• Stephan (7/5): Modern, nett, max für 1 Nacht - Blick zum Sonnenuntergang. Nettes Personal Keine Möbel oder Sitze auf Terrasse. Zi viele Gruppenreisende. Essen immer drinnen im Saal nicht auf Terrasse. Reception war eher hilflos bei Buchungsänderungen bzw es gab keine Antwort (alles läuft nur über die Zentrale in Arfoud)

• Lecrombs (8/5): très bonne chaine d'hotel, propre, spacieux, organisés, 2 piscines, .. - les chambres sont spacieuses, très propres dans l'ensemble, organisés, hotel thématique, deux piscines en très bon état toutes les deux... vraiment bien a savoir en premier : Xaluca, c'est un chaine d'hotel, donc on est loin de l'expérience vraiment authentique, le buffet a beau faire 10 mètres de long on a du mal a trouver quelques chose de vraiment cuisiné avec amour. C'est un hotel fait pour brasser une quantité de touriste impressionante, et ils sont très forts pour ca! ils faut reconnaitre leur qualité, ce n'est sans doute juste pas mon choix le plus avisé que d'etre aller la bas!

• Ken (10/5): Sfeervol en ontspannend verblijf - Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, grote propere en sfeervolle kamers. Het verwarmd binnenzwembad was een grote plus! Alsook de mogelijkheid om aan te schuiven bij het buffet 's avonds. Een echte aanrader!

Buffet : entrees et desserts de qualité. Plats principaux marocains corrects mais peuvent etre meilleurs. Proposer un pain marocain fait maison au lieu des baguettes ordinaires permettra de mieux mettre en valeur l’ensemble des plats.

• Mathias (8/5): A luxurious, spacious hotel with stunning city views, extensive amenities, and attentive staff. - This was the most luxurious hotel we stayed at during our trip to Morocco. It’s a विशाल complex with countless rooms and a large number of staff. Everyone is kind and attentive, although the atmosphere feels less personal. By Moroccan standards, the hotel is very high-end and offers many special features you wouldn’t typically find in other accommodations. The view from the room and the large rooftop pool overlooking the city is truly breathtaking. Unfortunately, the food did not meet expectations. While both the dinner buffet (around €30 per person) and breakfast offer a wide variety and look very appealing, the taste is more comparable to cafeteria-style dining and doesn’t match the quality of food we experienced in most smaller hotels. Additionally, the hotel shows some signs of age and could benefit from renovation in certain areas.

• Martin (8/5): - This was our second time in the hotel. Rooms are a little bit more worn-out but the location, food and views from the pool are are amazing. The maintanace and cleaning should be improved. Equimoent is often worn-out and we found a cockroach in our room in the morning.

• Robert (1/5): Unsafe hotel, staff that steals money, horrible food. Worst hotel in Morocco. - Appeared to be the only traditional “hotel” jn the area. Poor to no WiFi, horrible food at restaurant, patio doors/windows didn’t lock (safety/security issues), staff tried to force steal money, no TV stations, and a hot tub that was not hot. This hotel fell below all standards of an American 3 star hotel.

• Az iddine (10/5): Tres bien d’après mes clients - Presque tout. Moi j’ai reservé pour mes clients (une famille de trois adultes) mais j’ai passé ma nuit dans un autre établissement. On m’a quand même offert le diner et le ptit dej au Xaluca. Deux hics: un danone qui perime le mm jour et les boissons au diner qui etaient extra mais il fallait le préciser aux clients. Merci

• Jeffrey (7/5): Reminded me of Disney world with worse food. - Facilities are interesting. Nice outdoor Terrace and pool area when weather allows swimming. Rooms are clean and bed comfortable.washrooms was really small. We had one of the two room apartments with a Beth large living room and dinning room and two very small rooms. Food was poor. Breakfast pastry was the worst I had during my whole trip to Morocco. Bring your own bottled water. Dinner has very few protein options. Try to get to dinner early so you have more food choice. They have a nice indoor pool area. Very busy when I was there.Gym facilities include a treadmill a poor quality bike and a mat and bench and ball.The one piece of equipment they had was broken. No free weights.Recommendation For property; buy a variety of free weights. They don’t cost very much

There were a lot of groups in the hotel and the one staying close to our room was incredibly loud, we woke up at 6 a.m. with the speaking loudly with all their doors open. I know this is not the hotel’s fault, but if you prefer a more quiet stay, maybe consider there are many groups in this hotel.
• Mike (9/5): Luxury travelers rest. - Beautiful bit of luxury for travellers passing through Dades. Secure for the motorbikes and serves alcohol. It was wonderful to be met by friendly staff who took our luggage straight from our motorbikes up to our rooms.

• Youssef (4/5): Vergane glorie, tijd voor flinke investering, dan kan het wel erg goed zijn - Locatie is mooi, mooi uitzicht . Diner buffet is goed en uitgebreid, helaas is ook water niet in begrepen en betaal je daar flink voor. Ontbijt is ook goed, koffie is helaas erg matig. Het is eigenlijk oud en niet up to date. De kamers zijn helemaal niet geluiddicht. De hal is betegeld, dus alle rolkoffers hoor je super goed. Ook als iemand praat in de gang is het erg luid. Je hoort zelfs de kamer naast je. Dit resultaat in een slechte nachtrust.

• Svetlana (8/5): - пышная кровать, шведский стол, горячая вода в душе (до этого в отелях была теплая), для нас удобное расположение между локациями, есть спа, но мы не успели воспользоваться отель оказался огромным с большим количеством людей и туристических групп, это не минус, просто не ожидали
• Margriet (9/5): Fantastisch uitzicht en goed verzorgd! - Het was heerlijk dat we er twee nachten verbleven om even van de rondreis door Marokko op adem te komen bij het zwembad. De kinderen hebben daar genoten en ook van de omgeving. Het is prachtig!! Het personeel staat voor alles voor je klaar en heel vriendelijk! Eten in restaurant was ook erg lekker (a la carte, wij hebben geen buffet gedaan) De balkons waren niet ingericht om op te zitten. Erg rommelig door alle airco apparaten en vies van de vogels.

Sunrise and sunset here are nothing short of magical and its breath-taking sunsets are gorgeous 2. Architecture and Design: The blend of traditional Berber architecture with modern amenities is seamless. The adobe-style buildings, arched doorways, and terracotta hues create an authentic and inviting atmosphere. The central courtyard with its lush greenery and mosaic fountains is a tranquil oasis. 3. Rooms and Comfort: My room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and impeccably clean. The plush bed ensured a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the nearby valleys. 4. The price was a little high to me compared to other hotels I have stayed in with the same amenities. But in Boulmane there is not a lot of choice for full service hotels.

The terrace and the pool on the roof are really nice and good for relaxing after activities in the hot sun. Very good view of the city and the hills from the terrace and from the rooms. The hotel interior has a rustic but not old-fashioned colonial style. More exclusive than the sober functional modern hotels. Very friendly staff, good breakfast and dinner (large buffet), Moroccan and Spanish style. Alcohol can be ordered at typical higher prices (high tax). Rooms are very nice and rustic decorated, large, well equipped and clean. Stable quality since 2016 (our first visit).

• Bonita (9/5): big hotel feel,good for 1 or 2 nights - the rooms are big and comfortable. the bathroom facilities are good. the general facilities are good. pool is great (too cold in winter) and the hot tub is warm enough to sit in. buffet food was ok - salads and fruit were good. compared to other places in Morocco, the staff were less talkative- not unfriendly but definitely not as warm as places we’ve stayed. the spa experience was ok but it felt a little unwelcoming and the massages were a little “rough around the edges”

• Sovaida (9/5): unique, artistic, adventure stay - the location was good. this hotel is all about the views and it delivered. Watching the sunset, was breathtakingly beautiful. We paid for the half board, which includes breakfast and dinner (no drinks with dinner, extra charge). The buffet selection for both was good, something g for everyone.
