• Sandra (3/5): nice hotel, great location, and good breakfast options. But not worth 250.00 given challenges. - Arrived to find no electricity. No air condition in there room and no lights. Had to get dressed in the dark for the evening event. I was told upon arrival, but really no option as much of charlotte was sold out. Bed was not comfortable and inconvenience of no air and no lights.

Very spacious and comfortable. Sort of out in a food / dining out desert. The Pay to park, nickel and dime act. :( $11 / day, really?

• Harold (5/5): Will not stay here again due to very noisy and shuttle service. - The bed was very comfortable The hotel is 5 mins away but the shuttle did not come for 15 mins. I called second time and the girl said 10 mins. Finally after waiting on the cold we found another ride. When I told staff they did not act concerned or apologize. Horrible customer service service.

• NaomiMM (10/5): Great option for an overnight stay close to the airport - The hotel was a short shutte drive from to the airport, the shuttle was convenient to use and easy to get in touch with. We needed an overnight stay with our baby - the hotel provided a real crib (not pack and play) so that our baby can sleep comfortably. Rooms are spacous, coveniently organized with all necessary amenities. It was a very comfortable stay, easy communicaiton and no issues with prividing crib. The property could benefit from a better, and healthier breakfast options.

• Nikki Kallam (3/5): - Location was why we picked it close to the airport. The beds were the most uncomfortable things we've ever slept on. The airport shuttle was scheduled the night before at 630am for us and at 650am, no shuttle, had to find the front desk lady bc she was nowhere to be found with a lobby full of people and she said the shuttle driver left for a training at 615 and would not be back till 7 and we would need to call a Lyft or urber. We were late to the airport.

• Anna (8/5): This hotel was nice and convenient to the airport. - The breakfast options were great, and the bedding in my room was wonderful! The staff was quite helpful as well. Also, the shuttle service from and to the airport was a definite plus for me! And, the place was nice and clean. I don't remember requesting a quiet room, but I of course could hear planes throughout the night. This really didn't bother me at all since that was to be expected, but I still wanted to point this out if I did indeed request a quiet room.

• Kevin (3/5): I wouldn't do it again - Close to the airport. Breakfast was okay. Shuttle service is probably the worst in the area. I had to wait forever for my shuttle in the cold while watching a million other hotels come by several times. Also, I have a dust allergy and I woke up with a completely stuffed nose. Must be that the bedsheets are very dusty.

The convenience to the airport a major plus, especially with shuttle service and parking cheaper than long term airport parking. Our shower did not work; it wouldn’t switch from the faucet into the bathtub to shower. The breakfast was not on par with breakfasts that we have experienced from competitors.

• Kayleigh (10/5): Great Value! - Really convenient location, spacious rooms, and friendly staff. Hotel shuttle to and from the airport was fast and painless. This place was a great value for the cost. I got stuck in town after my flight was cancelled, but this hotel made that frustrating process as painless as it could be. I don't have many complaints! The breakfast was just alright, but certainly not terrible.
