• Webb (8/5): - The location. I'm new here and don't know my way around completely yet but I do know that you're pretty much at the center of the town. The grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants etc are pretty much within walking distance. It's a little pricey. I hope to get a fair price to stay for the month but it was a no go.

I tried to get my money back for the remainder of my stay and was told no by management. I was willing to pay for the one night but wanted a refund on the remaining 3 days and was told no. I will never stay again.

• Leo (1/5): City Dump - nothing... stay away.. beware!! location is a dump, rooms are filthy and to top it off they racially profiled my crew! We are a moving company, so we travel delivering household goods. All we ask for is a clean bed to lay our heads. These beds had blood stains with a touch of what looked like urine spots all over the mattress followed by roaches all over the restroom. When asked to be moved to another room the other room was as filthy as the first. I had enough and decided to ask for a refund and move to another hotel but management is refusing to refund because of their policy, so what about their policy of a safe and sanitary establishment for their customers. A healt inspector is definitely needed to go inspect that establishment and Booking hasn't been very helpful at all either. I believe it's faster to contact the US president than these guys. I still want my refund though 😤 we use this site way to many times to not get justice.

• Tracie (1/5): Bad - The mattress felt like a futon mattress. The heater wouldn't stay on nor would could you change it from 60 degrees. I had a thin blanket on the bed, so I froze all night long and couldn't get any sleep. Total waste of money.

• Tate (1/5): Just dont - No breakfast The room was dirty. The fridge had clumps of dog hair inside, bedding full of cigarette burn holes even though it was a smoke free room. Bathroom was so small you have to squeeze between the toilet and the dirty tub to close the door. Behind the bathroom door was dirty. Possibly boogers, hair in the tub. Almost completely used roll of toilet tissue and absolutely no soap, neither to wash hands or shower with. I asked for a handicap room to accommodate a handicap family member and this was not it. Staff was unfriendly and inconvenienced by check-in and check out.

• beamster (2/5): Did'nt enjoy this half way house. - A half way house would be have been a better choice. Needed a place that would allow a pet and a fair price. One out of two wasn't bad but then we parked an got to the room/cell. First hint was the was 3" Plexiglas for the reception window. Achmed didn't speak English very well. Was NOT very pleasant, got to the room and they had updated cards for entry which is nice but the place is such a dump that the door wouldn't shut completely. At 11:00PM on a Sunday, there were all sorts of people out and not very courteous. They have newer furniture but the rooms themselves are just junk. Broken tiles, trim pieces laying on the floor, looks like it hasn't REALLY been cleaned in a month or so, afraid to use the bed for God only knows what's in it. This place was so un-nerving that we didn't sleep and I know my dog didn't either. He knew a bad place when he's in it. Woke up at 4:30 and didn't want to stay a minute longer and left ASAP. If you stay here your either part of a gang, half way house, or worse. The health department needs to look at this place. There's a reason there's no pictures of this place.

Water pressure and temperature were fine. the lights were too bright and no lamps were available. Too expensive for what we got.

Bath tub was stained and nasty looking. Table was broken. Chair was stained. Sheets were not clean. Did Not Like ANYTHING. IF there had been another hotel with vacancy I would have stayed there.
• Jeffery (3/5): Poor - The TV worked. The room in general was not clean and was quite dated. The sink was clogged and would not drain. Mold was visible in the shower bathroom area. The stove top had burned food on it. Lots of poor maintenance and cleanliness issues.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Sketchy area and worn out room - I checked in around 1:30 am due to a delayed/rebooked flight. I think I woke up the employee that checked me in because he looked a little dishelved, which was not an issue. I had a hard time hearing him through the glass. The room did not look like the pictures. It definitely seemed a little sketchy. There were no hangers in the closet and no cups in the kitchen. Everything looked very dated. I wore flip flops in the shower. The hooks in the bathroom were cheaply stuck on the wall. My room was under the stairwell and there was a hornet's nest under one of the steps. I ended up checking out early (without requesting a refund since I checked out in the afternoon. I went to stay with family because the neighborhood did not feel very safe. It was cheaper than other locations and I guess you get what you pay for.

• Jamie (2/5): 3rd world country. - The front office has a horrible smell, the patron was barefoot and nasty. The rooms, i wish i could say was better, was hot and damp. The smell was offensive and the roach population was far more than any slum would deem exceptable. I walked in, took stock of the room and left. No refund.

It’s way over priced, completely filthy, had roaches EVERYWHERE, no phone in the room to call the desk for the complaints, let’s just say it was bad enough I refused to bring anything into the room but ourselves and our phones and I refused to remove my shoes or walk in the room without them. We did not lay down to sleep but did sit to rest for a couple of hours and then we just left. It was a complete waste of money that we knew we would not get back so we ate the cost and just left. DO NOT EVER GO HERE.

• mark (2/5): - Well we got there and the guy up front did not speak any english than my room did not have towels the room had mold in the rest room it made us sick the mattresses were nasty the room did not look like it had been cleaned ever the floor was so nasty it turned are feet black the a/c barely blowing so pulled out the filter it had so much dirt on it it was horrible i told them not to clean my room until i leave and they didny listen and than agine left me with no towels it was just all out the most horrible place i have ever stayed

Bath tub won’t drain so you are 6-8 inches deep in water when you’re done. Does have a cold AC but that’s about it!

All that was available when we got there was one bed & a cot against the wall by the Tv.No cup, ice bucket, nothing but a fitted sheet on the cot & a thin blanket, coffee maker but no coffee, the receptionist didn’t understand ver little English,
