There are amenities around the corner, so it is very convenient location. Views are breathtaking and the estate is extremely safe. Will definitely be doing this again. If I may, I would suggest a some soap and shampoo for the bathroom. I forgot to bring and I could find any in the apartment.
Johan (7/5): Regulations and red tape from Golf Safari Villas detracted from experience. Apartment itself: great. - Pinnacle Point is a great estate. Well kept, playground for kids, restaurant, spa. The size of the apartment exceeded expectations. The host was friendly and helpful. The apartment , although fairly basic, had all the amenities we required, including a dishwasher. (note that it does not have a washing machine or tumble dryer) More than enough towels provided. Basic cleaning service provided on alternate days. After booking on Booking.com, I received another contract page that I had to sign, and I had to pay a R1000 breakage deposit. This is the first time I have needed to do this AFTER reserving an accomodation. Not only is it inconvenient, but creates more time consuming red tape. After this document, I received another 15 page PDF file about the rules of the rental company and estate, which included, amongst others, that I had to do a complete inventory check upon arrival. I am on holiday, I don't feel it is my responsibility to be counting teaspoons and sheets. This document also did not make me feel very welcome and was time consuming to read. Upon arriving, we were greeted by a poster on the fridge that says "Clean up after yourself, leave the kitchen as you found it. Checkout is strictly 10:00am." Again, doesn't make travellers feel welcome. How about a "Welcome to Mosselbay", or "We hope you enjoy our lovely estate" ? You are not able to park next to the accommodation, but rather in a separate parking building. However a golf cart can be requested to ferry you and your luggage to the apartment. It is also one of the closest apartments in the complex to said parking garage. Single ply toilet paper. Was a bit of a surprise for an exclusive golf estate. There were spiders and cobwebs in "sun room" or stoep, and a dead cockroach by the wine glasses. The rest of the apartment however was rather clean. The wifi disconnected, and does not reach the 1st floor.

Carpets in the unit not practical if the intention is to host golfers. Staff, especially security and golfcart drivers, slow and sometimes non responsive. Unit needs it's own golfcart!

Anesta (7/5): A Proper stay for golfers who can use their own golf carts but definitely not a family. - The view is absolutely stunning. The Town house is clean and comfortable. We couldn't park our car next to the property and had to contact the golf cart transport services to pick us up every time we went out and came back. We had to figure it out for ourselves...... Not much fun getting into a golf cart in the rain. The morning we left, we called the 24/7-transport services to pick us up, but nobody answered. We had to carry our luggage all the way to the garages not so close to the property. There was also not a washing machine in the house so we had to take our clothes to a laundromat a few kilometers away.

Robyn-leigh (9/5): Superb - Everything The views were breathtaking I liked that the booking administrator was so accomodating and understanding. I loved that every room had a bathroom with a shower and bath I didn't like that telephone in the unit was not working. It was completely switched off but it was plugged in. I had to use my personal mobile to contact the helpdesk. The helpdesk failed to answer at times. Even when checking out I stood for 10min waiting to be checked. I was the only one waiting to be Assisted but the reception area was empty. I called multiple times for assistance but to no avail until the next shift arrived. Who then tried to assist me. And during the entire time I was waiting prior to this there were staff in one of the offices behind a closed door but never came out to assist me.

Eoin (4/5): Needs a good cleaning! - No information avail at check in, were informed 2 weeks in advance of a villa change and turned out that the one we were given (5.1 villa) was dusty and had a stale smell throughout. When in the villa we had to open all doors and windows and hang duvets outside. Me and my partner had rashes each morning from bedding. Overall, poor!
