I felt I was bothering her more than anything. Thankfully all the other staff members, including cleaning, kitchen etc were lovely.

It was cool that we could log into our account for Netflix on the tv The pool was quite murky looking. It was really hard to sleep the first night because the outside wind could be heard and it was extremely loud and howling I discovered in the morning that our windows had been left open, causing the howling g sound. The second night was nice and quiet. When I reported that housekeeping should be aware and ensure windows are closed, I was given a discount on the first night's stay

There were resort amenities that were unavailable to use but this did not lower the daily fee. The room was updated and above average. The bathtub drain was clogged and needed to be cleaned out but this was a minor inconvenience. There are many choices for the traveler these days and junk fees just alienate customers and make them look for more honest options.

- Lynsey (10/5): - Front desk was very pleasant. Not overly intrusive or superficially bright, which was appreciated. My only feedback is to please remind guests w/ kids / teenagers to be mindful of running up/down hallways and yelling. It can be very loud. This is a frequent issue when I stay.
- Kathryn (2/5): - The property was ok for two nights but I booked it through Expedia and two hotel desk clerks on check in and check out said there was no additional charges then they charged my Visa for parking. I am not happy and will not stay there again.

- Bonita (10/5): - This place was very nice and clean and had breakfast include. The indoor pool was a big plus for me. Fitness center was nice and clean also. I one complaint I have is the tub/showers was the basic kind. It’s just my preference when staying at a hotel I want that super modern walk in shower. Something different from what’s at home. Makes me feel more fancier. Nothing against the property but it’s just my person preference.

- Theresa (6/5): - The staff at Fairfield was wonderful and the daily breakfast was good. The room was very standard and the bed/pillow were lacking. I probably won't stay again as I prefer both Hampton Inn and the Courtyard quite a bit more.

Great wi-fi that was easy to hook up to for business use. The pool was out of service, but they gave us an option to use the pool in their sister hotel next door. Would absolutely stay here again.

- Robert (7/5): A clean safe place to stay - The staff members were friendly and efficient. The facility is very clean and well cared for. The breakfast foods were fresh and tasty. The area felt safe. The room was spacious. There was only a little bit of noise from the nearby freeway. The bed was too soft and saggy; the other person was bounced when one of us rolled over rolled over. The air conditioner turned on and off all night rather than having a continous fan setting; this noise change interrupted our sleep. I would have rated it a 9 or 10 if these two issues were fixed as everything else was great!

- Chastity (8/5): - The first night we couldn’t sleep because they only had the sheer curtains up and not the room darkening curtains. The light from the Parkin lot shone in our room all night. The next day we asked them for room darkening curtains and the put them up.
- Kim (8/5): Nice but disappointing... - Close to where I needed. Good: Quiet, comfortable Bad: High price, very slow elevator, low stock of t-paper, breakfast crew could not keep up‼️😞Really far from elevator. My key card had expired 24 hrs too early. Really annoying ‼️

- Susan_ikt (10/5): A+ rating - Our second stay at this property while on route to Tahoe with a stop to do wine pick up in the Amador area. Really clean, nice layout, beds comfortable, gym is good size (small, but sized perfectly for the number of rooms), breakfast and coffee fresh and plentiful. The rooms are quiet, air conditioning worked amazing against the 100+ temps outside, and it’s close to many great restaurants in the area. Would definitely recommend for a convenient location to stay for a night or two. Parking is free (unlike the courtyard across the street) and staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
