Guest Reviews
- Beverly (1/5): Highly disappointed. Will not return. Will not stay in a place where my pets safety has to be a - There was no breakfast offered. Location was good Our dog was attacked going to our room by another guests dog, which came out of tgrir open room and pinned her to the ground. Didn’t seem real important when I reported it. Tv didn’t work. Took over an hour for some one to fix it. Shower was in desperate need of deep cleaning. Toilet paper dispenser was disgusting. No cover plate on the electrical outlet. People smoking just outside of entrance. Not a pleasant stay.
- Bart (1/5): - This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. When I checked in the room they gave me had not been cleaned at all. There was trash all over inside, before I was covered in sticky stuff that had been spilled. There were dirty towels all over the floor beds were unmade. I do remember my money back and they gave me a different room which had at least been clean but was still pretty disgusting. Felt unsafe at this property. Will never stay here again. Everything!
- Brittney (8/5): Quiet and Comfortable :) - I was driving thru Boise on my way to Washington state from Arizona in an already stressful and emotional situation in my life, and the gentleman at the front desk made (I didn't get his name sadly) my experience wonderful. He went above and beyond what I expected him to do, was friendly and made good conversation and was just such a breath of fresh air...thank u so much It says "Pet Friendly" on the website, but I learned this doesnt include ALL pets...If it could be changed to "Dogs Only"? That would be helpful thank you :)
- Jeffrey (4/5): -
- Carlos (1/5): Have never been in a place like this. - Staff Cleaning
- Christina (1/5): -
- Nick (8/5): Inexpensive and quiet nights sleep - The bed was comfortable and the TV had plenty of channels to choose from. I really liked the scent of the provided soap and shampoo.
- delgado208 (9/5): Not for Rich Snobs - Conveniently close to downtown and close to freeway AC didnt work
- Mifflin (7/5): -
- Yeh (1/5): Photos Misleading - Cheap. 1) The mattress was 100 years old and had no springs left in it. No duvet, just sheets
2) The door frame was crooked and people can look in the room from the hall way and clearly see the inside.
3) All walls of all the bathroom were cracked or peeling.
4) Dogs barking all night and because the walls were not soundproof you could hear everything.
- Ilyass (3/5): Bad - Nothing Bad service to noisy
- Ilyass (2/5): Bad - It’s ok Room. And people are to loud

Check in guy didn’t really know what he was doing but he was friendly
- Villasenor (9/5): -
- Josephine (2/5): -
- Zhong (9/5): Perfect - For $50 a night, a few aging facilities and a light bulb that doesn’t work are hardly worth mentioning! The room is very comfortable, the bed is great, and it’s very quiet. It would be perfect if the bathroom light were fixed.
- Gerardo (5/5): -
- Ilyass (6/5): It’s not that good - Housekeeping stuff Nothing
- Wyatt (1/5): Atrocious - Nothing They didn’t have the room I paid for and didn’t have any other rooms
- Tanya (8/5): - No freezer
- Michael (8/5): -
- Hiroyuki (7/5): -
- Walker (3/5): I will never stay at this motel ever again. - The price was decent They charged me for my service animals, which is illegal, the property was full of drug users openly using. I was never reimbursed the security deposit like I was told or their so called “pet” security deposit. Their beds had full size box springs with queen mattress on top. Their room wasn’t very clean when I checked in. Highly disappointed.

- Cynthia (10/5): Everything was perfect -
- Jacob (6/5): -
- Stephen (5/5): Good price, but very run down. Just a place to sleep and that's it. - Best price for one night, but man...that place is roooooooooooooooough. It was clean, but it is definitely dated and needs some renovating. I went in for the price and ultimately got what I paid for.
- Allen (2/5): Price cheap enough quality terrible. - Nothing The shower curtain had tear in it. Drawers in room would not open. Tv didn't have power when I tried to turn on so a maintenance person had to come check it. The room seemed to be in poor
condition.
- Don (7/5): -
- Cyndee (9/5): not a 10 star hotel but it is comfortable very clean - the cleanness of the room, staff very friendly and helpful I can't really say that I don't like, I see that it is in the middle of being fix up.
- Amber (5/5): Smelled like cats and my room was dirty. - It was cheap and convenient. It smelled like cats and cat food. The room overall wasn't very clean. I'm pretty sure there was blood on the floor.
- Jacob (5/5): -
- Terryann (6/5): - Everything i needed in a hotel Ran down unkempt feeling
- Hunter (5/5): - Inexpensive Hotel was in a poor location. People roaming the parking lot at all hours did not make me feel comfortable.
- Brian (1/5): Worst experience I’ve ever had - Nothing Room is dirty floor was sticky. There was rat feces all over the place. The bathroom was not clean. It was disgusting. Never stay again.
- Isaac (1/5): Disgusting. Wasn’t cleaned TV didn’t turn on, bed spring broken in the middle so your feet are point - Disgusting. Wasn’t cleaned TV didn’t turn on, bed spring broken in the middle so your feet are pointed at the ceiling
- Michael (1/5): -
- Burgess (1/5): - Not able to stay was black listed for something we did not do. Everything but the price and a couple of the staff members
- Ian (1/5): - I really liked being charged for a reservation in which an error in the booking process and the date was changed, and loved how I wasn't able to get any assistance from Booking.com in changing the date, or canceling. Also, I loved the hours I spent on hold waiting to speak with someone, only to get disconnected without a callback EVERY TIME! As I told you many, many times, there was never any possibility that I would be able to get to Boise on 12/9! I had initially entered 12/19, and somehow the date was changed during the booking process (maybe those were your "default dates" of the day?). I did everything I could to try to get this resolved before the 9th, spending hours on hold with you only to be disconnected without a return call as I made sure to request at the beginning of my calls with you after the first one was dropped! Next your rep emailed me that she had tried to call me back but it went to voice mail, which is impossible (no missed calls and no voice mails). I couldn't be more disappointed, and understand why even the Lotus told me never to book with you. Please refund my money!!
- Santos (8/5): La verdad me funciono mucho el precio y fue cómoda la estancia - Su ubicación cerca de la autopista,el precio super bueno y la habitación bastante comoda Fuera preferido que las camas fueran más grandes
- Decker (1/5): Do not stay here... - I booked a king-size bed, and the app said breakfast was included. When we arrived, I got 2 queen beds, and I was offered vending machines for breakfast. The pictures of the rooms they posted are extremely misleading.
This place was horrible! I guess you get what you pay for. While looking for usable outlets, we found trash, discarded paper plates, and debris behind the dresser. The outlets were loose in the wall. I assume they're in the middle of a remodel because there were construction materials and debris outside where I took my dog out.
I have a service dog, and management "required" a registration number. That's illegal as there is no registration for service animals.
When I called to dispute a $50 charge, the person I talked to was extremely rude and short. He said we left a "stained" towel when we didn't even use the towels.
I should've just turned around and walked out.
- Wallace (5/5): - The beds were comfy and I liked the bathroom layout. There was dried BBQ sauce on the floor. Slide open the window and it almost fell out. There was only one set of towels for a room with two queen beds.
- Chloe (5/5): -
- Donald Harland (1/5): I couldn’t sleep because all I could smell is feet. It was pretty bad - The price It smelled like stinky feet

- Paul (5/5): - Location Cleanliness and run down old
- Stephen (5/5): A disappointing stay—I won't be staying there again in the future. - The room was a bit too cool, and there was no convenient way to make the bed warmer.
- sbataluna (7/5): Price was affordable and I liked the stay, but not having the hot water dropped the rating. - Employees were very friendly. My kids enjoyed the cold AC. The room came with a microwave, coffee maker, and mini fridge. Price was affordable. The shower's hot water was on for a short time, but the sink's hot water was consistent. The hotel didn't have a hair dryer which usually comes with the room.
