• Barbara Maria (7/5): Gute Wahl, mit Einschränkung beim Essen - Perfekte Lage im Zentrum, auch nicht weit zum Strand; das Apartment im ersten Stock war ansprechend, Platz genug für drei Erwachsene, das Schlafsofa war bequem; Parkplatz in der Umgebung war jederzeit problemlos gratis verfügbar (in der Faschingsferienwoche); Hotelpools und -garten (auch vom Schwesterhotel, wo es Essen gibt) ebenfalls ansprechend; Was unseren Urlaub beeinträchtigt hat, waren die Umstände bzgl. der Halbpension: fürs Frühstück wird erst um 8 Uhr geöffnet - das ist zu spät, wenn man Ausflüge gebucht hat bzw. evtl. am Abreisetag mit Flug am Vormittag; außerdem warten fast alle Frühstücksgäste ab 7:45 Uhr vor dem Eingang, sodass es ab 8 Uhr zu Engpässen bei den Sitzplätzen und am Buffet kommt: leider kein angenehmer Start in den Tag! Abendessen: der Andrang hält sich in Grenzen, doch der Speiseraum ist grundsätzlich knapp bemessen und draußen auf der Terrasse war es abends im Februar zu kalt; aufgrund der relativ wenigen Gäste wurden die Speisen beim Abendessen im Laufe des Abends selten nachgefüllt, das hat die Auswahl bereits ab 20 Uhr stark reduziert; auch hier waren die Zeiten knapp und nicht angenehm bemessen, es war nicht gemütlich, eher eine Abfertigung, schade; die Problematik bzgl. der Öffnungszeiten haben wir vor Ort der Rezeption mitgeteilt; Apartment: Instandhaltungsarbeiten wären notwendig; unsere Badtür war dermaßen verzogen und gleichzeitig Schloss und Klinke desolat, dass man nicht mehr selbständig aus dem Badezimmer rauskam - nur mit immer wieder viel Druck und Gegendruck von außen; nach Meldung kam sofort der Hausmeister - doch das Problem müsste eigentlich schon über Wochen aufgefallen sein, spätestens bei der Endreinigung; im Schlafzimmer (Schattenseite) roch es nach Feuchtigkeit;

• Ursula (9/5): The property has a lovely feel, very quite and clean with fantastic staff. Great value. - The location of the property was ideal very central to restaurants and shops. The beach is a short walk away and there is a bus stop outside the property. The appartments were spotless and equipped with everything you could require hairdryer, iron, soap, washing machine, a safe extra blankets etc. I loved the little extras in our appartment, a complementary bottle of wine, use of a beach towel and sun hat. The breakfast was delicious and a great variety of food available. The pool area again was spotlessly clean. For me the exceptional friendliness of the staff stood out. Everyone I met on reception were so helpful and nice as well all the other staff I incountered. The bus service for bus No 3 and 25 was slow but this is outside the properties control.

Staff was friendly, especially breakfast staff and housekeepers. No heating and it got a bit cold at night. No option to book a stay without a meal plan.

Situato in una zona molto turistica La zona è molto turistica. Infatti di fronte l'hotel vi è un karaoke, che la sera fa molto rumore. Tuttavia se si chiude la finestra vi è un'ottima insonorizzazione. Un altro punto dolente riguarda i cancelli, che non vengono chiusi nemmeno la sera. L'hotel affaccia sulla strada principale, quindi non mi sono sentita molto al sicuro.

• Marie (9/5): Great place to stay in Lanzarote - The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. It was well located with free parking nearby (no on-site car park). The staff were friendly and all areas were kept spotlessly clean. Although close to the centre of Costa Teguisa it was quiet in the evenings. The location was great to travel to other parts of the island, with a taxi rank and bus stop right outside the hotel. The window in our room (number 126) didn't appear to be fully sealed so there was some noise from the road, but not enough to stop us from sleeping. The food was good and fairly varied, but it wasn't particularly hot unless you got there when it was initially put out.

There was a Spar supermarket just next door and lots of restaurants in the square. The bed was a good size and very comfortable. All the Staff were very friendly and helpful and serviced the apartment every day. The evening food was a bit repetitive, it could have more of a selection especially the desserts

• ZAHIRA (7/5): Bien, aunque hay margen de mejorar - El apartamento era muy comodo, estuvimos en la primera planta. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una buena estancia tres personas. La ubicacion es muy buena, hay dos playas muy cerca caminando Algunos clientes del hotel no tienen modales, dejan residuos de sus comidas por el suelo e incluso vimos a una persona escupir. La limpieza de las zonas de piscina deberia mejorarse. Todos los dias estan casi la totalidad de las hamacas reservadas y vacias, algo que las normas no permiten hacer. El hotel deberia vigilar esto. Elegimos el hotel porque una de las piscinas estaba climatizada, pero sin embargo al llegar nos dijeron que en verano no la climatizaban. Esto no lo vimos en ningun lado explicado cuando hicimos la reserva y es importante, porque el agua estaba muy fria y al salir siempre hace viento.

When I arrived I was booked into a one bed apartment and a two bed apartment so I felt a bit duped over this but otherwise a lovely place.

Pity, one could not get a cappuccino without sugar from the coffee machines, so had to choose tea or espresso, which was ok. We did not opt for the dinner and had no regrets about it: they have so many nice restaurants just outside the entrance (literally dozens). The room at the far side has some noises coming from the street (might bother sleeping, since windows seemed to lack sound isolation) - but it was a minor issue. The beds were very comfortable :). All in all - definitely would come back. See above.

Breakfast wasn’t the best and I think the hotel has too many stairs, this isn’t convenient for us with having small children and a child with reduce mobility. Requested ground floor but was allocated a room on the second floor, we had to have one night in that room before being moved to ground floor, this was disappointing for us as a family, wish we could pay extra to have the guarantee of ground floor for our daughter being in a wheelchair.

• Giles (7/5): Could have been better for the price. - The apartment was clean on arrival and kept clean every day. There were good self catering facilities in the apartment. The extra large double bed was very comfortable. Despite the apartment being larger than I had booked, 108 was a ground floor apartment and there wasn't much privacy due to being adjacent to common walkway and pool area : reception. I had specifically asked for a room on the upper floors, but this wasn't able to be arranged, with the excuse that the hotel was full, which it clearly wasn't.
• Chris (8/5): Ideally located nice apartments but few things let it down - The Nazaret Apartments could be lovely, upon arrival all was good located in a great position within the ideal location central of Costa Teguise , bars restaurants etc all within yards of the complex , reception staff really welcoming would return but would probably look at other options due to negative things listed below Things that let it down , there is no security or security gate on the entrance so anybody can just walk into the Apartments and grounds which if you had young children would be a nightmare ,also saw a couple walk into the complex one day use the sunbeds and pool and then left again , the garden planting side of plants around the complex are dead and within need of attention, just looks lack of care is given as for the cleaners that's where the whole side of the holiday was let down , the cleaner came into the room changed the towels, and toilet rolls replaced then brushed around missing majority areas used a very wet dirty mop around the floors and left , in the 10days we were there our bedding was not changed as we were due to leave on the 8th day we asked if bedding was supposed to be changed we were told every 4 days ??? so not sure what went wrong there ! Balcony area was not cleaned at all and we found lots of cigarette butts stubbed out in the window boxes , also ashtrays dirty on balcony , we dont smoke at all so wasnt ours, but it wasn't just us that was saying the cleaners were useless , most people within the complex said the same , also Apartments need more equipment as in plates mugs cutlery etc there was three of us and we had a dishwasher but when dishwasher was on we had no spares due to only having 3 of each item ,

We ordered a 5 seater taxi the night before we were leaving and it never showed reception didn’t help a lot just said they were looking for a 5 seater we ended up having to go to taxi rank to get 2 taxis but disappointing

• Sheila (10/5): 2 weeks sun with my husband and celebrating my birthday. - Spotlessly clean, lovely staff very friendly. Pools were lovely. Location brilliant everything within walking distance, 10 minutes from beach, plenty of restaurants and a supermarket just outside the complex. Regular buses and ample taxis The apartment was superb we were upstairs, everything you needed and more, towels weee changed daily and regular sheets changed. The cleaning staff were all very friendly and freshened the apartment daily. Highly recommend There was nothing , absolutely superb
• Linda (9/5): Really enjoyed our stay, this place exceeded my expectations. Would definitely stay there again. - Spacious apartment with lovely balcony. Pool was lovely and location was right in the heart of the action. Wifi and TV entertainment excellent. The restaurant lacked atmosphere. I wouldn't have wanted to eat there every night, even though we'd paid to be half board we chose to eat out most nights.
• Susan (10/5): Nice well equipped apartment - Very close to loads of bars, restaurants and the beaches. Very well equipped kitchen, with juicer, taoster and coffee maker, even a dishwasher and washing machine and all the dishwasher tablets and washing pods you could need. Big balcony with table and chairs and a comfy sun lounger. Heated pool so perfect for swimming, plenty of sun loungers. Small issue of a tree grown directly outside bedroom window so blocking any view or natural light! Good view from the balcony though.

• Wendy (9/5): Little gem - immaculate appartment with extra facilities. - Clean, well presented and fantastic facilities. Massive bonus laundry room complete with iron. Luggage room for the last day. Cleaning staff were incredible and so very friendly. A lovely bottle of wine on arrive was the perfect addition.

• Xlozx (9/5): Great stay - Stayed here with my mum and nan for a week in February, we all thought the hotel was great! Fantastic location, supermarket right next door, lots of bars and restaurants and beaches all within a short walk. All staff we met were friendly and the place was kept very clean. The beds very comfy, the rain shower was nice and powerful and we loved sitting out on the balcony. There was lots of choice at breakfast, which was served from 8:00am-10:00am, It was also nice to see milk alternative options, they had oat and soya. If you want to travel outside the area there is a bus stop and taxi rank right outside. The hot food wasn't very hot, but it wasn't a big deal to us, there was a microwave that you could use to heat stuff up in.
• Sue (9/5): Really good apartment in good location - Apartment 127 (second floor) was spacious, light, well furnished. Beds very comfortable, good sized shower room. Lovely balcony with distant sea views across roof tops. Beautifully maintained grounds, apartment and all public areas exceptionally clean and tidy, some lovely plants and trees around pool areas. Good selection of fresh and cooked breakfast buffet. Some good restaurants and bars in easy walk and only 5 minute walk to beach. Stairs only, no lifts, so you need to specify if you want / need ground floor. We opted for top floor for views and away from the main road which could be noisy at night.
