• Akshay (7/5): Hotel stay was good - Clean rooms and very quiet as it’s away from the road If you book through booking.com, Treebo cancels your booking a day before if you don’t make a part payment for the stay. The entire premise of booking through booking.com, is that your booking Dosent get cancelled in the first place. Haven’t seen this happening with other 3 or 4 star hotels
• Vyas (5/5): - Honestly , I didn't like anything there. Bad experience Very bad experience during my stay .. No hygiene No clearness. 😞 No food , Kitchen is in very bad state . I personally saw it. Pathetic badroom and all things very bad state One thing I would not recommend to anyone . It's not good for people who are travelling from other location.

The breakfast is amazing.The staff cook extremely well.Was so happy with the breakfast choices during our whole stay. Closer to Balewadi stadium, restaurant,shops are nearby.Communication to bus ,auto is not a problem. Didn't like the ground floor room because of the noise and bedsheets weren't clean.Wifi too is a bit shaky. Asked to change the room and the rooms at the top are much nicer and better.The bedsheets were clean.

• Shicksha (5/5): Forced check out - As always the location, the cleanliness and the calmness of the guesthouse. Our booking was for 3 nights. Just when we checked in we were bluntly informed that our booking for the third day was not available and we had to check out after 2 nights. This was very discouraging and inconvenient for us as we had many big bags and it was not an easy task to pack and unpack each time. Despite the fact that the room was available (confirmed by a lady from treebo itself) we were practically forced to check out after 2 nights. We were transferred to another nearby hotel in rickshaw which we did not appreciate at all.

• Sudhir (7/5): Stay was comfortable... - They need to improve on variety of food to be served.....Since it is a Guest House, so it has a prescribed menu (very general menu for breakfast ,etc.)..However, they should be able to provide food as per Guest Requirement.....Otherwise the room was very good and the stay was comfortable... Not having variety of food to be served or ordered....

• Nalin (6/5): Overall normal but not value for money - The location of property is superb. OVERPRICED. The price of this property listed on booking.com is very expensive. The property is offering about 75 per cent lower price when contacted directly. The facilities at the property do not justify the price.
