Valentina (9/5): Soluzione perfetta per essere vicini al centro e lontani dal caos - Posizione perfetta e tranquilla. Vicinissima ad alcune attrazioni principali e alla fermata del bus. Si trovano anche numerosi bar/caffetterie e un supermercato. L’alloggio è di dimensioni giuste per tre persone e dotato di tutto il necessario. Sarebbe utile aggiungere qualche gancio o appendino in più per gli asciugamani.

Alisea (9/5): Ottimo! - Io e la mia famiglia ci siamo trovati benissimo! L'appartamento era molto pulito e dotato di tutti i confort. E' situato in una posizione ottima, sia per raggiungere a piedi la Sagrada Familia, sia per spostarsi con i mezzi all'interno della città. Il personale è stato molto gentile, veloce ed efficiente nel rispondere alle mie richieste. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Rumore diurno e notturno costante, odore molto forte di candeggina/ammoniaca all'arrivo andato via dopo 2 giorni di finestre aperte. It was easy to communicate with the staff and we enjoyed the hot and good water pressure in the shower with the availability to have extra bedding and towels in the cupboard as required. The bed was comfortable in the apartment was spacious enough for two people. The hallway lights in the stairwell and as you’re getting to your room don’t stay on very long so it does get quite dark at times

Roberto (5/5): Ottimo per 2 persone, se siete in 3 meglio di no - Posizione vicino al centro Il divano letto dovrebbe essere un divano con un materasso che si apre all'occorrenza. Quindi comodo ed igienicamente coperto con un coprimaterasso. In questa struttura mi è stato dato solamente un lenzuolo da mettere sopra la seduta del divano. Divano duro e scomodo e per di più macchiato, igienicamente pessima soluzione. All'atto della prenotazione avevo richiesto la soluzione per tre persone e pagato profumatamente per tre persone.

Wojciech (8/5): Polecam - Lokalizacja bardzo dobra - blisko do przystanków i do głównych atrakcji. Mieszkanie czyste, niezbyt duże ale na wypady w sam raz. Fajnie że jest możliwość pozostawienia bagaży w zamykanym schowku jeśli ma się późny lot. W zasadzie to tylko pod prysznicem cieknie woda z brodzika. Położenie ręcznika załatwia sprawę ale można by trochę bardziej zabudować kabinę i nie byłoby problemu.

Martina (8/5): Tutto sommato niente male! - L’appartamento è arredato in maniera molto semplice ma carina, i letti sono molto comodi e in generale è ben attrezzato! La posizione è ottima, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla Sagrada Familia e in una zona con supermercatini, bar e ristoranti Purtroppo al nostro arrivo il divano letto per la terza persona non era pronto e a dirla tutta, abbiamo dovuto improvvisare un letto su quello che in realtà era un normale divano coprendolo solo con lenzuola e coperte. Consiglio anche di snellire la fase di check-in e del pagamento della tassa di soggiorno che a tratti risulta poco sicuro

Anna (9/5): Все було дуже добре комфортно та зручно . - чистота та досить просторо Мені не вистачало цукру в номері та вершків оскільки є кавова машина та капсули до неї . Було б добре щоб кожного дня приносили капсули для кави , нас було троє та за 2 дні ми 1 раз скористалися. Це дрібниці але це приємно.
ALEKSANDR (8/5): отлично для семьи или небольшой компании - Большие просторные апарты, чистота. Современные, есть лифт. Много кафе рядом. Недалеко метро шумновато ночью на улице
97 (8/5): Pobyt udany :) - Zadbany apartament z podstawowym wyposażeniem. Brak kluczy i korzystanie tylko z kodów do drzwi jest dużym plusem. Nie trzeba się martwić w większym gronie, że ktoś coś zgubi i nie ogranicza w kwestii rozdzielania się. W naszym apartamencie trafiło się mega wygodne łóżko w sypialni co pozwoliło na udany relax po intensywnym podróżowaniu pieszo. Apartament wymaga kilka drobnych napraw typu blokada drzwi łazienki, zniszczone drzwi( ukruszonke krawędzie, obdrapane) czy uszkodzona prowadnica jednej szuflady, ale to są detale które nie przeszkadzały w naszym przypadku w korzystaniu. Pojawił się też kilka razy problem z ciśnieniem ciepłej wody, ale woda ciepła była :) Duży problem niestety sprawił mi sposób rozliczenia podatku turystycznego, kaucji i forma poinformowania o tym całym procesie. Kosztowało mnie to sporo stresu, ale finalnie udało się dostać do obiektu z 30 minutowym opóźnieniem. Dużo w tym całym zamieszaniu też mojej winy przez przeoczenie wiadomości. Dlatego jako osoba która woli mieć wszystko załatwione wcześniej bez niespodzianek, polecam sprawdzać wiadomości na booking i email co jakiś czas i opłacić wszystko z góry kilka dni przed przyjazdem.

Tiphaine (7/5): Un bon compromis pour visiter Barcelone facilement - L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter les principaux centres d'intérêts de Barcelone à pied. L'appartement est propre, bien équipé et bien agencé. La literie était confortable, même le canapé lit. Un carrefour market bien achalandé est au coin de le rue. L'agence a toujours répondu de manière réactive et a été arrangeante en nous permettant d'accéder au logement avant 16h. La bagagerie et un plus. L'appartement donnait côté rue, donc un peu bruyant en journée mais calme la nuit. L'immeuble n'est pas très bien insonorisé, on entend les canalisations des appartements du dessus et les gens dans le couloir.

Martina (5/5): Barcellona è sempre bella, ma la casa da rivedere!! - Posizione invidiabile, centralissima, spazi sufficienti per un gruppo di 3 persone, ben collegata e circondata da attrazioni raggiungibili a piedi e dalle strutture necessarie per la vita quotidiana. Eccezionale la reattività del team Flateli, che è stato a nostra disposizione per le varie disavventure avvenute. Ci sono vari punti su cui mi soffermerei: - pulizia migliorabile. Siamo arrivati e il pavimento non era stato pulito. - il bagno e i servizi sanitari sono decisamente da rivedere, vecchi, non tengono, il saltello del water rotto - il nostro soggiorno è stato poi marcato da due eventi spiacevoli che ci vanno propendere per una valutazione non positivissima: all’arrivo il lavabo del bagno era intasato, l’acqua non veniva drenata per niente dai tubi (e li mi chiedo come sia stato possibile allora pulire pre-arrivo visto che per drenare l’acqua ci volevano non meno di 10 minuti. La reattività del team è stata super, sono intervenuti in giornata) ; in aggiunta per due giorni di fila non abbiamo avuto acqua calda ed è stato necessario sollecitare varie volte l’intervento di qualcuno.

Silvia (9/5): Un’ottima base per esplorare la città: accogliente e funzionale - Soggiorno complessivamente piacevole. La posizione è ottima. Ben organizzato il check in tutto fatto online. Appartamento spazioso e luminoso, fedele alle foto. Nota di merito per la pulizia. Tuttavia, l'appartamento avrebbe bisogno di piccoli interventi di manutenzione (come ad es la mancanza di luce sul tavolo) per essere davvero perfetto. Con qualche piccola cura in più, diventerebbe una perla!

Nicola (8/5): Ambiente accogliente, ma con qualche dettaglio da rivedere - Posizione perfetta per raggiungere a piedi i luoghi di maggior interesse La pulizia della camera merita maggiore attenzione. Inoltre, la struttura necessiterebbe di piccoli interventi di manutenzione, in particolare per quanto riguarda la porta d'ingresso e quella del bagno . Nel complesso, io e la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso un piacevole soggiorno, grazie anche alla posizione strategica, ideale per raggiungere i principali punti intresse storico artistico.

Małgorzata (10/5): Great place to stay in Barcelona. - The apartment was located in strategic venue. Main points to visit were available by walk. Home equipment was great and all was ready to use. Access to apartment was comfortable (there was no need to have a key so you didn’t have to worry about to lose it). I really recommended this place. If I will come back to Barcelona I will check availability of the apartment. Contact with office before arrival was perfect. All instructions how to reach the place and check-in procedure were explained clearly and understandable. N/a
Anna (9/5): Помешкання з чудовим плануванням, розташуванням та наявністю всього необхідного. - Чудове планування та наявність всього необхідного, навіть такі дрібнички як маленька коробочка з миючим для посуду, мочалочкою, рушничками були в наявності Трохи зношені меблі, багато що потребує заміни або ремонту
Bukovetska (7/5): - Отличное расположение, чисто, тихо, нельщя курить в номере, бесконтактное поселение. Очень холодный пол, положите тапочки в номер. Диван твердый, к нему нужен небольшой матрас. Посуда и некоторая мебель в номере требует обновления.
Davide (10/5): Ottimo, consigliato! - La posizione è ottima, situato in centro ma in una via defilata giusto per assicurarsi un sonno tranquillo. A pochi minuti a piedi ci sono due ingressi della metro uno per la linea gialla e uno per quella viola, intorno alla struttura si trovano molti servizi, ristoranti, bar, supermercati ecc. L’appartamento è fornito di tutto il necessario, cucina con molti utensili disponibili (apprezzato il kit con spugna, panno microfibra, straccio, detersivo), macchinetta del caffè (con 4 cialde di benvenuto), asciugacapelli, due boccette di bagnoschiuma, saponette per le mani, asciugamani, coperte pesanti e leggere. Nonostante non abbiamo mai avuto a che fare con lo staff, nei giorni prima della partenza ci siamo trovati a doverli contattare per pagare la tassa di soggiorno anticipatamente tramite bonifico, pienamente soddisfatti dalle risposte tempestive e dalla cortesia che trapelava nei messaggi. Noi siamo rimasti molto contenti, consigliato!
Mauricio (10/5): - Tiene une excelente ubicación. Cerca de varías líneas de metro, cafeterías, supermercados, farmacia. Muy buena red de internet. Si bien hay lavandería en el lugar, uno debe comprar detergente y usarla. Sería muy bueno que tenga un sistema de lavadora y secadora de pago.
