I can't name one because they helped us whenever we want, else with such small kids, it would have been a mess

- Saikiran (10/5): My serene experience - This hotel is a complete package. It offers stunning views that you get after a trek to a peak point. You hear the birds chirp in all the places makes you feel like a part of the forest. At night the light pollution is so little that you can spot as many constellations as you know. It's coffee shop has a 360 degree view of sunset with a clear view of mullayanagiri peak and baba budan giri and whole range of western ghats. The entire resort is very thoughtfully constructed implemented and managed. The food's really amazing and the staff are really homely. I'm out of words to describe my experience here, in one sentence if you stay at this resort you wouldn't need to hike anywhere or eat anywhere else, the resort itself being on the peak offers everything. Will definitely come again to Chikmagalur to stay at this place. I wish the pool was heated bcoz the view was so amazing after sunset but it was so cold that I couldn't stay long in it. I guess it makes sense bcoz with such beautiful view from the pool no one's getting out of it if it's heated.

Chiranjith Burman & Arbaz from in house dining(Arabica restaurant) -peppy Hospitality trainees Chef Suraj(Arabica restaurant)for guiding us on local cuisine Prasanna for the nature trail and wild life documentary - still very peppy though we were the only ones who attended ; ensured safety of elderly travellers on the trail Akshatha & Karthik (Reception staff) polite , well dressed and helpful Bhumika (Sales representative) for being patient and persistent-smooth payment Bishnoo (Gardener) for accomodating my mothers love for “plants” Booked on a weekday (Monday to Thursday)- not many people-upgraded from “Garden and pool view” to “Coffee & mountain view”(Our bungalow- number 30 - convenient to reach the pool and recreation area as the steps end and start near our bungalow) Room and Bathroom: superbly spacious and comfortable , jacuzzi with mountain view in the room to unwind Wifi is bad, completely secluded from the rest of the world - every mothers getaway delight Breakfast spread caters mainly to South Indian palate; whether in restaurant or in room dining (Arabica restaurant) quality of food and packagaing of food never compromised Prompt and adequate cleaning of rooms daily -eco-friendly ;24 hours hot water Weather : location of the resort makes it “perfect weather”getaway ;until 9a. Outdoor pool - superbly cold and no hot water being infused into the pool water Location : the resort is located 10 km away from Chikkamagalur and another 10-15km drive up Chandra Drona mountain (people driving to the resort in their own vehicles should be careful as there is no barricade on the mountain and is a little difficult to manoeuvre two vehicles on such a steep mountain, through the hairpin bends ) Nearest petrol bunker- 10-15km off the mountain Property not advisable for elderly individuals as it is steep ,with pebbled ground, difficult to walk esp if the bungalow is not situated close to reception area Wifi is patchy Breakfast spread does not match the “ luxury aura “ of the resort

- Prasad (10/5): - Trivik is a must visit. It is nature lover’s paradise. It is nested in Western Ghats on a peak of 5400 ft. Lots of coffee plantations and forests surround it. It is peaceful. You can take long nature walks. They have friendly staff and good food. I wish they have coffee shop open late into night. You must visit this for relaxation, rejuvenation, family time, honeymoon and so on.

- Ashish (10/5): A Nice Resort In The Midst Of A Hill Range - The resort is built somewhere mid way on a hill range. Amidst coffee plantation on the slopes tall trees and green foliage , the double decker structure of the hotel in villa style rooms is a treat. The rooms are well separated from each other, giving the stay a very peaceful and serene experience. The infinity pool is decent size ( not very large) but at a very appropriate place overlooking the valley. The property size is huge giving visitors an ample opportunity in the mornings to have their morning walk or jog amidst birds chirping from the trees. Overall an excellent place to de-stress.
