• Raymond (9/5): - A quiet oasis that is super affordable with very helpful people. An amazing pool that is also very clean. My apartment was very private, spacious and comfortable, comparable to apartments twice the price. Right in the heart of Sanur. The garden was truly beautiful but the gardener might have been away that week.

• Steph (9/5): Was very lovely and would stay again! - Location was great. Close to Blend cafe which we loved and a nice walk to the beach. Quiet area. Lovely staff. The pool wasn’t ready when we got there but after a few days it was ok (very minor issue). It was a bummer that the bikes didn’t have a kids seat so we had to walk to get them (again, minor inconvenience, but would have been exceptional had they had baby seat).

• Sarah (9/5): - The room was a whole apartment. Own private entrance, away from rest of accomodation. Little gardens, Huge bathroom with bath. Little lounge area with fans. Great air con in bedroom. Close to main st, the beach, cafes, restaurants, Icon Mall and the boardwalk. They had bikes to rent. Friendly helpful staff and lovely pool. Lovely stay. There was some construction going on across the road. A bit noisy during the day but I was out exploring mostly so didn't really matter. The uses def out weighed it. Lost wifi one night but otherwise was really good. May have been a problem for the whole area and unavoidable.

• Asma (7/5): Pas particulièrement mauvais mais décevant au vu du rapport propreté/ prix - - Bon emplacement - La chambre avec mezzanine est pas mal - Personnel accueillants - Pas très propre et tout sent l'humidité. - Pas de room service, pas d'équipements pour nettoyer nous-même ni de changement de draps. - La cuisine est mal équipée et ce qui y est n'est pas toujours utilisable car sale et/ou vieux. On aurait préféré être prévenu que l'endroit a été inondé une semaine avant notre arrivée. C'est le taxi qui nous en a informé, ce qui expliquait la forte odeur d'humidité dans les placards et dans les tissus.

• KYLIE (7/5): - I’ve stayed here before in one of their loft apartments and loved it. Great location in the more local part of Sanur, but still close enough to the Main Street. Only issues this time were that they didn’t let us know prior to arriving that there were renovations happening at the property that made it a little noisy during the day. This biggest issue for us though was that the pool wasn’t able to be used for half of our stay as the pump was broken. When I asked the staff when it would be fixed they were unsure when the repair would be done. It was not until I said I wanted the owners details so I could contact them that we were then offered the use of another hotels pool a 5 minute walk from the that was also owned by the same owner. The pool was functional the day before we were due to leave

• Vicki (9/5): Wonderful peaceful spacious apartment set away but easy to get to everything. - Secluded quiet spacious apartment with private entrance set back from the noise of main town and beach area. Lovely pool area. 10 min walk to beach. Or easy to get taxi or grab. Good wifi and aircon. Access to many restaurants, cafés, music, diving, snorkeling, shops. Wayan was lovely and couldn't do enough. Great laundry service only 15k per kilo. Only 3km to harbour. Kitchen equipment could do with some updates
• Kevin (7/5): Good value but don't expect luxury - The room [ Studio ] was big enough for two of us, but they didn't clean the room often. The pool was ok but again not too clean. This place is good value for money but it is not luxury at all.... To be honest the whole complex needs a good deep clean...It is good value for money though The whole place just needs a good clean.

• Helen (8/5): Very peaceful area away from traffic and bustle. Great cafe just around the corner, 'Blend'! - I arrived much later than expected but was welcomed and quickly shown my apartment so I could rest. The cooking facilities actually had no gas connected.

• Denise (8/5): We will be back. - This is our 2nd stay here and it’s perfect for us. Great location, they have bicycles to hire. It’s spacious, a little old school but that’s cool, great pricing. We had a really early pick up for the airport and they organised that for us. All round fabulous.

• Kim (8/5): Quiet backstreet location in Sanur - The studio room was huge with a downstairs and upstairs. There was an outside toilet on the upper floor, kitchen had basic things and shower was hot. Pool was great and they allowed us to leave our luggage there for a few days while we toured around and came back. Location was superb in quiet back street but close enough to centre and beach. People who ran it were lovely and very helpful The property needs a make over or a thorough deep clean. The rooms are so lovely but little things let it down like cracked tiles, dirty kitchen cupboards, empty plastic bottles laying around in a cupboard. The pool area could be nicer too.
• Jade (9/5): Superb - Great value for money here - good location, spacious and clean apartments. Although the amenities in the room were basic it was more than enough, especially for the price. Staff were friendly and helpful with any requests. Walking distance to the beach, markets and the HUGE sanur mall. We only stayed for one night but I’d definitely return. My only complaint is there was no door at the entrance to our apartment/living room/kitchen, just a blind. The apartment was located behind a private gate with lock and key so it wasn’t an issue security wise, but after two weeks of being attacked 24/7 by mosquitos it wasn’t great.
• Bradley (5/5): would stay there again just keep in mind room Day floods in heavy rain and cost me the price of the hotel, to get my clo - was really nice not the flashes but would’ve been okay for several days for people that are energetic or maybe longer for a relaxing semi Homestay. Just if it rains make sure you take your suitcases off the floor downstairs otherwise room D floods in heavy rain. we had heavy rain overnight and woke up in the morning to walk downstairs and find a shimmer of water across the tiles to only find out it was above ankle deep after I stepped off the last step and realised both my suitcases that were fully packed from Australia the day before floating including my passport

• Mark (7/5): Good value quite option - This accommodation was well located a bit back from the main street and therefore was pretty quiet. The fact that there are few paths from the main street to the beach is a bit of a drama for all but a few locations so the walk on a hot day, which all days are from our experience, is the norm. The staff in general were friendly and supportive. Try Lilla restaurant on your way to the beach as it is superb. Good value for money. We had a leakage problem with the AC but it ran fine. Cleaning didn't really run too well. Leaving your key was supposed to indicate you wanted it done but it usually didn't happen. Not too much of an issue except for an accumulation of empty Bintang bottles - maybe I should drink less. English language skill issues might have been behind a couple of things not happening but I have no right to expect good language skills so fine really. The place was a little less clean that desirable but fine really. The place is a little tired but nothing of real consequence.

• Samantha (6/5): Pleasant - Very reasonably priced. Large studio unit over 2 levels, big fridge, loads of storage, great air con and clean, fresh bed linen. Clean pool, easy walk to the main drag, some good Warungs nearby. The place needs a really deep clean, a lick of paint, a bloody good tidy up and some garden and general maintenance. We found the unit very dark and a bit depressing to be in during the day, needs some proper lighting. Kitchen and bathroom both needed a really good clean as did the smeared windows and door handles.. Bathroom vanity/sink surround was rotten and falling to bits, shower head needs repair. Very basic kitchen items supplied.

• Kirrane (7/5): On a quiet back street minutes from the high street, my family booked four properties at Praschita and we had a great ti - Great location. Good space in the apartment. Good price and helpful staff. Very limited kitchen and dining equipment. The property needed a deep clean rather than a quick wipe round. The pool was a great feature, unfortunately tiles had broken and left sharp edges and both children on the family holiday had a couple of deep cuts.

No drinking water supplied apart from 2 tiny bottles when we first arrived. The floor felt gritty. No sound proofing between our bathroom and the bathroom next door (the wall above the shower was open and we could hear everything the people next door said and did when they were in their bathroom.

I only booked 2 nights thinking to extend if we like the place, unfortunately it should be booked way upfront, they’re full all the time. Wish I had booked the whole stay with them, everything else we were able to find can’t even compete with Praschita in terms of value for money.

• Ella (9/5): Superb - It was perfect! Very clean and comfortable. Bed was amazing. Away from Sanur main road,therefore very quiet. I had a good night sleep. Around 20 min walk to beach. You can also rent bikes and get everywhere easy. Big and clean pool. AC worked perfectly. I would recommend this place. Since it's one bedroom apartment, kitchen is located next to bedroom, under the roof but "outside", it only has fan,no AC. I would suggest to better get Studio. In Studio kitchen is inside and you can use it without getting too hot.
• Chris (8/5): Excellent value for money, a great location, friendly staff and perfect for families. - A small kitchen to cook and prepare food for children with a decent sized fridge too. Some of the room lights were not working, bulbs needed to be replaced so rather dark in the evenings, an easy fix for next time though I am sure.
