I left multiple messages saying I wanted to talk about future longer term bookings. I was there for 3 nights and besides checking in I could find a staff member to talk to and nobody responded to messages.

• Tahvar Razvi (1/5): Worst stay ever DO NOT GO WITH YOUR CHILDREN racist and abusive staff - Nothing at all. Worst experience ever. Even if they offer me a free stay I would not stay there. Not even toilet paper rolls were provided. Racist and rude staff I would not advise anyone to go if you got kids. Staff are racist abusive and rude. No cleanliness whatsoever no toilet paper rolls ovens not working we had two nights there nothing replenished. Staff was rude and abusive towards children. You try to call them and there’s no answer. If they’re offering a free stay sleep in your cars but don’t bother staying here. There are plenty other good places around but not this one.

• David (8/5): Definitely would stay there again but single cabin no adjoining cabins. You just don’t know who you’re gonna get as a ne - It was clean and tidy close to all the facilities. Parking was a little bit tight, but we worked it out. Unfortunately we were in an adjoining cabin and our neighbours were very noisy. Always travels between the cabins very badly. If you’re in a single cabin probably all good unfortunately we were not two little kids. Next door played up until 130 2 o’clock in the morning. Unfortunately we had to listen to the whole thing. By the time morning. Came around. We were exhausted and decided to go home two days early. The staff sent me a letter saying you should’ve rang the after hours number we tried ringing the phone number when we arrived because we couldn’t find the key and didn’t know the procedure of getting the key because no message was sent to us. That was a bit of a letdown. They need to improve their game on that one inform new visitors where the keys will be upon arrival both of us missed the message on the front door of the office.

However after several calls the next day owners did not respond to my messages to let us know what was happening with internet. We had a leaking tap and hot water tap in shower falling off, not sufficient towels for our family. There was a big lack of communication and care .

Smoke alarm had no battery's, windows were filthy. Shower was really hard to turn off. No one was ever in reception.the pool was dirty.the Kettle water is brown as they havnt been descaled for Who knows how long. Beds were really uncomfortable. Gas litre had no gas.

They had a little rabbit & Guinea pig pen for kids to check out, and a small playground to keep them entertained too. The owner was very nice and welcoming. The park itself is a 2 minute drive from the centre of town.

• Jessica (9/5): Great affordable caravan park for families and pets! - Just finished a fantastic stay at this affordable caravan park. We were lucky to get the 3 bedroom unit which gave my young kids lots of opportunities to bed hop. 2 queen beds & a set of bunk beds. So happy my dog was able to come, unit was super clean though, you'd never know it was a dog friendly location. Power shower was phenomenal! Nothing! It's a renovated unit & there were a couple of dints in the furnishings & windows frames but honestly this place was so affordable for a family to go away in the summer & be 5mins walk away from the beach & playground! A big 4 site would have been double the price we paid, but without any real benefits.

• shuang (1/5): Bad - location The cabin doesn’t provide shower gel and shampoo. We had towels come unwashed and smells awful with someone’s hair rolled inside. Pillow cases smells bad. The property has signs inside the cabin saying no cooking seafood. Which it’s not stated prior to booking. The town is famous for crab catch and fishing. I wonder why they don’t mention it, so people can avoid staying in their property. We had a seafood dinner in the cabin and was accused of cooking inside the cabin…. The property messaged me a week later after our check out and blaming us for their booking loss…. This is a very unpleasant experience. Will never recommend anyone staying there.

Cabin very old, horrid smelling, cold, dirty and dusty, beds and pillows uncomfotable.. Pool had duck poo all around it so couldn't sit by it if you wanted to just relax with a book. Not a place i'd stay at again.

Pros: - The location was perfect, as it was a few minute walk to the main beach, which was amazing! - Check-in time was flexible. - The rooms were spacious and really liked the lounge and kitchen, and all complimentary items provided. - Rent was reasonable: good value for money - Nice private outdoor area - loads of books, toys, and dvds for kids to enjoy - An extra private room with table tennis, billiards, air hockey facilities. - Good aircon as it was hot the night we stayed. - Clean bedsheets, pillows, etc. - staff were kind to provide a baby cot - Nice clean toilets with both hot and cold water available - Laundry was nice too but we didn’t use it - nice shared swimming pool but we didn’t use it. Cons: - The unit had a slightly dusty environment. This can be improved. Being allergic to dust, I wasn’t feeling well when I woke up. Others may not feel the dust though. - Air hockey wasn’t working which was a shame. The play room wasn’t clean, with lots of dust, and ants, and spiders roaming around.

• Rajinder (6/5): Decent stay but needs better maintenance and amenities - Overall, the stay was good. The park offers a decent environment for a getaway. The bathroom door didn’t lock properly and kept opening by itself, making it difficult to use with family. Despite calling twice, no one came to fix it. • No WiFi was available. • The TV had no Netflix or video channels, only audio channels. With better maintenance and improved amenities, the experience could be much better.

The chiar outside had a massove rip in it. There was mould around the sink handle, the towels supplied were ripped and had paint on them. Disgusting and wouldn't recommend to anyone to stay there, especially not for that price!

During her stay, we encountered several issues, including: - Stained pillowcases with noticeable marks - A considerable number of ants in the room - A leaky sink that dripped continuously throughout our stay - An assortment of black long hairs in the bedding Considering the premium pricing, I expected a higher standard of cleanliness and maintenance.

Bathroom locks were not working, we were 9 people and without the locks using the bathroom was inconvenient. Shower taps also need attention.

• Julie (3/5): Was the cheapest available accommodation so you get what you get. - Location Never saw any staff Couldn’t get toilet paper when we ran out the neighbouring unit gave us some. Unit was not very clean just seemed to be a surface clean as there were socks down the side if mattress and stocked from bather bottoms on the wall and dirt under tables. Beds were uncomfortable we put we had two 14 year old kids with us and the ladder on the bunk was duct taped together the girls didn’t want to use it so too and tailed on the bottom bed.
