However, there was this old man who kept me at the reception without giving me attention when I came back to report that the card does not allow me access into the room, but all thanks to the gentleman who swiftly assisted.

You redeemed the place, love The lotion, kept me moisturized the whole day Fitness centre Security guard at exit, very helpful I waited almost 40 min to be checked in because of technical issues. They didn't assist with my numerous bags. Wait staff touched my plate 3 different times to remove it while I was still eating bf! You have to walk from the parking garage entrance to the hotel reception and some people drive like maniacs to the boom gate. Some of the towels seemed older than me. They didn't replace my water and biscuits the second day and my biscuits on the 3rd day. They have 2 gates and the exit but no one checks you ticket.

The carpets in the rooms need to be removed as they had a bit of smell. The curtains were too dirty and dusty. I also didn't like the fact that the reception did not seem to be clued up with the booking. com reservations The first receptionist who assisted me gave me the wrong room, I've booked for 2 adults and 2 kids for a two double beds but he assigned a single bed This was such an inconvenience for me as I had to go downstairs and explain myself Thankfully I had details of my bookings on the app.

Carla (7/5): All good but restaurant staff need some training - Central location. The food options have been somewhat downgraded to since last I was here. Staff at egg station unfriendly to many of those staying at hotel. Depending hon how they feel depends on what your omelette will be like. No attention to what orders are given. One gentleman categorically said no cheese to which she continued to add cheese. The other lady asked for peri peri and when her omelette was being given to her she said it didn’t have chilli to which the staff sighed and passed it on to whoever wanted it. One omelette was very small also the eggs were watered down a lot. I had fried eggs the next day and that was done by the gentleman who listened to my order. No variety of jam only apricot. Food stations often empty. Tea served with a tea bag in a cup whereas day before it was served in a tea pot. When asking for assistance we felt like we were a burden. Only issue was at restaurant. Very disappointed.

Karin (7/5): The staff are very nice and accommodating. - I had been there before so I went there due to familiarity as I’m from out of town. The aircons don’t work. The toilets don’t always flush properly. No sweetener satchets in the room so I had to get my own as I am diabetic. The last room I stayed in had a bad odour and the one cupboard door wouldn’t open

Phemelo (9/5): My family and I had a wonderful stay. We will definitely come back again. - Great location. Close to shops and entertainment centres. Delicious breakfast. Staff was amazing and the security guards were super helpful. I couldn’t go down to the bar to get a drink because I had my kids with me so I Called the bar to have wine brought up to the room. Even after calling twice to remind them No one came.
