Pas de chauffage, allergie au chat et à la poussière présente, besoin de rénovation présent, changement des Chambres à l'improviste.

• Stefanus (7/5): Comfortable bavckpackers - Place is clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Bed is comfortable. Internet was good They didn't always had milk for the coffee.
• Mahomede (1/5): - Nothing The place is not the same compared to the Pictures loaded on booking.com and they had to change our rooms while we went out. When we came back the room was locked and we went to the reception they informed us that there's a group of people who came in so they needed to accommodate them which was unprofessional for them to that without informing me as they had my contact details. The place is not clean and needs proper revamp i was not comfortable also some of their rules they were not added on booking.com. I recommend that they remove the pictures loaded on booking.com as it is misleading clients

The staff is friendly and decent people, I wish the pool was clean though, I wanted to swim. Overall happy with what I got. Rooms didn't have bins and bathrooms didn't have toilet paper.

• Ganyane (1/5): Disappointing - The reception staff was kind and welcoming. Wifi was good. We experienced significant issues during our stay at this location. Upon arrival, our room had a strong and unpleasant smell, but the lady at the front desk was kind enough to switch us to a different room, which had a much better smell. However, the bunk bed in the new room did not have any safety railings, and my eight-year-old son fell off the top bunk on the fourth night, seriously injuring his arm. We had to take him to the hospital immediately, and it was confirmed that the bone in his arm was bent. This incident caused a great deal of stress and disruption for our family. Additionally, the housekeeping service was not provided during our stay, despite seeing housekeeping staff on the premises. We were left to clean our room and the kitchen ourselves, which was tiring for 9 days of our stay. On one occasion, a housekeeper did knock on our door to deliver bed linen for us to change ourselves which was very strange to be given such a task as guests. The kitchen also lacked basic amenities, such as an electric kettle.

• Fortune (8/5): - The receptionist was so friendly and welcoming...the place was clean...sheet clean...free coffee...and the place is so safe... the location is perfect just close to the University of Johannesburg and not difficult to reach. Even though the bathroom were clean..but there's just funny smell coming from it..I hope the management attend to it... that's the only issue I encountered...otherwise I'll definitely visit again

• Thembi (1/5): I was not given the room I paid for on booking and I was not refunded after being given a substandar - I liked that it is closer to the university. Bathing with cold water, being advised to go and bath in another bathroom while it was raining. I had to run in the rain to get to the room that had hot water.

It needs maintenance, the furniture needs a makeover . And their bed sheets needs to be washed after every guests.
