• Angela (4/5): - That it was quiet The comode would not flush and the desk clerk never smiled and acted very standoffish and bothered by any question asked to her. And there was a roach in my room
• John (6/5): A clean room, safe. A bit expensive for what is offered. - Convenient. Very rough, no landscaping, just looked overall very dated.

Disappointed there was no coffee available in the room! Price was a lot cheaper than others in the immediate area! Overall I’d give it a C+

• Gregg Scott (10/5): - Seemed to be recently refurbished. Not in the middle of town but easy driving distance. Excellent for my budget. That said there are no extras. Ie, pool, breakfast, etc. I would return happily. Excellent for retired on a budget
• Kris (4/5): - Upstairs hall and room was hot (until I turned the air on). Shower curtain was mildewy. Never saw the continental breakfast. Had to ask for the room to be serviced and when they did the bed wasn’t touched. Overall, not what I expected

• Betty (6/5): Central City, KY - The hotel is older and a bit in need of some care. Halloween decorations still up in May! Check in at 2:30 pm the desk attendant was in pajamas. Empty prescription bottle on the floor by the ice machine. Sign outside says free breakfast....that is not the case. They shuld cover the sign. There were some stains on the pillow case. It was quiet though and the bed was comfortable.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Happy customer - Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Upon arrival the tv remote was missing, no iron or ironing board in room, and we had to remind them to turn on the breaker for the ac. Staff was very quick to fix the problems and help any way possible without complaining. The sigh out front said free breakfast. Appeared as if they were remodeling that area. I would stay there again if I was in the area.

• Danielle (2/5): - The smell in this hotel hits you as soon as you walk inside. The carpeting is stained and nasty. There was random furniture scattered throughout the hallway. There were children's toys scattered all over the lobby. Everything is outdated and run down.
• Sarah (5/5): I've had worse. - It was convenient for what I needed on a last minute trip I think it would have been okay if I didn't have cockroaches in my room and children screaming during the night time hours.
• George (8/5): - For older property it has been kept up. Room was clean. Owner was friendly and helpful. His wife was not very good with English but tried to be helpful and was friendly. Everything was quiet and peaceful.

• Elizabeth (2/5): - ive stayed here several times this passed month. my family i came from california & are waiting for escrow to close for a house we bought. we stayed here the very morning of our arrival to Kentucky. 1st stay here, the greeter was excellent. very polite. made us feel at home with his generosity. allowed us to do an early morning check in & thank goodness for that because we drove consistently from out of state. 2nd stay here the woman was very stand off’ish and rude to my family and i. toilet didn’t work in the joint room i stayed at here only 1 of the bathrooms worked. nothing was done after my complaint. but i let it go because i didn’t want to seem ungrateful. 3rd stay here nothing worked all night long. no electricity and no water. i just accepted it because the man is polite and i’ve stayed here before i felt comfortable. 4th stay here, the toilet didn’t work. i brought it to the women’s attention over the front desk phone line & all she said was “yes”, “yes”, “yes” over the phone. i finally hung up and had to urinate in a cup. i should’ve never came back after the 2nd time, but i had such a great experience the 1st stay here and it was comfortable. i stayed here my final & 5th time today. a man at the front desk i’ve never seen before. i told him there was ants all over the desk, & bit my mother & my baby son all night long.. also in our food. my sons formula was ruined. he said since i didn’t show him when it happened, that there’s nothing he can do.

• Sandra (6/5): - Since I have a physical disability it was hard to use the bathroom facilities in our room. The commode was too short and vanity too tall. The bathroom was not designed for a person with a disability. Was not offered a viable alternative.

• Sheba (2/5): - I liked the convenience of the site, but the bathroom ceiling was covered in mold, the room smelled horrible. The toilet was clogged, the bedding stunk as if a sweaty person slept on it. Phone in the room was not working. I will never stay there again!!!!

When we went in a non English speaking child was at the counter and we stood there until a woman in her pajamas comes out of a room and helps us while she stays on the phone with her mom. Says free breakfast but thats not true. There were bicycles surrounding the front door and a busted up gas grill in a parking spot. Im not one to ever say anything but id stay far away from this place

• Tina (2/5): - Woke up in the middle of the night to find the table covered in ants & several spiders in the bathroom. We call the front desk to tell them about the all the bugs & we want another room or something has to be done and they tell us it's summer it's normal & they don't have any other rooms & all the rooms have ants! We started checking the bed for bed for bed bugs thankfully they didn't have any of them! No vending machine & the ice machine looked like it had never been cleaned. The bathroom shelf under sink had so much dust on it it hadn't wiped off in a very long time. The toilet wouldn't flush half the time you would have to keep flushing it for anything to go down. It says on their listing they have a restaurant & 24hr room service & they do NOT. No continental breakfast not even a working vending machine.
• Jennifer (1/5): This place needs a makeover!!! - I never checked in. This is a good location close to everything., This used to be a nice place to stay years ago. An apparent change in ownership and management has happened and this property is VERY dirty and run down looking. It has a very bad feel of neglect as soon as you pull in the parking lot. I cancelled as soon as I went in the lobby.
• Cindi (2/5): - Run down. Grass shin high, ceiling tiles missing big holes in ceiling ice machine looked like it would fall on you if you weren't extremely gentaland I was g it ven a hard time about my service dogs and told I couldn't stay a second night even though I had a reservation

• Mcguyer (6/5): Turned out okay in the end - Thankfully, after I asked to speak to his manager (who turned out to be his father) came in, it was worked out quickly and pleasantly. The young man that began checking us in was unaware of the rights of a guest traveling with a service animal and determined to deny me a room because of his ignorance.
• Tonya (5/5): Passable - Beds were comfy Advertised breakfast but there is no breakfast, remodeling and materials laying everywhere, there clothes under the bed left from the last guest, the tv did not work. The room was not prorated for any of these failures. The front desk man just said I am sorry.

• Knight (3/5): It was just ok. Carpets musky and ice machine was disgusting! No drink or snack machines, nothing! - Location Musky smell in the building. Needs updating very badly. This used to have the reputation of being a class A hotel. Was a very nice place to stay, but not maintained very well at all. During our 2 night stay we seen no other guest at all.
• Rebekah (6/5): - We arrived very late after a long day of travel. This was the only location for 20-30 miles with a room left, so we chose it. Nice, easy check in with friendly staff. Very poorly kept rooms though, not just old but dirty. I know we were very tired, but told the family, "don't touch anything, just get into bed and we will leave first thing in the morning."

No maid service at all. Lobby is filthy. And a girl turning tricks out of the room across the hall. And also smoking pot.

• Jill (4/5): - For a non-smoking room, there were cigarette burns in the comfort and sheets. I don't think they believe in fabric softener because the sheets and towels were stiff and scratchy. Holes were in the walls and not where a picture would be hung. Who knows why they are there. Service? Ha! The kid couldn't even say my name (it is as easy as Smith). He was even holding my ID and asked me for a fifth time what my name was. He may of been distracted by helping two other people during check-in. Guess I my business wasn't as important as theirs.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - It wasn’t terrible. There were no bugs or anything which I was grateful for. The non-smoking rooms have been renovated but we were in a smoking room. There was still a cigarette in the astray when we came in. Stains, cigarette burns and such, which is fine. It’s understandable. Not much was explained, and check out is just throwing your room cards into a bowl. Wasn’t terrible and glad it’s clean since it’s the only hotel in the city.

Light fixtures did not work, room was dirty, AC and heat did not work, hair on bathroom floor and in bathtub, no housekeeping came in while we were away so we had no fresh towels, no cups, vending machine was out of service or empty, the management was laying on a couch in the back room and did not want to answer Bell for service at desk,
• Joshua (6/5): Could have been better - When I walked in the place smelled very strongly of Indian food. they checked me into my room I went in there and the room hadn't been cleaned and bath linens in the floor, unmade bed, personal belongings. i went back to the desk and they put me in a different room, but I didn't get a smoking room like I had requested. not a bad Hotel overall but the service wasn't very friendly and not a great experience

• wendell (4/5): They don't care about their customers, only money - was suppose to have a double bed, but somehow it was only a king. Owner wouldn't let us change rooms without a fee even though there were no other guests and I didn't even check in til after 8pm and was checking out early in the morning. So ended up paying 16.00 more than originally booked for. I have used this hotel 4 times this year, It will be my last time. They don't care about their customers only money.

The service wasn't great at the front desk and the whole place smelled kind of like moth balls. The shower had amazing water pressure and was great. The breakfast is nothing to write home about to the point that I'm not sure why they even bother.

• Richard (8/5): Nice but not outstanding - CCI was a. nice property, friendly people but not real professional. Manager’s car was parked out front of entrance. Also, breakfast was very minimal.
• Verified traveler (4/5): - I didn't like that the commode would hardly flush, so had to be careful when using it. Room had a stale, sickening air freshener smell. Carpet could have used a cleaning and no tissue in the tissue dispenser. Continental breakfast offering was dismal at best.
