- eyecooper (10/5): Charming and comforting stay - We stayed on a room only basis in the Caminetto Room which is in a separate building from the main hotel and we didn’t use any of the other facilities or the restaurant. This suited us well as we were, effectively in a ‘rental’ (although without a kitchen area) but with the back up of the hotel if we needed it. Pre-arrival communications were excellent as was check-in for which we were early but we were allowed to leave our bags and the hotel ‘whatsapped’ us when the room was ready. We were then walked round to the room by the very friendly and helpful receptionist who explained everything we needed to know. The room was lovely and suited our needs… there was a sitting area in addition to the bedroom and bathroom areas. All fittings of good quality and working properly. Location of the room was nice…tucked away in a quiet street beside the main church but very convenient and an easy walk to everything. The room felt like very good value… indeed, almost modestly priced in comparison with some of the Trulli properties I looked at. Unlikely I’ll return to Alberobello but a hotel that I’d recommend to friends.

We appreciate uniqueness and not high end fancy but the Trullo room was impeccably clean, up to date and truly historically unique. Meals were delicious and personnel friendly and welcoming! I highly recommend. If you’re over 6 feet tall, watch your head🤣

- victoriam502 (10/5): A Peaceful Retreat in Alberobello - Our five-night stay at Palazzo Scotto this past Christmas was the absolute highlight of our two-week Italian holiday. After a busy start in Naples, this historic mansion turned “boutique” hotel provided the perfect, peaceful respite we needed after a stressful year. With only 6 or 7 suites, the atmosphere is incredibly intimate. We stayed in the "Cummerse" traditional suite, which was both charming and spacious for our family of three. The layout felt very private, with a dedicated staircase and a full kitchen. The highlight, however, was the private terrace; it offered unparalleled views of the trulli landscape and the Parrocchia Santuario Basilica S.S. Cosma E Damiano. Waking up to that vista was a dream. The customer service here is truly top-notch. On our first morning, I mistakenly thought breakfast was delivered to the room (which is not the standard protocol); despite my error, the staff was incredibly kind and granted the request without hesitation. The team (Ciao, Ana!) greeted us by our first names every day and made us feel like family. Their graciousness is what makes this hotel very special. We enjoyed breakfast daily at the downstairs café, which transforms into NOS Ristorante for lunch and dinner. The food is exceptional and lives up its high Tripadvisor ratings. The location is an ideal launching pad for exploring; it’s an easy walk to the historic center, which was breathtakingly beautiful with Christmas lights, an ice skating rink, and a festive night market. Palazzo Scotto allowed us to fully decompress and sleep soundly before we headed to Rome for the final leg of our trip. If you are looking for a blend of elegance, history, and genuine Italian hospitality, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. I am feeling so nostalgic just writing this review and cannot wait to for our next visit.

We loved it! The location is perfect. You can walk to everything! All the Trulli houses are very near to the hotel (10 minutes to the most popular area).

Schon beim Empfang hat uns das Personal mit einer Herzlichkeit begrüßt, einfach megafreundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück war großartig, abwechslungsreich und frisch. Ein echtes Highlight war, dass wir sogar direkt zu unserem Zimmer gebracht wurden – und das Zimmer selbst war einfach fantastisch: wunderschön eingerichtet, blitzsauber und mit einem traumhaften Ausblick. Alles wirkte bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht und gepflegt. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt rundum perfekt. Wir können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

- Ellenm2 (10/5): The Amazing Palazzo Scotto - We have just returned home after an amazing stay with Palazzo Scotto. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed. Breakfast each morning, delivered to our room, so we could eat on the balcony overlooking beautiful views, was second to none and had us fueled for the day ahead. The evening menu in the restaurant was delicious and had lots of variety, showcasing local cuisine which was full of flavour. The live music in the restaurant was magical and added a really special touch to the evening The room was beautiful and elegant. It had everything you would need for your stay. Every member of staff were polite, friendly and helpful and are a credit to Valerio and the establishment. Would highly recommend Palazzo Scotto for your stay in Alberobello.

Our stay at Palazzo Scotto, though short, was an absolutely unique and unforgettable experience for us. In addition to the beautiful, sophisticated and classy decor, we were delighted by the people who make this place what it is. Nowhere else have we experienced such professionalism; the competent, friendly team was always available to us, while remaining discreetly in the background, giving us a feeling of home comfort. We were also delighted by the cosy NOS Ristorante restaurant, serving insanely delicious dishes in an amazing atmosphere of live music performed by an extremely talented young musician and the singing of the manager of this facility, Valerio, making our stay a wonderful experience. A huge thank you to Valerio and his exceptional team: Mery, Mimo, Anna Rita, Federica, and Roberto, who create the unique atmosphere of this charming place. They made our hearts long for Palazzo Scotto and the outstanding NOS restaurant. I still don't understand why this place doesn't have five stars, because it certainly deserves it! The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always available for any questions. We especially appreciated the thoughtful details and excellent recommendations. Highly recommended – we will definitely return! Nothing. All perfect.

A true experience in the city heart, welcomed by the best host Valerio and also Mauro (thank you for the welcome drink). We had the Suite on the top floor (perfect with our kids) overlooking the Trullis and Basilica and the best part was the Breakfast that was served in our private terrace overlooking Alberobello’s trullis. We can see that they really take care of every detail including the restaurant (we didn’t go but we had a drink there and it was great). Definitely THE place to stay !! (And very clean). Thank you !!

The reception staff was really polite, they took the time to explain everything and helped with a car transfer to Monopoli. I was able to check in a few hours early, as the room was already ready. Room was spacious, clean, and the balcony had a great view of the trulli houses. Very good breakfast with multiple options, even lactose-free products.
- shawnae2024 (10/5): Charming Hotel in Alberobello - My husband and I spent a night at Palazzo Scotto during our 2 week trip to Amalfi and Puglia. The staff upgraded us to the Cummerse Suite for our anniversary. The rooftop views of the Trulli and church were stunning. We had a great dinner in their restaurant and fully enjoyed the young piano player and owner's singing. They were both very talented and a made our trip to the town special. We highly recommend this prime location.

Quite and spacious with a well-stocked kitchen and private terrace, it was a breath of fresh air with an amazing view of nearby trullis. The owner was friendly, hands-on and focused like a laser on the customer experience. He even sings during dinner with a maestro who plays multiple instruments. Who does that? Pallazo Scotto is in the heart of town, you can easily walk to shopping and dining and the historic trulli district. The history in this town is extraordinary and when you stay here you feel like a (well pampered) local. We have stayed in hundreds of hotels and there is nothing like Palazzo Scotto. You're in your own little world - it's hard to pack up and leave. Reasonable cost, incredible quality and a staff of high-achievers who want very much to make your stay memorable. Superb choice.

We were lucky enough to book the Cummerse Suite on the top floor which included three outdoor spaces. The view is spectacular. Very large suite with a full kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. Very comfortable bed. The entire town has a soothing energy and so does this hotel. We had a great sleep here. The full breakfast was delivered to our room and is definitely worth including in the reservation. Highly recommend making a dinner reservation at the hotel’s restaurant, Nos. It is also worth a 5 star review.

First, Alberobello is the absolute cutest town, a must visit. This unique boutique hotel was recently acquired and fabulously renovated by the current owner. Each room is uniquely beautiful- very tastefully decorated. The service is impeccable. We have a gorgeous view from our balcony where they serve a wonderful breakfast. The gorgeous restaurant is wonderful, the food is delicious and they have a piano player in the evenings. We will definitely be back
- Andyonhishols (10/5): Lovely boutique hotel with amazing staff - On arrival we were met by Valerio who gave us a great intro and overview to Alberobello. Our rooms were gorgeous and the hotel is less than 5 mins away from the centre of town and the 3 main trulli districts - the town is smaller than it looks on a map and everything is easily walkable from the hotel. The highlight though is in the evening in the hotel restaurant. It turns out Valerio isn't just great at the front-of-house stuff, he is a fabulous singer who loves to sing. Martin - the virtuoso pianist, violinist and all round musician can play ANYTHING on the piano and together they are an amazing cabaret show. We had the most amazing stay see and would love to return if we get the chance. Thank you so much to Valerio and team! Shame I don't have any photos of the singing - just videos that Tripadvisor won't let me upload.

- Simos (10/5): Valerio is the best and his hotel is wow - Easily the best stay of our puglia trip. Valerio the owner/operator is easily the best operator I have encountered. He gave us a two day itenierary to. Est see the town and surrounding areas. He got us reservations to restaurants he recommended. Which were all incredible. Now to the room it was a one bedroom apartment essentially, Incredible view, brand new and very comfortable. The location was the best walking distance to everything. Truly an incredible stay and will never forget Valerio. Hope to see him again. Thank you so much. Don’t even think about it. Book here if coming to alberello Not one complaint
