- Hew (3/5): Worst loft ever - 2 bed double bed with bath tub but both was dirty Bathtub and bed was dirty and never clean. We told the receptionist he say will clean but after returning from dinner he never clean and they very cleaver due to we paid fully for 2 night and non refundable so they don't bother got television but not working. Bed and floor was dirty and dusty our legs were dirty. Soap like 20years expired soap. Water filter spoiled keep for show only... regret to book and I checkout at 1st night itself. Wasted my money....

Worst still , After a tiring day return to room abt 930pm, after 12 hrs attended class n dinner, found room is not clean, no new towels … Reception replied, cleaning room is not our standard practice, we must ask for it !!! Lazy to argue, got my new towels after begging :( No way i will introduce to friends or family to stay here again !!!

The lights in the room also not sufficient, only light in yellow colour. Light in white colour not displayed in room.

- Athirah (6/5): the hotel was good if you're really just looking for a place to stay - it's located near to old town white coffee, watsons, marts and petrol station it wasn't located near to a famosa water world as it was advertised to be. in google it was advertised that the hotel is only around 18km from the water world when in reality it's actually around 32km.

I booked a room with a window but did not get one, as they claimed it wasn't specified. This shows poor management. 5.The drinking water dispenser is also not fuction.

- Choon (4/5): Disappointing - I recently stayed at this hotel, and I was quite disappointed with my experience. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. The floors were not clean, and I had to wear shoes the entire time to avoid the discomfort. In addition, the reception staff were not friendly. Additionally, I found the price I paid did not reflect the quality of the accommodations. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to others.

- Verified traveler (2/5): - The hotel staff’s attitude was poor. They called to rush us for check-out at 11:40 AM even though the check-out time was 12 PM. The hot water in the shower wasn’t hot, and the toilet was dirty. Additionally, the air conditioning was very noisy.
- Phoebe (8/5): Staff A doesn't bother to help me out, staff B is helpful. - The room is without fridge, i thought there will be fridge at the cafe/restaurant next to the lobby, but when i checked with the staff (staff A), she said there's no fridge. And midnight, i asked another staff (staff B), he helped me out by putting my expressed breastmilk in the fridge at his hostel which is opposite the hotel. And the next morning, i get it back from staff B. thumbs up for this staff B! No fridge in the room, not suitable for mommy like me that need to keep breastmilk. the room's water heater is not hot at all, me & my roommate have to bath with cold water early in the morning =(
