La Shunda (7/5): Inconvenience - I like the location, and how close it was to restaurants and shopping. The staff was friendly and facility was clean. The refrigerator in the room was smaller than those in other hotels we stayed in. Additionally, there was no microwave available. This required us to go to the lobby to warm up food, which was inconvenient after a long day.

Jessika (9/5): Great night's staycation. - The rooms were a nice size, pretty roomy! The beds were comfortable and linens were soft. The courtyard and pool were also great- lots of tables and a really clean, fairly large pool! The front desk was also very accommodating. The bathroom door didn't close all the way and the closet door was hard to open in my room specifically. Also, the phone didn't work.

I went downstairs to try and pry the teenage front desk attendant away from her phone long enough to help me. She said “we don’t have anymore rooms with a balcony available. We have a suite with a balcony but it’s $350 more than you paid through Expedia if you want to pay.” Long story short, she tried to hustle more money out of me. I only booked at this place for the balcony and was forced to stay without one. Lame place!

Mark (8/5): - This was my first time staying at this particular property. Staff was really kind, friendly and professional, but the room myself and my wife were issued was not great. The room was super clean, but the bathroom door was not hanging right, it would never close. The shower had no door (weird), the room felt is as if it were not properly level. The floor (2nd floor) where I room was (238 to be exact) was as if we were on a decline and incline of some sort. We should have been given a better room. No one checked to see if the room was comfortable or if there were any concerns. Courtyard by Marriot is alway a great place to stay but this particular room had lots of issues ascetically and physically. I would not recommend issuing this room to any other guests.

Randall (10/5): Quick trip! - Quick trip. Got in friday night flew out Sunday morning. I checked in friday night and I saw a wedding party. People were still hanging out it was great! I went to the stockyards Saturday night. If you like country music this is your place! The bbq at coopers was amazing. I recommend it.

Kristin (8/5): - I really liked this hotel. It was clean and convenient for what we needed. My only complaint is that there was no bed skirt or anything to cover the box spring and base of the beds. In my opinion, this made the room look kind of dirty and very tacky. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable and we rested well. Most of the staff we encountered were very friendly.

Travis (10/5): Good stay - Great experience for our one night stay. Upon check in, we were greeted warmly and it was a smooth process. Room was clean and no issues except there were no linens for the pull out couch bed. I called downstairs and they didn't have anyone to bring them up to me, no big deal I went down and got them. No continental breakfast, they do serve breakfast items, but you have to pay for them.

Verified traveler (4/5): - I booked a room with a balcony. Checked in and my balcony door didn't open. Called the front desk and they were aware of this rooms' issue but tried to charge me for a balcony room that couldn't even be used. I requested a room change, which they gladly processed but I was already on a tight schedule and this just put me further behind. There were plenty of rooms with a balcony so they should have done the right thing from the start or offered me a discount for my room. Additionally, their smoke detector flashed a white light every 6 seconds all night long. It was hard to fall asleep with this constant flashing.

Heather (5/5): Needs stricter policies on cleaning and cleaning the pool - The lobby area is very nice and the staff were nice. My bed had plastic peices in it as if the bed sheets were not changed from the previous customer. Pool was completely filthy. Seems like it hadn't been cleaned at all since summer started. I requested the maid to clean the room, floor was not vacuumed after they "cleaned" the room.
Mary (10/5): - Great Location between Fort Worth & Keller Tx. Set back off the highway for a little pocket of quietness in a very busy area. There’s a good steak house & a more casual Mexican restaurant nearby & walkable. The checkin Staff were Polite & Professional letting us know about the bar & breakfast. Enjoyed the bar & the barkeep was pleasant & professional after a long drive a cocktail hit the spot! My only complaint is when I booked the room thru Expedia it showed a walk in shower in photos but we had a tub/shower. We survived…but it’s the 21 century every room should be a walk in shower. Will definitely stay again regardless for the location.

Margaret (7/5): A comfortable friendly hotel and I look forward to coming again next year when I visit my family - The breakfast was great, my brother joined me on two occasions. I loved the location and the walks nearby. I found the staff lovely and only too willing to help, so I felt very comfortable in another country There were two mix ups relating to my departure dates that worried me and spoilt my stay. Apparently they were computer errors that caused my quite a bit of anxiety and spoilt what was a delightful visit
Venture68083576737 (2/5): Bed Bugs room 228 - Stayed 2 nights 5/4 and 5/5/2024. Friday night a big fell from the ceiling and I smashed it not thinking anything of it Sunday morning my daughter woke up with bed bug bites on her arms. Told the desk person about it when checking out and she said oh I’m sorry. Fast forward to Monday 5/6/24 she had to go to Urgent care and get a steroid shot to stop the itching and oral steroids also. Called and sent an email to the hotel and once again all I got was sorry and we’ll get hold of an exterminator.

Our room was located right in-front of the strip that had cars and motorbikes dragging up and down until 3:00 every morning!! My family of 5 found it very difficult to fall asleep. When bringing it to the attention of staff they pretended like they had no idea what I was talking about but then eventually said they have tried everything to stop the drag racing!

I walked in to check in and the staff was super kind and welcoming. My room was everything I needed. And every time I walked out I was asked by an associate if everything was good with my room and I was welcomed back when I returned from my outing. Truly a welcoming atmosphere and will definitely stay here again!
Amanda (6/5): Not Happy. - The stay was nice the room was nice. But we needed a bigger fridge and a microwave. We had to go allllll the way down to the lobby to heat up our food. It was ridiculous. And the Breakfast and service and the guys behind the counter were extremely rude. Acted like he didn't want to serve us. And the food sucked. Definitely was not quality food and the "starbucks" was not even close. I most likely would not recommend this hotel because of all these inconveniences.
Departure00691405012 (2/5): Worst Anniversary weekend ever - Came in on Friday march 1st paid for our room. Never got house keeping 1 time our entire 2night 3 day stay. Had to use dirty blankets, towels, washcloths. Was embarrassed by staff memeber on Saturday morning , March 2nd, accused of not paying upon checking in how my card was declined. Never declined upon check in mind you, it posted at checkin. Ostracized by this staff member in front of other guests and staff employees. Spoke to manager who said he would take care of our room, have housekeeping come ect. Never came (housekeeping) manager Never came back to speak with my husband and I. After 4th attempt for housekeeping we got a complimentary breakfast coupon for all this. Won't be back to this location maybe not even this hotel chain. Not handicapped friendly either. Not accessible for anyone handicap , not accessibility for showering for handicap individuals either. Fernando in the Cafe and the gentleman working this Sunday morning with him two of the most excellent kindest employees. Others nice but you can sense they hate their job. Especially the two young ladies yesterday at bistro working in the morning time. Thank you for an unpleasant anniversary weekend with my husband. Between water leak in our hallway, no housekeeping, rude staff, not handicap accessibility it just was not the ideal experience we wanted. We are very disheartened by our experience.

Evisha (6/5): Pleasant - The front desk staff was polite and responsive. We stayed for 3 nights, and despite repeated requests, our room was never cleaned. Eventually, we were instructed to place used towels in the hallway. The front desk team delivered fresh towels. While ordering coffee and pastries, the lights were turned off, and condiments were collected 5 minutes prior to closing. I had to request they return the creamer after my coffee arrived.
TXScooby (10/5): Solid Experience in a New Hotel in Bustling Area - Have family in the area that we visit often and this has become our go to place to stay. Very new and in a growing area of shopping and restaurants. Our family is in Keller but this is within an easy drive of Keller, Roanoke and northern Fort Worth. I35W is very near but seems to be involved in non-stop construction. The hotel is the newer Courtyard style with a little bistro and bar in the lobby. As Titanium you get a $10 food/bev credit. Rooms are standard but very clean. Staff is attentive and friendly. We have brought our 2-year old Grandson over to spend the night a couple times and have pack-n-play and nice pool area. Comfortable, usually good rates on the weekends. What you want in a nice hotel stay.
