- Saqib (8/5): 4* Quality in F-7/1 - The hotel offers 4* facilities at 3* prices, right in the centre of Jinnah Supermarket. Although there are many cheaper options nearby, its range of facilities (including round-the-clock service) makes it a good value option. Staff are helpful and courteous, rooms are spacious and clean, the wifi works very well, the breakfast buffet is decent. While there are many popular restaurants within a short walk's distance, for a no-fuss meal their restaurant offers a serviceable mix of Chinese, Pakistani and continental dishes. The rooms can be a bit stuffy and the windows are sealed shut. An extractor fan in the bathroom would help. The main issue is their automated message asking for payment by bank transfer one evening before arrival. This is inconvenient and possibly expensive for overseas guests. It is also unnecessary given that credit card details are taken on Booking.com at the time of booking. Admittedly, when pressed on this message, they replied saying to ignore it, but then why is it being sent?

- Syed Ahmed Fawad (1/5): Pathetic customer service - Location is good, in main city area Property is badly managed. Light circuit broke in our room, but wasn’t repaired. Only one towel was provided for two guests and it was smelly. Complimentary breakfast was stale and poor quality

Die Dusche war zu kalt. Ich konnte nicht die Haare waschen. Der Raum war nicht genug beheizt. Die vom Hotel organisierte Taxifahrten waren überteuert. Ratschlag: Sofort eine SIM-Karte kaufen und mit inDrive fahren.

- Shagufta (8/5): - I would like to bring up a concern about one of the bellboys. When I first arrived, I could not manage smaller bills in local currency. I let the bellboy (Mubashir) know that I will give him a tip later, as I don't have local bills. During my entire stay, whenever I was in the lobby (morning and evening), he would come right in front of me, showing his presence so I could give him a tip. It was very uncomfortable and felt like being harassed. Later, I gave him a tip 3 - 4 times as I had multiple check-ins/check-outs. I would like to make sure it does not happen to other guests in the hotel.

The staff were helpful and pleasant…I think I’ve forgotten how to open a door 😊 There was nothing negative

Their security was also very thorough. It's a well located, extremely comfortable hotel which is perfect for exploring the city. The breakfast is also very good. Thank you for looking after me so well !

- Farrukh (1/5): Bad - Their coordination with reservations made through Booking.com is the worst. They accepted the advance deposit but denied the reservation on arrival. It took more than 45 minutes to resolve the issue, as the Duty Manager and other front desk staff kept on insisting that my reservation cannot be entertained due to subsequent occupancy by a corporate client. We had the worst experience of our lives. They have poor guest service. Bedding isn't too clean as it has caused skin rash as well. Perhaps they did it on purpose.

I called reception to change my room as AC was making noise also but the receptionist asked to wait 15mins. Sadly there was no reply. I had to stay in that situation

The room is spacious, well equipped, but quite old. All staff menbers were kind and helpful The hotel is quite old, all furniture, curtains are quite old and worn out.
