- John (5/5): Nice to chill out on the balcony and lovely garden but for us not too much else to recommend - Set in a nice garden. The room we o was very spacious with large balcony. The service staff were friendly and accommodating It was too far to walk comfortably to town. The shower was very poor and if we didn’t get to breakfast early there was very little left. The resort seemed to cater for mainly Chinese tourists groups The staff spoke very little English

- Jeffrey (1/5): Was nice for airport shuttle but i will never book again. - I liked how it was setup and initially it seemed really nice because the staff was very friendly/helpful When I got to my room, it didn’t seem at all what I paid for, I walk in to the bathroom and it’s infested with gnats. I took multiple photos of white walls with specks of black(gnats) that were just hanging out.
- Maria (5/5): Not As Described - Needs Complete Renovation - The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel had missed our booking because it was on an old system. The first night they put us in what was supposed to be their best room. Moved us the next day. Both rooms were very substandard. Room amenities were not as described on Booking.com. No TV, no iron and ironing board, no minibar, bathroom especially in the first was awful. Big damp area in the ceiling, shower over bath which difficult to get into especially if you have reduced mobility.

- David (4/5): Give this a miss - The resort bungalow/rooms, grounds/gardens and pool looked amazing. The towels were lovely and soft and breakfast was OK. Best I can say☹️ The rooms could do with a good clean, electrics looked unsafe. Bed was so hard, like sleeping on the floor. Hot water only drips from the broken basin tap and shower attachment, probably because the hot water cylinder was leaking, and they just turned the pressure down. The kettle had a plug that didn't fit any of the sockets (Chinese, I think). The name on booking.com and the name of the resort were different. although it stated they accepted card payment, they wouldn't. We were rushed after breakfast to pack and then driven to an ATM to get cash out. Felt very uncomfortable. Overpriced for quality and location (too far from town) we changed hotels. Much better in town centre.

- Lilian (9/5): Peaceful tropical hideout - I loved the layout of the bungalows amidst trees. It was really peaceful and relaxing. The staff were excellent. Nie and Mr Xie were very kind, helpful and friendly. The swimming pool is clean and inviting. Room spacious and a large veranda to listen to the night sounds. The bathroom floor had a water leak stain on it when we arrived but was cleaned up the next day. The resort is out of town which can be a nuisance (and adds to the cost) if you want to pop back to the hotel. But there is a free shuttle service several times a day into town with a wonderfully friendly driver.

- Evelyn (8/5): We were very happy - the free shuttle to town had its problems but we found some very interesting and different ways to - a beautiful pool but sadly very hard bed chairs without cushions. Excellent fresh breakfast with great girls cooking eggs to order. it was out of town which we knew but a difficult location. Always a very main and busy road to negotiate on walking to town.

- Georgia (10/5): amazing, friendly, peaceful & relaxing - The staff were beyond helpful & very friendly throughout, if we needed to go anywhere in the city they would drive us. The breakfast was amazing, it was all you can eat and it set us up for the day. The bed was very comfortable and I had an amazing sleep the last 4 nights. It was very peaceful compared to the party hostels we have been staying in, on our backpacking trip. Swimming pool was lovely also, really enjoyed :) definitely would recommend xx Only thing I would say is there is no restaurant during the day (lunch & dinner) & food is quite far out (by walk), but transport it 10 mins max. However, the staff was nice enough to cook us something when we stayed at the hotel for the day. x

- Tariq (8/5): Very good - Paradise Resort is a little out of town but worth it for the peace and tranquility and beautiful setting. Beds are comfortable, pool is clean and fresh. Noy, the manager, is very sweet and she was very helpful when I needed anything. Breakfast wasn’t worth it, and only available until 9am. Better to go into town where there are many more options.

Đồ ăn sáng đơn điệu.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The views are amazing. Nice pool and the little cabanas are cool. The WiFi is pool and the tv does not come in because of it. The shuttle only runs til 5 and the vehicle is an older large truck that does not shelter you from the rain. Breakfast is good but in a land of great coffee they serve instant. They have a big sign by the pool that says they serve dinner til 9 but the restaurant is only open for breakfast and lunch. The location is far from town but this would not be a problem if the shuttle ran longer and if the restaurant was open.
- Kim (4/5): - Pretty run down, nowhere near a “resort”. If you are there during off season, lots of things not available, such as the breakfast buffet, etc. The family room that we booked was disgusting - very run down, mold on shower curtain, ants everywhere - no air con in main room - but they did move us to a nicer room, which was fine. Just don’t expect a lot. Staff named Ms. Noi was always helpful and polite. One day the Chef had to leave and there was no one there to cook lunch, so Noi made us chicken fried rice and French fries, which was the only thing she could cook. Not very close to town, and if the free shuttle is somewhere else (like picking someone up at the airport) you are out of luck.
- jm (10/5): 가성비 좋은 호텔입니다! - 직원들이 모두 친절해요. 도심과는 조금 떨어져 있지만, 호텔에서 시간표에 따라 무료 셔틀버스를 운영하고 있어서 움직이기도 편해요. 또한 공항가는 셔틀버스 요청하면 무료로 운행해 줍니다. 조식 메뉴도 매일 바뀌어서 맛있게 먹을 수 있었습니다. 너무 만족한 숙소였습니다!
- Jose (6/5): Un complejo especatucular. - El recinto es espectacular, exteriormente muy bien cuidado y con una piscina muy agradable, las habitaciones amplias y el baño también amplio. Está alejado del centro, por lo que has de contratar transporte para desplazarte si el transporte que pone el hotel a la disposición de los clientes no coincide con tu horario. En nuestro baño había una fuga de agua, tras comentarlo en varias ocasiones consiguiendo tan solo que pasaran a secar el agua que había por todo el suelo, nos ofrecieron un cambio de habitación, pero eso fue el último día :(
- CHSJ (10/5): Relax environment - Comfortable, quiet, relax, clean, spacious and well decorated room. Free use of bicycle and several scheduled shuttle bus to city centre which let you enjoy Luang Prabang city. Breakfast is simple and there are not many choices.

- Terry (6/5): Nice hotel but too far from town - Had a five night stay at LP paradise hotel. Room was clean and spacious and the staff were absolutely fabulous. The hotel is close to a few local temples and unfortunately the Monks like to bangs their drums each morning at approx. 3.15 and 4.15am. It is a nice hotel with great staff but I don't think I would stay there again.
- paul (10/5): - Nicest staff I have been around in a long time. From the man who picked us up from the airport to the breakfast ladies, everyone smiled, said hello and would try to help you with anything you needed. The hotel was nice looking and we had a room which had a balcony that overlooked the river. Really couldn't have been much nicer. There was one negative though, it is not very close to downtown, if you don't have a car they provide a shuttle at set times but it isn't as easy to come and go as you might want.
