control. Imagine if that would have been a child? It was determined to be a blood pressure/ diuretic pill…yikes…

A dedicated area would have been over but the room layout was fantastic and there was a really large tv and drape to separate the tv area from the sleeping area. That was nice. The rooms are clean and of a good size. Kitchen facilities are very good. If you need to work in your room, the wifi is good and the desk space excellent. The breakfast coffee needs work!

- Jennifer (10/5): - Great location, relatively close to everything! Breakfast was excellent! Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious! Highly recommend a suite (which includes sink, microwave, full fridge and countertop space). The pool was clean and loved the bbq option!

- Verified traveler (2/5): - Since the moment we arrived the hotel did not meet expectations. The linens were dirty, the pillow cases stunk, the tv gave us a hard time, the water pressure was horrible, the room was dirty. Would never stay here again.
- HEYWARD (10/5): Exceeded My Expectations - Stephanie checked me in with a rare, genuine smile and a warm welcome. Her demeanor gave the impression that she truly loves her job. Monique handled my checkout with equal kindness and was extremely helpful in setting up the hotel’s conference room, which we had rented for training. My stay was excellent—I slept well, the room was clean, and the experience exceeded my expectations.

- Alexander (8/5): - Giod hotel. Comfortable rooms. Bathroom had a small leak and other details otherwise a 5. Included breakfast was good. Would stay again.

- Jamecia (8/5): - This property was located in a comfortable area, hotel was nice and clean,rooms were big and spacious. I love all the amenities it offered, only thing I did not like is it’s only two elevators for the whole hotel which had 6 floors, so during busy times you have to wait 10-15 min on a elevator, the complimentary breakfast was mid, no bowls was available for hot or cold cereal, but over all I loved this place
